Listening to all the stories of cancellations and no ticket panic, we were so relieved when the guys pulled a trip out of the bag for us, very last minute and over the very busy holiday weekend. As other people were no shows we had a very comfy merc minibus to ourselves and the undivided attention of Stephen who looked after us well including queuing up with us. Highly recommend!

Overall great experience, the trip to the mine with our guide, Daniel went smoothly. It would’ve been better if the guide at the mine wouldn’t rush this much but the experience was still good.

The driver was very helpful, we were given a tour guide from auschwitz company and we had a tour guide who knew lots about the site, and the history of almost everything, she was fantastic. Went to the salt mines with Magnetic Tours, wonderful experience even though my husband is claustrophobic. Pick up was punctual, lovely vehicle and the driver spoke extremely good English. We joined a group of about 30 people with an English speaking guide who was very helpful. We had plenty of time to look around and did not feel rushed as some reviews had suggested. It is a truly amazing place and we were pleased not to have been put off by some reviews and the fact that there are a lot of stairs. We are in our 70’s and managed no bother. We were taken back to the surface in a lift by ourselves due to my husband's claustrophobia. The driver was waiting when we arrived at the pick up spot. Excellent organisation by Magnetic tours, we would not hesitate to recommend this tour company.

We did two trips with Magnetic Tours and would recommend them to everyone. A thoroughly professional company, easy to speak to, very helpful and knowledgeable. We were totally at ease with the tour arrangements, punctual, clean, reliable vehicles and English speaking guides. They keep in touch via text message or mainly WhatsApp. The self guided tour is good as we had done a guided tour in the past and we were given a book and were free to view what we wanted at our own pace. Very professional approach to the client, incredibly friendly service. We were delighted with the knowledge about each place. High standard of English language knowledge, one of our friend speaks only English and was surprised with the welcoming manner of the company.

Pickup and drop off points were clear, and drive to and from salt mines was very good with friendly staff. Salt mine experience was very good, would have been excellent except for it being so rushed.

Magnetic Tours were based in our hotel and so we used them to book the Salt Mines and the Auschwitz tours. Apart from some confusion regarding our pick ups, the trips were professionally organised and were relatively good value for money

Recommend by a friend. Nice, clean car and very helpful driver collected us promptly on very early morning 4.30. Safe ride to the airport took less than 20 minutes. At the arrival Michael brought us a trolley for our luggage without asking. Definitely will use them again on our return to Krakow in couple of weeks!
