The trip was amazing,especially our driver komang trisna he has such an amazing personality,very outgoing and informative,and his english is really really good,and he’s super patient,i would book with him again in a heartbeat

I had a good experience on this tour. Surprisingly I was the only one who booked so it ended up being a full day experience alone with just the driver but was still enjoyable, safe and a good excursion. A highlight was the Hidden Canyon trip and the person guide there called Warjan…he was an excellent guide and ensured i was safe in the water and on the rocks!

On the day I booked the trip, the canyon was closed. No one checked before. Visiting the canyon was my main reason to book this Tour, because it is not allowed to go into the canyon without a guide. Even though the main event of the trip was not available TripGuru refused to give a refund, not even a part of the trip. Very bad customer service, I will definetely not book anything like this again.

The driver promptly picked us up at the time we were informed of. The car was lovely and the air con was perfect. We were able to skip all queues. The tour guide spoke fluent English and gave us very useful information. Highly recommend this tour.

Thanks to Komang for being a great guide and even taking us to a cozy coffee plantage on our way back which was not planned. The Hidden Canyon was awesome, and the highlight of the day for us! There were basically no other tourists (we were puzzled why that was) and we liked the hike through water and stone climbing, as well as the beautiful scenery. Be aware that the stone climbing can be a little challenging and slippery at times, but the guide was helpful and made us feel safe. I did it barefooted which was ok, but if you have water shoes already, bring them. The temples were also interesting to see and learn about the religion. The waterfall was ok, very touristy as we had expected. We only did a short stop. The coffee plantage Poo Hunters (note this was a spontaneuous visit and as far as I know not to be expected as part of the trip!) was really cozy, and the Cat Poo Chino coffee was really tasty.

Had the best day ever! The hidden canyon was amazing 🤩🤩 Our guide was so friendly and he told us alot about the culture in Bali. Truely a perfect day, book this trip you will have memories for life ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The girls from Sweden 🇸🇪

Fabulous tour well worth using a guide who buys the entry tickets & takes you past all the very long queue. Thank you Paton. He warned us about the monkeys stealing and as my daughter needed to keep her glasses on he walked the temple area with us. Thank goodness he did. Whilst looking at the ocean with a huge cliff drop a monkey grabbed the prescription glasses. Our guide immediately was at our side, instructing what to do & not panic. A nearby Temple workers managed to retrieve the glasses before the monkey threw them over the cliff. The fire dance is different and spell binding. A must see.

Honestly, the trip was so so. Uluwatu temple and Kecak dance was good to see for once but waaay too many tourists! The most entertaining thing for me to see were the monkeys stealing stuff (glasses, hats, phones, drinks) from other tourists 😂 Our guide was friendly but in all honesty it was more „just“ a driver since he didn‘t really come to the temple or the dance with us and did not explain anything. I would go to the temple and the dance again but wouldn‘t do it with a group tour and guide anymore as you can just book a grab and buy the tickets to the show yourself and get off way cheaper too. The tourguide didn‘t add anything to the experience.

Views were good. Guide and driver were great. Price was a bit high for what we got, so not value for money compared to other tours available out there.

An awful experience, this was a scam. I participated in a day tour in June 2023, advertised on the website to have a "local guide" for the tour. In reality, our driver Rai didn't introduce any of the sights; instead, he was busy on his phone, chatting with people, and even directly informed us that he was going for lunch, telling us to explore the sights ourselves. We didn't receive the "local guide" service as stated on the website; it was merely a regular chauffeured trip. We should have immediately requested our credit card company to stop the payment because this was clearly a scam. The driver's English communication skills were very limited, we could only have a very limited conversation. Most importantly, the driver didn't treat us with integrity and honesty. When we asked if we could have lunch before visiting the second attraction, as the restaurant we chose was within 200 meters of the entrance, he agreed but still took us to buy tickets for the attraction. Despite my repeated requests to go for lunch first, he kept saying yes but kept directing us towards the entrance, claiming the restaurant was in that direction (even though Google Maps clearly showed the restaurant was in the opposite direction). Eventually, he rushed us to take photos, forcing us to quickly finish touring the attraction before having lunch. If he didn't want us to have lunch first, he could have simply told us instead of resorting to such deceitful tactics. His treatment towards us left us with a very negative impression, ruining our enthusiasm for the trip and spoiling our otherwise perfect vacation.

Fraudulent company… Tripguru is the worse your company… I booked a tour in Bali… and specifically sent an email to confirm that I will be returned to my hotel by 6 pm… because I had prebooked a 6:30 pm airport transfer… and Bali traffic is no joke and you must leave on time… Tripguru responded that I would be back on time by 6 pm… So I go on the tour and confirm with the driver… and the driver says that I will get back at 8:30 pm and miss my flight… It was a group tour and so I even tried to stay on the tour but every person had to agree to do the Ubud rice fields last and go far east first… I was even willing to pay for my own taxi from Ubud back to Denpasar AT MY OWN EXPENSE… Unfortunately, one of the passengers was adamant that she wanted to do the Ubud rice fields first… and so I had to leave the tour before it started… And here is the Fraud and Scam part… the company refused to issue a refund even when I have written proof that they responded saying I would be back by 6 pm in time to catch my flight… I booked through GetYourGuide and they refunded their 30% cut… but TripGuru is a fraudulent company and still has not refunded the money… I could do a bank chargeback with all the written evidence that I have on this… but that would also harm GetYourGuide who gave me a refund on their part… So I am instead just warning everyone not to work with TripGuru… The problem is that TripGuru I found out is based in the Philippines and not Bali… so their customer service doesn’t even know anything about Bali…

The trip was a great way to see all the highlights of Ubud. We had a fantastic tour guide Dewa who was very helpful, funny and answered all of our questions.

I have day tour of Ubud highlights. As a solo visitor , my guide Santika, take care of me so well, with professional attitude and nice driving, always walk with me. This agency has great service. I have so much fun, see great picture, please do some tour with them!
