- dianabF7248BE0 contributionsOne breath 7 days trip!Recently I experienced a most amazing breathtaking adventure going with my daughter Evelina to a 7 day tour with Viator guides... The tour was brilliantly organized and performed through efforts of such outstanding talented guides as Roberto and Lorenzo. Also the drivers and the rest of the interpretors team. Roberto surrounded us, tourists, with his special warm attention, care and comfort; Lorenzo picked up our spirit to the level of heaven and carried us in heavenly blissful mood during our several days trips to grandiose canyons and valleys, monumental parks and historic routes! His romantic admiration of natural wonders couldn't leave untouched anybody's soul! His wonderful performance was amplified with impressive American and Italian signature songs that would carry everyone in bliss during our long bus drive... Everyone was excited and inspired! It takes certain talent, mood and deep knowledge to organize everything into one masterpiece tour - that was our impression of Lorenzo' s performance... I am very grateful to our guides and drivers who were working so hard and non stop to make all of us feel comfortable and joyful! Thanks to the Viator organizers, Diana Belinska Atlanta, GAWritten November 7, 2023
- emilypK8516PB0 contributionsA way to see Az + antelope canyon easily DOES NOT INCLUDE GRAND CANYONFantastic scenery however I wish there was more of an emphasis on explanations of each place rather than being dropped off to shop. Very long periods on bus.Written July 19, 2023
- Horse19540 contributionsAn unforgettable tourThis tour should be called Highlights of Sedona and Monument Valley. I was thinking I would be staying a night in Sedona and a night in Monument valley but we stayed in Motel 6 in Page, AZ. I had heard the the sunrise and sunset in Monument Valley were spectacular which was not possible. Sedona is a lovely place surrounded by Red rocks and people should stay at least a night. One can meditate here and also do a retreat. Just 2 hours here is not enough. Monument Valley was a great place to see and one and half hours was not enough in the jeep tour. A bumpy ride in some places in the open top jeep. Horseshoe Bend was nice to see. Takes about 10 to 15 minutes to go from parking lot and coming back will definitely take around 30 minutes or less because the way uphill when you are back. If you take small children, be prepared Antelope Canyon tour is fantastic. It lasts for around an hour or less and below ground level. In some places only a single person can move and you have to watch out for corners. Also visited Valley of Fire state park and Lake Powell. Remember one must have a good pair of walking shoes, hat and carry water with them everywhere People who cannot stand too much heat have to be very careful. Tipping is a must for the tour guides and driver. If and when i come back here, I will stay a night in Sedona and a night in Monument Valley or Kayenta which is 21 miles away.Written July 11, 2023

- Hannah P0 contributionsBeautiful tour of sacred land!We had a great tour! Our favorite spot was probably Antelope Canyon - just stunning! We were part of a group of about 10 travelers. Our tour guide was Lorenzo, and our driver as Feris. Both great people safely leading us across many hours of travel and tours. Lorenzo is multilingual and was able to converse all of the members of tour trip, adding humor, fun music, and insights to every stop. Feris was kind enough even to drive my Dad and I one night to a nearby restaurant after we watched the Super Bowl with him in the hotel lobby area! This tour includes many great sprinklings of areas in the Southwest, and now makes me want to go back to visit many of these sites for a longer stay. We are really glad we had this experience!Written February 18, 2023
- takahirof20230 contributionsGreatest TourGreat tour, highly recommended Really enjoyed the tour. Several great points about it are as follows. Tour contents: the tour was well organized and we got to see everything we wanted on schedule. We love it that we got enough time for each place because the tour was three-day-long. Tour guides and the driver: our guides Lorenzo and Masa were really knowledgeable, kind, and thoughtful. They know everything about the places, they always thought about what would be best for us guests, and they never failed to entertain us. The driver Feris was also very friendly, needless to mention his driving skills. The price: the tour was affordable for us international travelers, and was worth twice the actual price. It is incredible that they offer this tour this inexpensively. There is no complaint from us at all. They wouldn’t let you down.Written February 9, 2023
- SimonNJ0 contributionsMonument Valley/Antelope Canyon tourA wonderful tour! We went on a mid-October tour. The guides were great and so was Ozzie, the coach driver who went out his way to show spectacular places that were not on our formal itinerary. I should also add the price is very reasonable. Recomend with the highest enthusiasm and no reservations.Written October 25, 2022
- SaltLakeCityFlyer0 contributionsGreat sights but 1 man dangerous! We had a great time seeing the wonders of the West, all beautiful. Best sights are during the 3 days in NV, AZ, UT. But....on the day we got to Utah there was a japanese translator Hiro or Hilo (who came with us from LA on bus) , he shouted and physically assaulted our superb Guide Edoardo in our hotel lobby at check in time , an unprovoked attack , but Ed exhibited very professional behaviour and maturity. Mentally ill people should not be allowed on vehicles with normal people. We made a formal complaint with the hotel , it ruined our whole experience and for the tour company we hope they fired that dangerous man Hiro or Hilo. He scared us. Driver Stanley excellent, safe. Guide Ed the best we ever had. Breakfast in hotels good!Written October 16, 2022
- JoeB22719610 contributionsGREAT Tour experience EXCEPT FOR THE ENDINGOur Tour Group (AMADEO) w/ Roberto and Steve Cirillo as Tour guides were EXCELLENT & PROFESSIONAL. It takes only one HORRIBLE experience to ruin the trip. The driver, ARMIN, was so INHUMAN & UN-PROFESSIONAL that the EXCELLENT rating I was going to give your company changed to only OKAY. He de-graded our fellow Italian visitors by insulting them when they requested to go the bathroom. He said to them, "THIS ISN'T EUROPE". That was the1st time they made a request to go to the bathroom. I think the passenger felt embarrassed by the remark from ARMIN. It wasn't until this passanger got the courage to ask again did he finally relent. He exhibited this same attitude towards me and my wife when he thought we were going to the 4 Points Sheraton in Culver city. He told Us to get out here is your hotel. We then told him we DID NOT ASK TO BE DROPPED OFF HERE. He got mad and slammed the door to the van. He then called Roberto (who had been dropped off earlier due to illness) and proceeded to yell at him. This experience with this man ruined my impression of your company. My suggestion is that you send him for ANGER MANAGEMENT TRAINING before he ruins your company's imageWritten August 8, 2022

