    Beautiful canyon
This is an amazing tour I highly recommend this tour. I loved the cross country ride across the terrain. The walk through the canyon was unbelievable.

How to see a lot in 3 days
This Is not an A-level tour. But for a moderately priced tour, it was excellent. Note that this was the winter tour—no Yosemite, though Yosemite is in its title. But 3 days LA to San Francisco had an excellent itinerary, very tightly packed with very little free time. Check the website for details. Pasquale was an excellent host and guide and he made adjustments for my husband who has walking difficulties and also schedule adjustments to keep the group mostly dry during a day and a half of rain. Meals were on your own and sometimes fast food (truck stop for “dinner” the last night). The hotel was Oakland Airport Holiday Inn with no outside walking food options—just the dining room (which was more than ample for us) and a more than decent breakfast bar (included). We’d book it again: how else could you see Santa Barbara, Solvang, California agriculture/wine country, City Hall, Chinatown, Lombard St., Fisherman’s Wharf, Golden Gate Bridge (in person and by boat) Sausalito, Monterey, Pebble Beach, Carmel-by-the-Sea, giant redwoods, and 17-Mile Drive in 3 days? Not to mention great sunsets. Not 5 stars because pre-tour interaction by phone with the company was difficult and unsatisfactory. Some people in the group didn’t realize this tour does not visit Yosemite; how about sending the actual itinerary after booking the tour? And the bus made 2 LA stops and a bus transfer before final drop off.

Tremendous! So much quality experience in 3 days time!
The 3-Day California Coast Tour was absolutely wonderful & exceeded our expectations! Brenda was our guide & she did a super job of keeping everyone informed & creating an experience that was unforgettable and will always have a special place in my heart. I traveled with my 27 year old son & he was every bit as happy & excited about our experience as I .

    Fantastic experience
The best tour if you have limited time and want to get as much as possible out of it. Hotels on this tour where we stayed - were simply fabulous (way better, compared to hotels we stayed at in LA and Vegas on our own), one even had a jacuzzi in the room. the main guide Roberto - very experienced and easygoing person, highly recommend him. The tour in total - definitely worth the money. Detailed description and comments below. 1 day. Santa Barbara (not much to see, I would even recommend making a stop not at the mission, but somewhere on the beach or pier). The whole of Santa Barbara as we saw it - literally 2 pictures, that's it. Also, I would recommend making a 5-minute stop at the lake and the dam (even from the bus window this might be an interesting landscape and pics. Monterey, bird rock - fantastic views. 2 day. San Francisco - fabulous day and very interesting, great views. 3 day. Yosemite - awesome, without any comments. The nature and landscapes - simply overwhelming. However, one negative comment I would like to make is about the company, who organized the trip (as far as I understand it's proper name is Amadeo Travel Solutions NY). I specified pickup point during the booking process. They changed it on their own. After that I've called them 3 times within 2 days - and only after the 3rd time they finally changed the reservation to a proper pickup point. Messaging through tripadvisor - they simply don't answer these mails (4 mails - no response at all). The guy who was picking up people from our hotel - we were not on his list, only when we finally located the bus ourselves, we found out that he was also travelling with us (weird but that's just the way it was). So,as a summary - organization and interaction with the company 1 star out of five. And that's, as an example, on the contrary with 1 day LA tour - they were sending messages (even including the color of the bus and where to look for it) at every stage of the tour, well in advance, and messaging in the tripadvisor - i was receiving response within 15 minutes of the request. But all in all - the tour itself is a must, highly recommend it.

Action packed three days of fun
What an amazing trip through California! We saw so much the only downside was not having more time to enjoy the fantastic sights we saw. Superbly guided by Brenda and thoroughly recommended!

A way to see Az + antelope canyon easily DOES NOT INCLUDE GRAND CANYON
Fantastic scenery however I wish there was more of an emphasis on explanations of each place rather than being dropped off to shop. Very long periods on bus.

    An unforgettable tour
This tour should be called Highlights of Sedona and Monument Valley. I was thinking I would be staying a night in Sedona and a night in Monument valley but we stayed in Motel 6 in Page, AZ. I had heard the the sunrise and sunset in Monument Valley were spectacular which was not possible. Sedona is a lovely place surrounded by Red rocks and people should stay at least a night. One can meditate here and also do a retreat. Just 2 hours here is not enough. Monument Valley was a great place to see and one and half hours was not enough in the jeep tour. A bumpy ride in some places in the open top jeep. Horseshoe Bend was nice to see. Takes about 10 to 15 minutes to go from parking lot and coming back will definitely take around 30 minutes or less because the way uphill when you are back. If you take small children, be prepared Antelope Canyon tour is fantastic. It lasts for around an hour or less and below ground level. In some places only a single person can move and you have to watch out for corners. Also visited Valley of Fire state park and Lake Powell. Remember one must have a good pair of walking shoes, hat and carry water with them everywhere People who cannot stand too much heat have to be very careful. Tipping is a must for the tour guides and driver. If and when i come back here, I will stay a night in Sedona and a night in Monument Valley or Kayenta which is 21 miles away.

