The posiitives are this is a cute spa and the people are friendly. However, as someone who's had a lot of facials this is probably the worst i've had. Technique was not great (for instance dropping water in my eye and not blotting it), and I don't think the products were the best. As i was getting a back facial I noticed that not only did they not close the door to the treatment room, but the door to the hallway was also open. While they have a phone they don't answer it. Called to get info such as me being able to come in early and use the infrared sauna, but could not get a return phone call. (And I did leave a message). The snack tray they gave was delicious, and the best part of the experience. While the price was reasonable I wouldn't go back.

I have been going to Naturale Touch Spatique on a monthly basis for years. But it is the Spa Party with a group of friends that is so special and sets this spa apart from any other spa. There were 4 of us that first gathered in the very cute & private Mermaid themed room where we were greeted by Peach Bellinis. Then we changed into our gowns & robes before going to our treatment rooms; each room having a beautiful & unique decor. This is where VanDe and her staff work their miracles on you. We had customized facials that included cleansing, steaming, enzyme exfoliation, a mask and a hand, arms, facial, neck and shoulder massage. We also opted for an add-on microdermabrasion treatment that left our skin looking radiant and glowing. After our facials we went back to the Mermaid Room where they had Peach Bellinis, a charcuterie board & little desserts waiting for us. It was fun to lounge around in our private room and talk about our how wonderful facials were.