Leaving the details of itineraries, unplanned events and driving to the tour operators to figure out. - makaylabm_0 contributions5 day desert adventureAs a return guest, I cannot reccomend Empire Vacations highly enough! With affordable tours, and excellent guides, they always make travelling fun and easy. In a jam-packed 5 day tour from Los Angeles to Las Vegas, Hoover Dam, Sedona, Monument Valley, Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon, you will experience some of the best attractions the USA has to offer. As you journey through California, Nevada, Arizona and Utah, you will see some of the desert's most photogenic landscapes, and learn the natural and cultural history of each region. Monument Valley and Antelope Canyon were the highlights with both offering exceptional, local Navajo guides to educate visitors on the history of two of the places. This tour offers the perfect balance of scheduled tours at attractions and free time to explore the cities at your own pace. The accommodation in each location was clean and the complimentary breakfast was tasty but simple. On our tour we had two guides - Jacob and Dino. Both were knowledgable, professional, humourous, flexible, and made the trip memorable. Suitable for people of all ages, I recommend this tour to families, couples, and solo travellers alike. If you are seeking the adventure of a lifetime, this is the trip for you.Written January 25, 2021

This trip was excellent for me and my husband. We saw many things in a short time. Many short stops. Do bring comfortable shoes. You will be walking alot.
Our tour guy Roberto and Brenda were excellent. They were very super nice. Super Informative .
The Only one bad thing from this trip was the driver he was so rude. His name is David. Very bad attitude. He was driving reckless. He most ran over a pedestrian.

We did the 3 day tour from Los Angeles to San Francisco and Yosemite National Park, returning back to LA. This was a multilingual tour managed perfectly by lead guide Dorit and her co-guide Giovanni and assisted by coach driver Alex. What a fantastic team that showed us the main sights at Santa Barbara, Solvang, Carmel & Pebble Beach before arriving in San Francisco. Our day in San Francisco was amazing with a cruise under the Golden Gate Bridge and around Alcatraz before being let loose at Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39 to see the seals. A drive across both Golden Gate & Bay Bridge, a stop at the Palace of Fine Arts, the spectacular view from Twin Peaks and time to wander China Town and downtown all made for a great day in a very beautiful city. The third day was visiting the highlights & beauty of Yosemite National Park before driving back to Los Angeles. Despite the mix of different nationalities and languages, we all managed to mix and come together as a group thanks to Dorit and her team....and her fun photo moments have given us some great memories to treasure. They were long days, but we saw so much and I recommend this tour to anyone wanting to explore the California coast and San Francisco & Yosemite with transportation included.

