With so many options out there for a tour, we were looking for something private and a little more personal than a bus tour. We did stay outside of the pickup area (which we expected 100%), the communication was outstanding in setting up arrangements. Now for the individual... Ben was our guide, and I personally think this is his true calling, he was very personal, knowledgeable of the area and just ongoing events in general. Ben catered the tour to our needs/wants, Ben was able to take us places that would not have been accessible on a bus tour. We HIGHLY recommend this tour, and if able to.... request Ben a.k.a. We went on the Segway tour and it was the highlight of our trip! Luce the tour guide was exceptional and made sure we were safe at all times! Great tour and great guide! We did things we would never have dreamed of like ride a Segway down Rodeo drive! Amazing! If you have a chance, this tour is a must!

We enjoyed our Segway tour through the streets of Los Angeles' Miracle Mile! Luce was our very knowledgeable tour guide and made the trip fun. He helped us capture this memory by taking great photos of us along the tour's iconic markers. This Segway tour was a great way to experience the Miracle Mile.

My son and I visited LA this week and while there did the 5 hour LA Highlights tour in Beverly Hills/Hollywood. Everything about the tour was great, and our guide Ben was awesome. Ben was personable, knowledgeable about the city and has a great sense of humor. I'm sure all the guides are great, but I would highly recommend Ben!

Our tour guide, Luce, was top notch and we ended up on a private tour with him just the 2 of us by fortune and circumstance. The segways were in top notch condition and Luce was so knowledgeable and very conscientous of the twists and turns throughout the tour. We got a great history of the Beverly Hills area, including the famous Rodeo Drive, but our favorite part of the tour was riding around the lesser populated parts and residential areas of Bevery Hills where we got to see the Beverly Hills Hotel and Marilyn Monroe's childhood home. Highly recommended and ask for Luce - he was absolutely awesome!

Our tour guide Benjamin was super fun and nice and very knowledgeable about the area. It was nice for someone else could drive so we could actually see everything. He would also help us in and out of the vehicle. A true gentleman.

Great tour. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly and tailored the tour to our skill level with Segways. He was always looking out for us. The tour itself was interesting, with being able to see Rodeo Drive and other landmark sites in Beverly Hills. I would definitely recommend this. We want to do one of the other "Another Side of Los Angeles" tours next time we come.

Our communication with Kenneth in the office from the very start was outstanding - so quick to respond and very helpful in trying to align our one day layover with a tour including airport pick up! Our guide Ben was brilliant and really put us at ease in the city (important with two young children) and his sense of humour was great. We were literally chauffeur driven from place to place and given as long as we needed in each place. It all worked seamlessly. He certainly knows his way round and was happy to try and find my son’s favourite you tuber’s house which made his day! We even went to a fab diner for lunch which suited us perfectly. All perfect and exactly what we needed being tired! We feel like we’ve seen LA and made the most of our layover. Totally recommend and thank you!

My husband and I took the to our Beverly Hills tour yesterday with our guide loose. We loved Luce and he had so much great information for us about the city. We loved seeing rodeo drive and all the luxury houses and driving up and down Wilshire Boulevard. Everything was on time and Luce made sure we were safe the whole time. I definitely recommend this tour and Luce himself was fabulous.

We took an e-bike tour with the family today (2 college kids, mom & dad). Luce was our tour guide. In one word, he was AWESOME!! He was kind, informative, safety conscious, flexible, funny, patient, open to stopping here & there, and really cool! We would definitely do this tour again!!

Booked this as a team-building activity for my team and we had an absolute blast! Only 2 of us had ever ridden a Segway before but, within minutes of getting instruction, everyone was off confidently zooming around. The guides were terrific: very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. It was a great time!!

f I could give 10 stars I would from start to finish it was first class. From the smooth booking process to payment. Our tour guide Ben was beyond excellent, friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating to our needs ( I walk with a cane). I would highly recommend this tour. We got to see a lot of LA, more than what other operator’s offer. It is well worth the money.
