I finally found my go to car service company!! My wife booked an SUV to and from SFO and we used Red Star and our driver was Mattheus. He was early both ways, dressed very well and drove slow both ways. That helped my wife and mother in law hugely. Can’t recommended this service or Mattheus more enthusiastically!!

We ordered a sedan from Spanish Bay to San Francisco International Airport for a 6 am pick-up. The driver appeared in the new Escalade and smoothly took us there. The car was really awesome. We used RST Limo to travel from San Francisco International Airport to downtown SF (Steven drove us). We had an outstanding experience: prompt, clean cars, used a couple of short-cuts to avoid traffic, reasonable price--it was an all-around great experience. We will definitely use them on future trips.

I stopped using uber for now because I dont really trust that the drivers are sanitizing their vehicles (from past experiences), and opted in for a more private service. These guys were great! the car was spotless inside, and actually smelled clean. Exactly what I was looking for.

The staff at RST Limo is very friendly and accommodating. I called in because we had to add two additional travelers to our party at the very last minute. They were able to upgrade our vehicle from a sedan to an SUV within a couple of minutes, hassle free! Thanks guys!

We booked a wine tour through RST at the last minute, and I am so pleased with how accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable the entire company has been. Lisa was super helpful when we called, literally the day before, we were looking to have a driver pick us up and drop us off in Oakland for an 8 hour tour in Napa across a few wineries. Eugene picked us up at 8am and helped us chart an amazing day. We had a few winery appointments already, and he filled out our day with some really exceptional exceptions culminating in a killer lunch. Eugene was attentive, personable, entertaining, and super knowledgeable. Given there were only three of us on the tour, we really enjoyed connecting with him and welcoming into our family for the day! I can't recommend RST more for exceptional service. Feels like you're riding with a good friend...that knows way more about Napa than you do. 🙂

Having read good reviews on Trip Advisor, we booked RST Limo directly for our transfer from SFO to our accommodation in Central/downtown District. Due to bad weather in New Orleans, our flight time changed from 5:25pm to 12:10am the next morning! We advised RST Limo of this as soon as we knew and they were there to greet us. We also booked them for our return transfer at the more civilized time of 11am. They arrived 10 minutes early which was perfect. Cars were clean, hand sanitazers and complimentary water provided and polite drivers. Would highly recommend for smooth airport transfers.

Great Service from San Francisco International Airport to San Francisco The driver was on time and texted me as we landed. The car was super clean, there was water in the back for us to enjoy and the driver gave great tips on where to go while in the city. Definitely we will use them again!

Booked with this company twice from Airport to SF and from San Francisco back to the Airport . Top customer service and best drivers! Friendly, courteous and professional. Will be using them again anytime i travel. Rates are very reasonable too, especially for the service received!