I would strongly recommend this experience..a great 4 night tour with a multilingual group of 3 guides led by Dorit who gave us an overview of the California coast visiting the Spanish mission in Santa Barbara, continuing to Solvang, Carmel and onto San Francisco for day 2, where we were given a detailed tour of the city including the fantastic Palace of fine arts; City hall; Golden gate bridge; Union square; Chinatown; Pier 39; with a cruise of the Bay under the bridge and around Alcatraz, a very busy day but most enjoyable.
Day 3 of to the wonders of Yosemite.
Day 4 travel to Las Vegas via the desert and Death Valley with a stop for lunch at the outlet mall on the Nevada state line, with the highlight being a walking tour of the strip in Vegas and visiting many of its amazing hotels. Another very busy and rewarding day...Day 5 return to LA

My family and I took this 3-day California Coast Tour in December and 5 stars are honestly not enough to describe what an incredible experience it was.
Our live and multilingual tour guide, Dorit, was personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable. She truly made our time together memorable, ensuring each person on our tour left with no unanswered questions, happy memories, extraordinary photographs and a deeper understanding of California's history.
The stops making up Empire Vacations' Winter Route are Santa Barbara, Solvang, San Francisco, Carmel, the 17 Mile Drive and Hearst Castle. On such a tour, some of the stops are only brief and therefore don't allow enough time to thoroughly explore each location; however, the busy days made it possible to visit numerous popular attractions in a short time frame.
At each location, punctuality was vital. Our particular group were relaxed, culturally diverse and extremely good at keeping to schedule. As a result, our driver and guide were able to include additional stops including the Madonna Inn, Palace of Fine Arts and Ragged Point, which were locations not listed on the original itinerary.
I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to experience all that California has to offer, as it is suitable for families, couples and solo travellers alike. Empire Vacations make travelling fun and easy by taking away the stress of driving so you can enjoy the live commentary and relax as you learn about your next destination.

A perfect tour! Day 1 with numerous stops at many places (even more than described at itinerary) along the West Coast. Day 2 all day long at San Francisco, where we managed again to see more than described. Day 3 Yosemite - amazing! Our main guide Dorit and her team (driver, co-guide Luka) were experienced and knowledgeable, took a good care of everybody of us. Our group was disciplined, followed the set timings, thus we managed to see even more than planned initially. The stops were often enough, thus we did not get tired during the bus ride (the bus was very comfortable as well). The final costs remained as stated at the booking (no any "hidden surprises" at later stage). We highly recommend this beautiful tour and the company.

My 13yrs old Son and I planned a jam packed vacation to see as much of California that we could in our 8 days. Booking this tour was one of the best things we did! We were literally all over the place. Saw so much! Dorit was an amazing tour guide, my son & I just loved her and her team. I can't say exactly what was the best part of our tour because each day was wonderful! One day it happened to be my birthday, and the whole bus sang to me. It was an amazing feeling, and not every day that a multi cultural bus load sings to you! I highly recommend this to anyone looking to see a lot in a short time. I wouldn't recommend this trip for small children though, it's a lot of time on a bus, and a strict timeline to follow.

The best tour if you have limited time and want to get as much as possible out of it. Hotels on this tour where we stayed - were simply fabulous (way better, compared to hotels we stayed at in LA and Vegas on our own), one even had a jacuzzi in the room. the main guide Roberto - very experienced and easygoing person, highly recommend him. The tour in total - definitely worth the money. Detailed description and comments below.
1 day. Santa Barbara (not much to see, I would even recommend making a stop not at the mission, but somewhere on the beach or pier). The whole of Santa Barbara as we saw it - literally 2 pictures, that's it. Also, I would recommend making a 5-minute stop at the lake and the dam (even from the bus window this might be an interesting landscape and pics. Monterey, bird rock - fantastic views.
2 day. San Francisco - fabulous day and very interesting, great views.
3 day. Yosemite - awesome, without any comments. The nature and landscapes - simply overwhelming.
However, one negative comment I would like to make is about the company, who organized the trip (as far as I understand it's proper name is Amadeo Travel Solutions NY). I specified pickup point during the booking process. They changed it on their own. After that I've called them 3 times within 2 days - and only after the 3rd time they finally changed the reservation to a proper pickup point. Messaging through tripadvisor - they simply don't answer these mails (4 mails - no response at all). The guy who was picking up people from our hotel - we were not on his list, only when we finally located the bus ourselves, we found out that he was also travelling with us (weird but that's just the way it was). So,as a summary - organization and interaction with the company 1 star out of five. And that's, as an example, on the contrary with 1 day LA tour - they were sending messages (even including the color of the bus and where to look for it) at every stage of the tour, well in advance, and messaging in the tripadvisor - i was receiving response within 15 minutes of the request.
But all in all - the tour itself is a must, highly recommend it.

Hi Georgy,
Thank you for your wonderful review! we're glad to hear you enjoyed our tour so thoroughly.
I'm not sure why there was confusion with your pick up as we rarely have any problems, however I have notified the operations team and we will ensure that it isn't an issue for anyone else.
I'm glad that the tour you rated our tour as "the best tour if you have limited time"

Good way to see a lot of sights! However the food choices for meals was limited to fast food joints most of the time. The hotel on the second night was crowded- several buses came in on the same night ,it was difficult to find our rooms and having to go up and down stairs with bags after a long day sightseeing wasn’t the best!
There was a lot of walking up and down hills - so wear comfortable shoes !
