This was a great way to be introduced to the La Jolla area. Tyler is very knowledgeable about the area and paid great attention wanting to make sure that he was going at the right pace - not too fast and not too slow. We couldn't have had a more personable guide. Highly Recommended!

We happened to be the only two on our Sunday morning e-bike tour and had an excellent time with Brian. The e-bikes are extremely easy to use and make everything very enjoyable. Brian made sure we stayed safe, and was very informative at each stop along the way. This was a great way to see a lot more of the La Jolla area than we otherwise would have been able to.

We had an amazing day. This is well worth the cost. Our guide was beyond amazing. One of the best things that we chose to do on our trip to San Diego. Thank you so very much!

I have visited the La Jolla area many times in the last 10 years, but this tour took us to hidden gems I didn't even know existed. The electric bikes made covering the distances very easy and were able to handle on and off-road terrain. We were in a small group that probably spanned about 45 years in age, and all were able to participate and enjoy. Even when I took a spill on the bike, our guide was quick to provide aid and even offer to modify our path to get me safely back to the starting point. There were ample opportunities to take photos. Our guide did a good job of sharing the local history, training us on bike operation, and acting as photographer as needed. We would definitely do it again.

Brien was more than an amazing tour guide! he was extremely knowledgeable concerning the animals, the area and everything. He was able to answer all our questions and even more! Just the perfect amount of information! The tour is expensive but so worth it and Brian makes it even better. Definitely don’t hesitate!! And asked for Brian!!

E- bijes are the best way to tour an area- you can cover a lot of ground but you are also close to the sights and also can stop anytime. We had the best tour with Tyler. He expertly coached us on how to ride the bikes before we took off, kept us safe from traffic during the ride, was a great tour guide in giving us lots of interesting information about not only the sights but local customs and recommendations, was an eager and talented photographer offering to take our picture at every stop, gave us snacks and water and frequent stops- letting us decide our pace. We would highly recommend this company especially tyler for your guide!

An enjoyable afternoon seeing the beaches of San Diego I didn't know existed, culminating in spectacular views of the city and surrounding areas from the top of mount Soledad. Brian, our guide, was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the area and the wildlife.

We had a great time. There were four adults (all in 60s) and found it very easy and fun to ride the bikes. The location was easy to find and the bikes were in perfect condition. We started with a ride down to La Jolla caves where we learned about their history of becoming a tourist attraction. We saw the sea lions and the children's swimming pool and learned about Ellen Browning Scripps who gave so much to La Jolla. We rode through beautiful neighborhoods and up to Mount Soledad. Beautiful views from up here all the way to Mexico. There is a cross at the top which is the centerpiece of the Mt. Soledad National Veterans Memorial. We then rode back down partly through a wooded bike/running trail. We always felt safe and traffic was never an issue. Gave us plenty of time to enjoy the sights we were seeing and never felt rushed to move on to the next stop. There are several stops on the tour and I enjoyed them all.

My son and I were looking for something to do on first day in La Jolla to get a feel for the area. We did the sunset electric bike tour and it was a great time. Our guides, Tyler and Brain, were super friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job leading us with a group of 10 people through some really scenic neighborhoods, parks, beaches and to a great spot to catch the sunset. It was a fantastic way to get introduced to La Jolla, especially for people like us who have never been here. I highly recommend.

This tour was amazing! We have done quite a few electric bike tours around the globe, and I have to say this was one of the best! The bikes seemed really new and worked perfectly. The battery on the bikes definitely lasted (I think battery only went down one notch during the tour), and the hills were no match for the power when on 4 (high), which was wonderful. The last thing I wanted to do was get tired peddling while viewing all the amazing sites of La Jolla. Our tour guides, Brian & Tyler, were personable and super knowledgable. They both grew up in the area and knew so many details and trivia, including really interesting historical things that only locals would know and be able to share! You can tell they love the area and love connecting with tourists! I can tell they really love what they do! Thank you for such a great experience!

My teenage son and I did the So Cal Riviera Tour with Tyler on July 8th and it was amazing in so many ways! Such a fantastic way to get to explore La Jolla that you couldn’t do on your own via car. Because you’re on an e-bike, you’re literally immersed in so much beautiful scenery…I couldn’t think of a better way to spend our first day in La Jolla. Tyler was really knowledgeable and shared so many interesting facts about each area along the way. While we really enjoyed all the different stops, the icing on the cake was definitely the stunning 360 degree views from the Mt. Soledad Memorial – so breathtaking! This was such a positive and memorable experience for my son and I, I know we’ll likely reflect on it for years to come. When my son and I were talking about our tour experience today, a day later, we both agreed that what really made the experience so exceptional was Tyler. Tyler is such a genuine, grounded and real dude with such a positive vibe. Both my son and I were really grateful for the meaningful connection that we developed with Tyler during our time together. Thanks for making our journey around La Jolla so phenomenal, Tyler!

So Cal Riviera e bike tour of La Jolla was an excellent e- bike tour today.! We arrived in La Jolla yesterday and wanted to get our bearings and learn about the town and its surroundings. Brian was an excellent tour guide and provided some of the best scenic views in San Diego -as well as history and stories along the way. He made sure we were familiar with the e- bikes before and helmets provided fit. Was well paced. We stopped frequently for photo ops, bathroom and refreshment breaks. We saw views we never would have seen if we hadn’t been on Brian’s tour! Overall, it was a great experience and we would highly recommend taking a SoCal Riviera e bike tour while you’re in La Jolla.
