Emma was a great tour guide. We chose the 9pm tour on a chilly November night and we were the only two people who booked, but she did a great job showing enthusiasm for the content and getting us sucked into the stories. The whole ride home my spouse and I were still debating the story of the love triangle shooting with two opposing accounts of the events! And we didn't want to drive down Chorro St next to the mission on the way back. Really interesting history content to the stories too! We learned a lot

My daughter and I had such a good time with Jessica. She came with all kinds of energy and personal stories. We enjoyed the historical accounts and Jessica was great at creating drama and making us want to know more. It also allowed us to notice parts of the town we hadn't previously paid much attention.

This walking tour was amazing. Our host Amy was fun, informative and animated. She was able to capture the attention of my six-year-old twin boys with age appropriate descriptions of the stories related to the tour. My wife and I really enjoyed the history lesson and all the fun facts. I felt really comfortable with Amy. She was like part of our family.

Jessica was amazing! You could really tell she cared about SLO and the history involving it along with bringing her own tales and her energy was amazing! Would definitely recommend doing this tour with Jessica, the history and the emotion brought to the tour really opened your eyes!

Had a blast! Jessica was witty, knowledgeable and casual in her delivery of all the crazy facts about SLO’s history. She was kind enough to still take my husband and I out for the tour with just the two of us. It was fun to be in the center of all the bustling night life downtown while talking about its creepy past. I hope they expand the tour, I would love to take it again with even more added! Thanks so much Jessica!!

My wife and I like to do these tours when we travel. A walking tour gives us a quick overview of the area, we get a bit of exercise and meet like minded people. This event did not disappoint! Jessica was knowledgeable and personable, interacted and kept a comfortable pace while watching for our safety. I highly recommend this tour.

Tour was great! Emma made sure to reach out to us via phone before the tour started. Emma made jokes and kept it light even during some wild Saturday night distractions. Would def book another tour!

Just finished this tour on the night before Halloween. Lexi was an awesome host and tour guide, very informative and knowledgeable on the spooky and dark history of SLO, she also had a really great attitude and sense of humor as well. Would highly recommend anyone interested to take this tour.

Emma was a great guide! Super easy-going, fun, interactive and entertaining. It was incredible to hear about all the undiscussed history of the area and how it's impacted SLO even today. Perfect for spooky fans, history buffs, and people who like to explore a bit.

Wonderful evening tour of the history of San Luis Obispo. Our tour guide was fantastic and even my husband, who grew up in SLO, learned new things. We did the adults only tour and were the only people on the tour - which made it really personal (not awkward as one might fear.) I have done a lot of haunted tours around the world and this one is great because it doesn't focus on spooking you out but rather sharing the history through ghost/crime stories. I highly recommend this tour and, in fact, our family that still lives there has been convinced they will need to go some time.
