The whole family had a blast going around Monterey in these three wheelers. We should have gotten the 2 hour package. 👍👍👍

Wasn’t sure what to expect. The car had a talking GPS. She gave us historical information as well as directions on where to drive. I came wait to do it again! The hour just flew by!

The place of pebble and Monterey with cannery row was stunning area. Look out for deers on golf course. And old buildings

Totally unsafe, with no help from attendant. Helmets didn’t fit, had to drive in traffic without any stops allowed. With helmets on, was told we wouldn’t be able to hear the tour commentary very well. Decided to skip it as we were worried for our safety. Hoping for refund.

We did not go on this. It is unsafe, especially for kids. The description never mentioned that it was a motorcycle with 3 wheels and that we had to drive on city streets with cars and trucks. The helmets did not fit. The person in charge was unhelpful and rude. We should get a refund.

This is a super cute way to see the entire peninsula. We did the 3 hour tour which allowed us to stop and look around places we found intriguing. It was a bright, sunny day that made for spectacular views. We enjoyed the commentary and the navigation was amazing. It made for a wonderful afternoon.

Pretty fun! You really drive through traffic so be aware of things around you. The cars are easy to drive, but pretty small (so if you are bigger, you may not want a passenger). The directions are good but sometimes a little behind so really pay attention. It's hard to listen to the explanation and pay the necessary attention to the road.

The Sea Car’s “guided GPS tour” was broken even before we started our 1-hour tour. We informed the tour company employee, but he said it might start working when we take off. It never worked and we had to use our phone to circle back to the office. It was an extremely horrifying ride because the cars are very tiny, the maximum speed is about 25 mph and is very low to the ground that some cars didn’t see us and we were going to get run over a few times! A waste of time and money for sure!

The vehicle ran fine and was easy to operate. Neither the tablet nor the speakers worked at all. As a result we received no guidance on where to go. We also had no audio to tell us where to go or comments on the historic landmarks or scenery. I would not do this activity again.

The Sea Cars were fun to drive but nothing else worked. The cars are equipped with GPS and speakers that are supposed to guide you through the city. We were told that they would engage when we passed the Marriott hotel around the corner from where we started. That never happened for either of the two cars we rented (two couples riding). It's interesting that the one thing they specifically mentioned to NOT call them about was if the GPS or Tour Speakers were not working (Seems like a Red Flag in hindsight). The number on the dash of the car was only to be called in case of emergency (accident, breakdown, etc). It was as if they knew that part of the car did not work. We wound up having fun anyway. We drove all over the city since we had no route to actually follow.

This was such a fun experience which really did give you a full tour of Monterey. The car has a GPS map to guide you but take care not to miss your turn ( we did several times but was easy to get back on route). Lots of people waved to us on our way. Definitely recommend this especially if, like us, you are only staying for a day.

It was ok...glad we did it but wouldn't do it again, or even recommend it to anyone else. The GPS screen was on low so we couldn't see the map. Finally figured out how to brighten it up, but after being stressed about the directions. The volume wasn't high enough and came in and out. The agents, or the tour guide, did not let us know about the "red" and the "blue" routes. We kept following the directions but finally realized we were way to far out for the 1 hour tour. The GPS map confusingly shows all routes, for all lengths of tours. It should only show the route that you reserved. We were stressed again about getting back on time because we kept following, unknowingly, the longer route. We were 2 adults...115 pounds and 195 pounds and it was super scrunched. The driver had a hard time driving because of how narrow the seats were. And it's not made for someone over 5'11". The drivers legs got cramped, again because of the narrow cock pit. Helmets are required, unlike what the pictures show.

We had a one hour tour and thoroughly enjoyed driving around oceanside. Very easy to drive and great staff!

Me & My husband had the best time, we were looking for things to do for our honeymoon & we are so glad this was on our list of things!! It’s definitely worth it and we will be doing it again!

This was fun. The yellow cars are pretty dated it’s a rough bumpy ride. The staff wasn’t very attentive. Not rude but more like they would love to be anywhere else but talking to you.
