Loved our visit! My partner is in a wheelchair and 2.5 hours to read all the cool quotes and take selfies would have been better we did it in 1.5 hours and felt like we missed a lot of interesting information and fun selfies. The last 4D show took place at closing which was a really lovely surprise to see it! We will definitely be back when the restaurant opens in October 2024 or hopefully earlier !!

I wasn't sure about this one but pleasantly surprised! Odd seeing people that have now passed on too soon though. Worth the time for sure.

We went to the SF Tussauds the week before. The Hollywood one is just as good and has a lot more to look at. The wax works, as always, are excellent quality. It was great fun seeing a lot of A-Listers

We spent a week in this area and we might have had more fun here than any other place. The kids absolutely loved all the wax figures and posing with them was half the fun. Some of them even had props to enhance the pictures. It was little odd they way some of them were spaced out, but with 3 floors of fun, we spent a couple of hours here and it was great.

The wax dolls look real, the themes from room to room are amazing (movies, singers) and there are some accessories to dress up with when taking pictures with the wax figures. The movie was awesome, my kids (17 years) and I had a great time.

I would give my experience a 5 star rating if the customer service wasn’t so bland (except the dude that assisted us @the wax hand booth). Other than that, our time here was exciting & fun. It is definitely worth exploring @least once — granted the possibility of Madame Tussaud’s additions in the future.

There wasn't as many wax figures as I assumed for the price. Got the most expensive package yet wasn't able to fulfil the 4D movie because it was too late. The guy working at the wax station was horribly rude, not helpful, no personality and failed to warn how hot the wax would be for my daughter. Waste of money.

Not worth the price of admission. They are redoing a few exhibits. The mannequins.are great but found for the price of admission there were very few. The one in NY is way better.

Great place we had so much fun with the props.it was just me and my boyfriend and we re enjoy all three floors of figures and I love the history

It was raining, so we decided to give it a go, we were really surprised at how much fun we had, even without our children in tow.

Great experience, very well done figures. Entertaining and fun. Would have liked a bigger shop for more museum souvenirs to choose from. Maybe add a photo option to take a picture with your favorite celebrity reveling their walk of fame star, or maybe you yourself reveling your own star.

I was impressed with everything especially the 3d movie at the end. I know there is more stuff coming soon and will definitely be back to see them

Fun experience! We were there in the morning - few people were visiting at this time and we had a great time posing with the figures and taking pictures uninterrupted. Also Marvel 4D experience was a fun addition to our visit. Still the admission price seems a bit high for about 60 figures.

A fun place to visit! we had a lot of fun seeing the waxworks, it has been a few years since our last visit and there was a big difference in the displays. The 4D movie was fun and just a bit different. While we were there we also took part in the 7D Clown experience - a fun competition for competitive families!

My daughter wanted to go and I was a bit skeptical. However, everyone in our group had a really good time taking pictures with the various figures. The realism of the statues was astonishing, I kept saying "excuse me" to wax figures! The provided props make it fun to interact with the "stars". I enjoyed the display that showed how the figures are created. We did not experience the Marvel Universe 4D part of the ticket.
