We did a private half-day tour of LA highlights. When I booked the tour, I was able customize the itinerary so that it included things I thought my kids would most want to see. But then on the day of the tour our awesome guide Rivers was able to modify it on the spot to take us even more places we wanted to go. He realized my kids were into sports and quickly changed direction to take us to the former Staples center so my kids could see it & the statues of the athletes. My son is interested in UCLA so we spent some time walking the campus. We also did some of the more standard sites like Hollywood sign, walk of fame, rodeo drive and melrose murals. Rivers really made sure we go the most out of our time on the tour. It was a great stress-free way to see LA. Highly recommend!

This was THE perfect way to see everything without hassle. Our tour guide, Rivers, was knowledgeable and funny and had so many interesting fun facts about the areas we visited. When my daughter mentioned she wanted to see the house of a YouTuber she followed, Rivers diverted from the plan and we made a pit stop so she could see the house where her favorite content is made. I can’t recommend this tour enough. From the point to point visits to all of the iconic Hollywood and Beverly Hills locales I truly can’t say enough good things. If you’re looking for THE BEST way to see the area, do yourself a favor and book with these folks.

We had a great tour with Darnell! He completely exceeded our expectations as he personalized the tour based on our interests. Best location for Hollywood sign pictures. In addition, Mark was great with communication and coordinating our tour based on our travel schedule. Highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a great experience that is stress free.

I don’t usually enjoy doing the tourist thing, but Rivers made this such a rich, pleasurable, fun experience. I learned a lot. I laughed a lot. I fell in love with Los Angeles. Rivers’ level of preparation was extraordinary, but it was his ability to improvise based on our (evolving) interests that really made this an unforgettable experience.

We had some unique circumstances on our recent vacation to LA. We are a group with two seniors, a disabled child and two adults. We had some specific things we wanted to be sure to see and many tours had us “wasting” our time seeing things we weren’t interested in or weren’t able to navigate. The flexibility offered in these tours is amazing. Mark helped us devise a plan and was so responsive to my questions and requests. I sent messages to at least four companies offering private custom tours and Mark was the one who responded to my actual questions rather than just giving me some canned response. His service wow’d me from the start. And Simone could not have been a better tour guide for us. Her calm demeanor and enthusiasm for LA is contagious. She willingly allowed us to make changes on the fly, pointed out so many interesting things and kept us very involved with trivia and tidbits. She was fantastic from start to finish. Everyone said they could not have imagined a better experience. Plus, with their unmarked vans they can get places other tour companies cannot go. I would recommend We Love LA for anyone’s tour!

Fantastic trip! Our guide was Rivers and he took us to all the landmarks, pointing out all the key sights with lots of information. We had our two children with us (aged 10 and 11) and it was so much better to have a private guide and nice car rather than trying to do a bus. Would definitely recomend!

Rivers was a great tour guide! We sawmill the “highlights” and he provided slot of history and background. He made sure we got all the photos we wanted and knew the spots to go to avoid the crowds of tourists. Great afternoon!

We did the half day private tour with Rivers and it was fantastic! What a great way to see the city, especially if you are short on time. It was great to have an insider show us around. We were able to relax and enjoy all of the sites so much more than we would have on our own or with a large group. I highly recommend the We Love LA Tour and would definitely use them again!

The tour was fine. We saw way too many stars' homes. The best part was the cemetery where Marilyn Monroe and Dean Martin are buried, the Hollywood sign, and the star walk but we had very little time there because we spent so long on the homes of famous people. If you book the tour, explain exactly what you want to see.

We really loved our private tour with Rivers. He was knowledgeable, friendly, courtesy, attentive, and overall outstanding. He got us very close to the Hollywood sign. We went by some celebrity homed. We took lovey pics in Beverly Hills. He knew the history of everywhere we visited which made the tour even more enjoyable.