    Beautiful tour of sacred land!
We had a great tour! Our favorite spot was probably Antelope Canyon - just stunning! We were part of a group of about 10 travelers. Our tour guide was Lorenzo, and our driver as Feris. Both great people safely leading us across many hours of travel and tours. Lorenzo is multilingual and was able to converse all of the members of tour trip, adding humor, fun music, and insights to every stop. Feris was kind enough even to drive my Dad and I one night to a nearby restaurant after we watched the Super Bowl with him in the hotel lobby area! This tour includes many great sprinklings of areas in the Southwest, and now makes me want to go back to visit many of these sites for a longer stay. We are really glad we had this experience!

    Greatest Tour
Great tour, highly recommended Really enjoyed the tour. Several great points about it are as follows. Tour contents: the tour was well organized and we got to see everything we wanted on schedule. We love it that we got enough time for each place because the tour was three-day-long. Tour guides and the driver: our guides Lorenzo and Masa were really knowledgeable, kind, and thoughtful. They know everything about the places, they always thought about what would be best for us guests, and they never failed to entertain us. The driver Feris was also very friendly, needless to mention his driving skills. The price: the tour was affordable for us international travelers, and was worth twice the actual price. It is incredible that they offer this tour this inexpensively. There is no complaint from us at all. They wouldn’t let you down.

    Great West Coast Adventure
If you have limited time in the US, I highly recommend this package, I was able to see so many beautiful places in 3 days. The hotel room and transportation are very comfortable. Our tour guides ( Pasquale and Hilo) are very knowledgeable and polite. My favorite destinations were Santa Barbara, SF bridge and Big Sur. Palace of Fine Arts is not included in the itinerary but our tour guide brought us there :) But I wish we stopped by at Big Sur bridge. We only passed by , maybe there wasnt enough parking. But it’s okay we also enjoyed the stop over at Ragged point. Taking this package was a big decision for me and I’m very glad it was all worth it :)

My partner and I recently completed the 7 Days tour of the California Coast, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Bryce Canyon and Zion Park. The tour overall was fantastic. The bus was neat and comfortable, the locations were all stunning and the guides all were very knowledgeable and friendly. Special shout out to Brenda and Lorenzo who were both excellent guides who clearly love what they do and love shearing all these amazing places with people.
Considering the price of this tour, the hotels for the most part were great. My biggest issue with them was that the hallways and rooms in some of the hotels stank of smoke or had other foul smelly orders to them.
My main vote for 4 stars for this tour was not the tour itself but actually lack of communication from the tour company prior to the tour taking place. Aside from getting a booking confirmation I received no further emails from the tour company. Having done similar tours with other companies before this was a bit of red flag as you would normally receive some sort of communication emails leading up to the trip. Due to this, I was not even sure that this tour was real and if the bus would even turn up to the meet point. I was very glad that it did, however I can suggest to make future customers more at ease providing some more correspondence before the trip would be beneficial.
Despite this, I would recommend Empire Vactions and I would tour with them again should I find myself back in the USA.

Definitely one of the best scenic tours I have ever taken. Incredible landscapes, in natural settings of indescribable beauty, both in Yosemite and Grand Canyon, as well as in Brice Canyon, Antelope Canyon and Zion National Park. .. Good tours with unforgettable views on 17 Mile Drive, San Francisco, and Las Vegas.
People of various nationalities went on the tours, so there were several guides in each of the three parts of the tour. As for the guidance in Spanish, excellent guides, although only one of them (in the second part of the tour) was 100% in native Spanish. The other two were, a Brazilian and an Italian respectively, but with a very good level of Spanish, and they made an effort at all times to answer my questions and clear up my doubts.
Excellent hotels with breakfasts as expected, except in Las Vegas, where they give you a voucher for Starbucks, which does its job well.
The tour presented variations with respect to what was offered and how it was offered on the internet. On the one hand, we did not stop at Horseshoe Bend, as promised, and on the other hand, the Lake Powell cruise did not take place.
Despite the above, I highly recommend this tour. In any case, it is a very complete route, quite interesting, with truly amazing landscapes.

