We were lucky enough to have a private tour with Jennifer. She was so considerate of our interests and our mission to locate a specific souvenir during our time with her. The food was outstanding and Jennifer's knowledge of the history of the area made our time together fly by. We highly recommend this tour for anyone interested in learning more about Santa Barbara's unique past while at the same time being treated to a variety of amazing, tasty food offerings. Worth very penny!

We love doing food tours because we get to try places we might not have known about and learn about the city. This tour did both beautifully and deliciously. From macarons to sublime pasta to tacos to lovely wine. It was the perfect way to spend the day. Our guide Nancy was really knowledgeable and her love for Santa Barbara was apparent. So happy we did this and I highly recommend it

This was not only a great way to expereince some of the amazing food of Santa Barbara, but also gave a glimpse into the history of this wonderful city as well! Jennifer, our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable, personable and informative on so many different levels.

Allison was also great to work with as well, and went out of her way and over and above to accomodate my wife's food allergies which we couldn't be more appreciative of. Would highly recommend this tour on your next visit!

This was definitely worth the money! Our entire group enjoyed this experience. It was a short walking tour with lots of food! We had amazing macarons, delicious fresh pasta, fried fish tacos, way too much ice cream and empanadas. We got stuffed after the pasta, so we wish we had paced ourselves better. Sandy was an amazing tour guide! Only downfall was it was oftentimes hard to hear her as we were walking, but it got better as the tour went on. Would recommend to anyone looking to see Santa Barbara and eating amazing food at little places along the way.

Very fun food tour that ended up being a private excursion with Manuel. While it was definitely a food tour Manuel made it so much more. We learned more about Santa Barbara and our conversation crossed over into travel in general. Nice pace. Easy walking. Good food and wine. Will return to some of the establishments that we were introduced to.

Bob is so knowledgably of the area's history. The food selections were awesome. Actually too much to eat. We had to start halving our portions after the first 3 portions. Very amble portions. Well worth the money. It was an excellent 4 hour tour. I almost forgot but Bob also knows lots about wine.

We had a great day with Bob touring Santa Barbara. The food was fabulous and the incredible beauty of Santa Barbara was on full display as they emerge from COVID restrictions. Parklets line State Street, Spanish architecture, energy in the air! Weather was perfect in the middle of an August day. Ca'Dario was my favorite stop. Yum.

My friend and I really enjoyed this historic and tasting tour. I live in Ventura and get up to SB several times a year. Our guide Nina taught us things about SB that I never knew. Will take other tours in the future.

This was our third Food Tasting Tour (previously done Ventura and Ojai) and we were not disappointed! Wonderful little out of the way spots one may never actually see or know about, along with TONS of historical information about Santa Barbara. Bob was a wonderful tour guide, and all of the stops were wonderful places to experience!

My friend and I took a day-trip up to Santa Barbara from Los Angeles, and we were absolutely delighted with this experience! Although I graduated from UCSB so many years ago, there were so many facts and details that I learned about Santa Barbara architecture, culture, and of course, food throughout the tour. Our tour guide, Manuel, was so knowledgeable, informative, and eloquent. I loved the variety of the tastings: French Macarons, Italian food, olive oils and balsamic vinegar, Taiwanese and Thai food, chocolate, and saving the best for last... wine! The other people in our group were fellow foodies, and together we had such an enjoyable time. I truly appreciated the thought and details that Santa Barbara Tasting Tours put into creating this special day. I would totally recommend this trip to others, because the food was delicious and moving to each location was seamless. My friend and I loved it so much, that we're looking forward to going on the other tasting tours (hopefully with Manuel as our guide again) in Ojai and Ventura!
