- N7113QNkimb0 contributionsDisappointedIt was disappointing that many questions were unanswerable due to many obstacles- construction, closed elevators due to remodeling, closed church and so forth- see pics- these are just two of the problems- the online game needs to stay up to date on what’s going on as it was a run around - I feel like a refund should be given-Written May 3, 2024
- Diane M0 contributionsPlayful fun starting and ending at The Peabody Hotel.I didn’t have any idea of how long the hunt would be, at all. I think that it would have been helpful to have some sort of idea. We had such a great time exploring!Written April 30, 2024
- Joel N0 contributionsFun with teensThis was a great way to learn about Phoenix. My family had some time to kill before heading to the airport, and this was a fun 3 hours.Written April 6, 2024
- KathyH700 contributionsGood way to see downtown PhoenixWe enjoyed touring the area and enjoyed lunch at the Teeter House very much. We searched all the houses for the washing implement and there wasn’t one some of houses were closed so we wondered if it wasn’t out. Overall we had a great time.Written March 28, 2024
- kristinsQ2292WW0 contributionsFamily FunReally fun way to explore a part of the city! Kept my 2 kids interested the whole time! Would have been helpful to have had more information before I purchased, for example one of the sites closes at 5pm so we were not able to enter but did not learn this until after paying. Also, it should mention in the description that it can take up to 2 hours after purchase before you are able to access the app. We wanted to do it right away. Fortunately, Christie at Urban Adventure Quest was super friendly and helpful.Written February 27, 2024
- 942sergee0 contributionsTo complex to have funThe scavenger hunt took up to much time to play while trying to enjoy the art work and exhibits. It should have been a lot more simple and easier to do.Written September 24, 2023
- Beth D0 contributionsIt was fun and challenging! The hunt was very fun and challenging. I just wish we’d had more time to go into some of the buildings, but we were limited because we had added other plans. History buffs should make this an all day event! Thank you for helping us to see your beautiful city!Written July 27, 2023
- Jray03310 contributionsLots of fun!Must do. Really enjoyed the history and being taken by all the landmarks. Maybe not so many questions about hard rock and more about some of the other stuff.Written June 12, 2023
- kimmoore0615660 contributionsNot goodWould not recommend. You are paying for something you can do on your own and see more things in less amount of time. Was supposed to be family fun and ended up being frustrating and a waste of time and money.Written May 21, 2023
- jetlagbaby0 contributionsFun for the whole familyDecided to try this as a way to see the city and keep our seven year old engaged. Worked like a charm. Plenty of opportunities to choose to see sites along the way in depth, or not. Spent just under four hours. Interface is basic but worked fine for us. Lucky find!Written April 1, 2023
- Eurogirl550 contributionsA fun way to explore the cityMy friend and I were in Sacramento for a weekend. We wanted a fun way to walk around and explore the city. This was it! It’s fun to get the clues and then figure them out. It was cold (ish) the day we did this, so we probably spent less time than we would have had the weather been warmer. As it was, I think we took about 3 hours or so, including a quick stop in a coffee shop. In warmer weather, we probably would make a day of it and spend some time looking things up to learn more about the city as we solved the clues. We had a little technical difficulty retrieving our tickets, but I called the number they gave us and a very nice woman fixed it for us. I also received a follow-up email after the course, thanking me for some feedback I sent. So, I’d give them high marks for customer service. Sacramento is an interesting place to visit and this was a great way to get acquainted with it. Highly recommend.Written March 27, 2023
- anamV9259VR0 contributionsMomI couldn’t redeem my ticket, the phone number was useless. Waste of my money. I have nothing else to say. I wish I would have done itWritten March 22, 2023
- travelinmom580 contributionsGreat way to explore a cityGreat way to explore a city. Learned a few interesting facts, saw some things not seen before, and gave our brains a little exercise, too. Easy walking, generous time allowed. One drawback and cause of aggravation was that an historical marker with a clue was no longer there (thankfully, we found a local who knew the answer, and knew that the plaque had been destroyed in a storm), and an artifact had been moved to a different location, so we answered incorrectly. Still, had a great time, would highly recommend.Written February 23, 2023