Went on this tour and it's worth every penny spent. The tour guides were very informative and knowledgeable. We had to change guides and buses once we started off our 4th day of the tour.
The first part covers more of the Californian coastal towns of Santa Barbara and Solvang. Next is the city tour of San Francisco - City Hall, Chinatown and a cruise to the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatras. Las Vegas comes alive with its nightlife and spectacular views.
The second part of the tour brings us spectacular rock formations at three different famed locations in Arizona and Utah. Also took a boat cruise of Lake Powell.
Overall, we are privileged to view the coastal as well as the desert landscapes during this tour. Kudos to the tour operator for such a memorable trip.

Recently I experienced a most amazing breathtaking adventure going with my daughter Evelina to a 7 day tour with Viator guides... The tour was brilliantly organized and performed through efforts of such outstanding talented guides as Roberto and Lorenzo. Also the drivers and the rest of the interpretors team. Roberto surrounded us, tourists, with his special warm attention, care and comfort; Lorenzo picked up our spirit to the level of heaven and carried us in heavenly blissful mood during our several days trips to grandiose canyons and valleys, monumental parks and historic routes! His romantic admiration of natural wonders couldn't leave untouched anybody's soul! His wonderful performance was amplified with impressive American and Italian signature songs that would carry everyone in bliss during our long bus drive... Everyone was excited and inspired! It takes certain talent, mood and deep knowledge to organize everything into one masterpiece tour - that was our impression of Lorenzo' s performance... I am very grateful to our guides and drivers who were working so hard and non stop to make all of us feel comfortable and joyful! Thanks to the Viator organizers, Diana Belinska Atlanta, GA

1. One of the drivers was using his phone during all the trips, while driving, which caused constant zig-zag and increased the risk of an accident, it was reported and he still continued doing it.

2. The second guide presented with a SEVERE respiratory tract infection. That made it difficult for him to speak and translate and also infected several people on the trip, including us.

3. Terrible organization in general, we heard calls from the guides to their company who were upset because they wanted to change the route or make them stay and that caused them to treat us badly because they were upset doing their job. On several occasions travelers asked them things and they answered very rudely.

4. None of the guides except for one (who only accompanied us the first two days) gave us their number in case of emergency, which occurred at the end and they could not help until the next day.

5. Poor organization took away hours of rest and scheduled hours of entertainment, leaving the vacationer more exhausted than necessary.

6. They did not ask for tips on 3 occasions, we had never had a tour like this. It is extremely uncomfortable, because also if they had asked for it at the end after all the bad things that I will tell you, no one would have given anything. But we had already given the tips and they even gave us a guide at the end.

7. We had to remind them that we had to place the luggage organized at the end due to the multiple destinations of the various travelers and then the guides had to give notice that all the luggage should be taken down again and placed organized, it is incredible that they do not notify in time the most essential.

8. The last driver change that took place halfway to Los Angeles was the WORST of all. That driver spoke to us in a bad way from the moment he got into the truck, he did not want to give us any type of information, and he was not the guide with us for translations from Las Vegas-Los Angeles. The driver was visibly upset, driving at high speed and picked up two people (two apparently underage girls who were carrying some flowers), modifying our route, as if it were a local passenger truck. I leave them somewhere else, delaying our arrival. Furthermore, this almost 3-hour journey did not have any courtesy stops, which on all tours are mandatory at least every 2 hours to carry out basic needs. To make matters worse, when we arrived at our destination he did not want to take down the luggage, he said that it was not his job because it was not his job and one of the travelers suffered a severe blow to the head when he took down his suitcase. The driver got even more angry and because he left angry, he left a suitcase belonging to a traveler that did not correspond to those who got off at that stop. When the truck left, he left that suitcase and we had to contact the only number we had for the first Guide to let him know what happened. Fortunately, one of the travelers who got off at that stop had a relative in Los Angeles and they took that suitcase and we don't know if he recovered it.
Definitely the worst experience we have had on a tour trip. It is a real shame since the places visited are beautiful, but if you lose rest time, if you notice the poor organization and the staff's annoyance with their own work, if the drivers do not respect the safety of travelers, you lose everything. , it becomes a nuisance and one wants the martyrdom to end instead of ending up happy, which is what one pays a tour for, to live a beautiful and friendly experience. Avoid ruining your vacation by hiring this tour, which is the same one purchased through USA TOURS. A shame.
