We recently booked the Russian River Tour near Healdsburg and were picked up by Jerome. From the moment he arrived he was warm, engaging, witty, and fun to talk to. Jerome curated a winery schedule that we loved, and he was clearly well known and respected by the staff of each location we visited. We felt safe and exhilarated the entire time we were riding, and Jerome took the time to make the whole experience special, from photos, videos, lunch, and a special treat with our meal he put together for us. My husband and I were very much looking forward to this tour of San Francisco and it certainly didn’t disappoint, in fact WOW! It was absolutely brilliant!! Jerome was so lovely, friendly, chatty, funny and knowledgeable he really did make us feel at ease right from the start. We were out for hours and hours and saw every possible sight worth seeing plus an extra surprise stop! He really knows his stuff, he is very accommodating and we had an absolute blast in his double sidecar. This was definitely the highlight of our trip and If we ever find ourselves back in SF we will certainly be booking to go out again. I seriously recommend anyone and everyone to book a tour, you will be so pleased you did and will make unforgettable memories (with lots of photos included!!) All was great! The views, the guided tour and a wonderful surprise (we were celebrating a special family occasion). They went above and beyond to ensure we had a good time. Also, we loved riding the bikes!. We have a ton of pictures and they also took the time to take some of us. A very nice way to experience the city! We are used to cold weather- but it's still a good idea to wear a windbreaker.

We booked our tour for a family of four (2 adults and 2 teens) prior to arriving in SF. Jerome was a brilliant communicator from the start with prompt emails and then WhatsApp’s once we had arrived in California. Our guides, Michael and Jean-Paul, were brilliant and great fun. They took us to places we would never have seen on our own, and told us facts that kept all ages entertained. The sidecars can take you down roads that the tour buses definitely can’t go so I am really glad we decided to go with ridesbyme. Michael is brilliantly funny and had us all in stitches. We had a double sidecar and a single sidecar so we could all move around with being either in the cars or on the back of the bike. We had a problem with the microphone on my helmet (the family really didn’t mind my being unable to speak for part of the journey) but the guys had a spare helmet with them so we just swapped it over. All bases covered. Jerome came to join us for the final part of our ride and it was lovely to meet him. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone coming to SF. We did the tour on day one so that we could then decide where we wanted to explore further in the remaining time we had.

This review is little different "tour" than other standard sidecar tours but regardless Jerome made the day! We rented his side car services for groom's entry in an Indian wedding / Baraat. It was a last min. request but he was very quick and responsive for email replies and answered all our questions. He arrived on time for the wedding and let me tell you this entry was the highlight of the entire wedding! Everyone including the groom had a blast! Once again, thank you Jerome! Hope one day I will get a chance to take one of your regular tours...I am sure it will be fantastic!
