Dustin is very friendly and very knowledgable. It was a fun experience and even though we didn't see a whale, we did capture a couple Sun Fish and many, many dolphins. The ocean was a bit choppy, but Dustin did a great job to ensure we all were comfortable with the ride. We just really appreciated his knowledge of the area and how friendly he was. There were 4 of us total and we had plenty of room and had fun taking some nice pictures. Thanks again Dustin. Fun time!

Dustin is the Captain and this is the boat! We had a fantastic day, saw a huge pod of dolphins, a blue whale 3 times and sea lions. Dustin is knowledgeable, enthusiastic and very professional. We highly recommend Newport Surfrider.

Yesterday my family and I had the best experience with Captain Dustin. He was extremely informative about the dolphins, whales and seals. We saw over One Hundred dolphins!!! They were so close I could nearly touch them. Being free on the open water during Covid was a mini vacation and so needed. I can’t wait to do it again.

My husband and I and our two kids had an incredible morning out on the water with Dustin. I’m so glad we made the decision to do a private tour rather than a big crowded boat. A huge plus for the small boat is that we were just feet away from the dolphins which was amazing! We also saw lots of sea lions, pelicans, and even a lone gray whale. I highly recommend the tour!

Captain Dustin was great! We had an enjoyable experience. Dustin had great knowledge of the area and dolphins which made the trip even more fun. He had so much patience with our young kids as well. Great experience, and will definitely do it again :)

We had a great experience out on the water today. Our family saw sea lions, dolphins, and a hump back whale! The captain was very knowledgeable of the area and animal patterns. He was also super polite and patient even though we were late. Definitely recommend…good for families with kids of all age ranges.

Dustin did a job of taking us out and finding the dolphins. We saw 2 different pods, and were also able to find some sea lions. Overall great guy knows the waters and area very well.

Went out with Captain Dustin today and had a wonderful experience with my family. We were so close to the dolphins I was getting splashed when they jumped out of the water. We also saw seals out swimming and sunbathing! We would highly recommend this experience!

Amazing! We were able to see dolphins a foot away! Only saw one whale but the hour of dolphins was way better! My family loved the private boat! Better than riding in a big commercial company boat with a hundred strangers!
