Ultimate Los Angeles Helicopter Tour was our tour. The team is fun and friendly and they receive you with a smile. Everything was super. The flight was so much fun, we learned so much, we had tons of fun. Weather cooperated with us as well and our pilot was fun and knowledgeable, listen to us and learned quickly what we were interested in and what not. Highly recommended, worth the price.

I hate to write negative things regarding anyones places of business HOWEVER, this company has treated me so horribly that I felt it only right to warn people!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!! The level of unprofessionalism they have displayed is astonishing. My company booked 3 helicopters to leave from the Los Angeles area to take guest to Santa Barbara for a private event. The private LAUNCH of my company in fact, so you can imagine the importance of the day. On the morning of my event my guest began to arrive at the private airport, and only at that very moment were we told that they only had 2 helicopters available!! They gave us NO forewarning. NEVER called before hand to notify us.. And had ZERO resolution. So, as a result 1/3 of my guest had to stay behind, alone, on the tarmac waiting for one of the helicopter to go and come all the way back for them. It took over an HOUR!!! A few of my guest even went home as a result of the inconvenienced to their time.. and my ENTIRE DAY was ruined. AND TO MAKE IT WORSE... They offered me next to nothing as a means of restitution for their gross oversight. To this day I still have yet to receive any type of refund. They cost me thousands of dollars in damages and refuse to make right their wrong. It's truly sad how they handled this whole situation. BE WARNED! DO NOT TURST!

The whole experience was so relaxing and exciting! Our pilot set us at ease immediately and he was very knowledgeable and insightful about the LA areas we toured. As California natives,l it was awesome to view SoCal from that perspective, high enough to see how it’s all laid out and low enough to capture some details. This is 1,000 times better than any charter bus tour; learn some LA history, trivia, and experience amazing views and homes (some of them belonging to celebrities) from 1,000 feet up. The romance package including a hilltop stop was the perfect touch.

Possibly in my top three vacation experiences ever. Not only do I recommend it, but I’m happy to state that should you have the chance you’d be mad to miss out on this!

Loved this so much and will be talking about it for a long while to come. It was truly breathtaking and you really didn't feel like you were moving at all. The pilot was so lovely and showed us everything we wanted to see, he was so knowledgeable. Mountain landing with a champagne picnic was fantastic. This really was the most outstanding moment during my trip to LA. If you want to see where the stars live, don't bother with the bus tours, go sightseeing with orbic air instead.

It was a great experience delivered by awesome pilot Benny ! Even I had the problem with receiving the video, it has been solved with the happy ending. A lot of beautiful memories will stay in our heads. Great staff, fully recommend !

A brilliant half hour flight. With our pilot Austin we had an amazing smooth detailed flight around Hollywood. With Austins knowledge we were able to view celeb homes from the sky and take some amazing photos. Definitely a tour not to be missed.

Probably the best way to spend a couple of hundred dollars... worth every single penny. A very last minute booking (under the influence of red wine) I thought this would be a good idea until I saw the helicopter, nonetheless, the helicopter was amazing and the ride felt safe, the pilot was cool and calm and I felt safe. We saw everything we wanted to see without having to walk amongst the crowds. Highly recommended, first class service and something I would do again.

It was an incredible tour, my partner and i were so surprise of their hospitality, when we where in the air we felt safe and happy. Really recomendate this tour.

I took the full tour around LA including Beverley hills, the coast, santa monica pier, the sign and Downtown Amazing experience and specially viewing the sunset from up there! Really recommended Good service but the guy at the reception need to enhance his customer experience management skills :)

I booked this tour about a month in advance. Coming from the East coast to the West coast for a surprise engagement proposal on the mountain top. Upon booking them through the phone, I called back several days later to add a photographer. The photographer has been on this tour before so he's aware of policy etc... I emailed the staff their request for everyone's weight who was flying on the helicopter. Upon getting to Orbic Air, I was greeted by the guy at the front desk who stated he needed to speak with me in the back. He then explains that my photographer could not ride in the front of the helicopter and that I had to sit in a seat by myself in the front. The photographer basically had to sit in the back with my girlfriend, because of weight restrictions. I stated that this should of been told to me before I came all the way there and that when the photographer came before he sat in the front seat and even provided pictures as proof. They didn't believe me until I provided pictures. Furthermore the pilot leaves to speak with a manager, trying to see if there is anything he can do to accommodate me by having the photographer sit in the front seat. Once again the front desk guy comes back and says "your choice, refund or you can tell the photographer to stay back." Why would I tell the photographer to stay back if he's already paid for a job? He was very unprofessional from the start to finish. I asked for his manager and another guy came out and apologized and ensured me I would have a good time and I asked for a refund for the photographer's seat which was granted. Following that before we left the pilot asked the front desk guy for help with mounting the go pro live and he just drove away on the golf cart. The pilot attempted to mount the go pro and apologized only for me to get back to the hanger, upload the video from the helicopter ride and find out upon getting home that there was no video recording just still pictures. From that point I called back and they stated they don't know how that happened and would send out another video of the next helicopter ride that went out, which was 3 days later. About 2 weeks goes by and I call again to say I still have not received the video and they stated that they sent the video out. I receive a regular envelope in the mail and it was ripped open with nothing inside. Why would you put a SD card in a cheap envelope? They couldn't mail It in something protective where as thought it wouldn't rip? Especially coming from California to the East coast. I called once again to let them know what happened, they stated that they would send another video through the mail. 2 weeks later I called again to let them know I have not received the video and they stated that they could not send me another video and keep wasting money and they would upload the video on Drop Box and I could get it online. After days and 2 calls back I finally received the video through Drop Box, but viewed it and it disappeared. Terrible experience with this place from start to finish. Save your time and money and go somewhere else! Will also be contacting the better business bureau, yelp and other review sites as well. I'll be sure to make this go viral!
