The staff were ok—gave good direction but ok. Our swan boat had lights, which made the experience that much magical. My kids and husband had a blast getting wet near the geysers and singing songs. Misleading advertising on website and they should be pulled up on this. I will be looking into taking this further as I work in media. Pictures show a beautiful lake with swan boats. On arrival lake was filthy and the swan boats won't much cleaner which is a concern during the current covid 19 pandemic. The lake itself is completely surrounded by scores homeless people living in tents which is absolutely heart breaking (not pictured on the website). How could anyone not feel guilty boating on this lake surrounded by people who dont know where their next meal is coming from?. The area was very run down and there was nowhere to parkWe rang to cancel the reservation and were told we would not be refunded as our booking had taken a space and we must call an hour before our booking (there was only one boat being used when we arrived and lots of empty boats) . That rule was unfair and trading standards need to look into this as you should have the right to cancel if a service is not as advertised. They may as well of said to us , weve got your money now screw you.

The ride was great its just sad how the city allows the homeless to take over that beautiful park. I understand peoples situations but the city should do something in parking lots or old buildings. The parking was also an issue. Wish we had something like thos experience closer to home. Palmdale...

Getting my tickets through tripadvisor,and having them remind me when it was getting close to my time.I recommend anyone coming to LA to come to the Echo park and ride the swan boat for 1hr any time is great but after dark the lights come on and it's really nice to paddle your way through the lake.And it's only $11 which is a great deal for an attraction 🦢

We had such a nice evening with our granddaughter. Other than a long line when we arrived, once on our swan, it was special. The water, the fountain, the sparkling skyline, the friendly staff, and our clean and graceful swan, all contributed to our adventure. This was particularly true when trying to achieve raming speed, our making a sharp turn to avoid the spray from the fountain.

Pedal was disgusting. There was even used paper or tissue, pay almost 50 dollars for an hour 😳😳. My daughter wanted to go, so we can't refuse. What wouldn't we do for our children?

Better service .Does not make sense why if u get there you pay the same price and you cant get the led lights on when its dark . was on the water in the dark all cause my appt wasent made by 545 but when i got on it was 30 min in and it was already dark . mmmmmm kinda lame honestly.

Super cute date night activity - we did it at night, but it would be fun during the day, too. Staff was helpful and patient. Echo Lake area looked great when we went in early June. Had to reschedule once and it was easy to do online, which was great!

The crew by the dock was extremely rude while entering the boat. Yelled at my son to put his mask up, who was not even past the ticket booth. Perhaps common courtesy and respectful manner to our children would help.

The view was breathtaking nice romantic evening but the staff is horrible Jonathan (he said that’s his name) kicked us out because he said we weren’t a allowed to pass a certain place which NO ONE told us anything. The staff is just there to make quick money and go. Everyone makes mistakes and we were only there literally 5 mins and that was it.

Fun, easy to book, reasonable price, beautiful view at night. Came to the Echo Park location because the Long Beach one was sold out, but it was worth it. Will be returning for Valentines Day!
