A unique old school vibe, nice original design, safe area with beach access and nice pool areas. Far from downtown with rather austere rooms.

It was an interesting experience, to be able to return to the places that we liked the most. For example, Balboa Park. Joseph very attentive and kind in all details.

Wonderful tour but not enough time to see them all. Just like what Joseph said, only "a glimpse of San Diego". Joseph is such a good tourist guide and a safe driver.

Chris was very informative. We hit all the major areas and had time to walk and explore. This tour is great if you so not know all of the areas in San Diego. Then you will know where you want to visit and spend time. The vehicle was comfortable.

The tour was great, we hit all the major parts of the city. I really liked that we had time to ourselves to walk about and do our own thing. Joe was friendly and knowledgeable about the city’s history. Enjoyed the hotel pick up and drop off, added bonus! Would book again, definitely recommend it.

I love riding the Trolley, we got to see so many different spots. It was so convenient, and you got so much of San Diego's history by listening to the trolley drivers. It was very informative, and each driver had their own stories and funny jokes. The best part of riding the trolley's is that you don't have to worry about parking, I do wish they ran until 5:00 p.m. You can Uber around town if you want to stay out later. A weekend wasn't long enough, you need at least 3 days to check out everything. There's so much to do, Old Town, Midway, Museums, Little Italy, and so much more. We did have to wear masks during the ride, and the windows were down so there was nice ventilation on the trolley.

Went to meeting spot at appointed time, no tour bus showed up. Called to confirm and was told trip was cancelled do to lack of people, again, never notified,

We got to see a lot in San Diego in one day. We enjoyed all of the stops and historical information provided by Joe during our tour. Great overview of the city for our teens’ first trip to the West Coast.

Overall great experience! The tour was long but in depth and worth your time. Gives you enough time to get out and look around each area. Perfect air conditioning to come back to after walking around San Diego. Recommend highly!

Took long-term friends from out of town on this trip. Although I live in California my entire life I’ve never known all the information and seen the sites that were given on the tour the tour is fantastic value. I’m gonna take all my family members and out of town guests on the next tour when they come to visit. I highly recommend this tour.

We had a fabulous day in San Diego today with Joseph from Best Coast Tours. Even though there were only the two of us on the tour, they didn’t cancel on us....thankfully! Joseph was a great tour guide with a great deal of knowledge of the area we were visiting. He incorporated so much into the one day. We saw Balboa Park, Old Town, Mount Soledad Park, Sea lions & the Hotel Del Coronado....plenty of time to explore at each stop. Loved it and wouldn’t hesitate to book with these guys again.

Had taken then LA tour a couple of months ago and it was great - so booked the San Diego tour with my granddaughters. We had a wonderful time - Joseph is an outstanding tour guide - and provided delightful stories about the many places we saw. It was ComiCom week and we got to walk though the crowds and see all the characters and people! The girls loved La Jolla and the seals as well as spending time on Coronado Island. Options for lunch were great - both for the LA and SD tours. With the great overview of the city, we were able to select those places where we wanted to spend more time over the next couple of days - so very efficient use of time! So happy we booked the tour!
