I learned loads about myself in this workshop. I loved the balance of psychological frameworks that allowed us to have a deep insight into our belief systems, paired with some more spiritual and movement based practice to release energy and heal the soul! Alexey is an absolute diamond, an intelligent connected and funny man with a great heart. Would recommend this course to anyone who feels even like a little bit more self love would benefit them, the course is like a breathe of fresh air to break out of destructive internal dialog and develop a healthy way of thinking about yourself.

I was hesitant first if I should do the workshop or not as I have already done lots of different healing techniques. And I am 100% happy I decided to do this workshop. I have to say it is one of the most powerful I've ever done. 3 days full of sharing and healing. Alexy creates and holds a healing space for everyone in the group. We work at the mental, emotional and energetical levels. Many blockages release already during the workshop. We learn the keys how to continue the healing on our own. It has a beautiful opening and closing. Definitely it worth the money, time and energy :)

The 3 day Opening of the Heart course at Umaya is a challenging, rewarding and deeply transformational experience. The supportive, non-judgemental and loving space created by Anouchka and Alexey is a gift, and if you can be brave in letting yourself move fully through each experience there is so much to be learnt and gained. I can't recommend highly enough. Additionally, Anouchka's Ecstatic dance is the best in Bhagsu - if you can only go to one class, go to hers!

  I felt good and comfortable with the sharings with the group. Made me understand, how important it is to express my feelings and let it out. Also knowing about the world of this inner child, to understand that there are the reasons for the problems and I can work on it. I hope I will continue this important work with myself. The Art of Self-love workshop has been a powerful, life changing experience. Its hard to believe it was only 3 days. It felt like one year of quality therapeutic work. I cried, laughed, danced and shared deep experience and pain with my fellows in the group. The course is so well designed and Alex has created a wonderful safe space.

I did “Healing Of The Heart” workshop. Alexsey and Anouchka are great facilitators. In the workshop you become sensitive and connect with intimate parts of yourselves, they support your work and help you transcend your fears. Down to earth and healing oriented. Have done similar workshops with different facilitators, but by far connected more with their approach. Highly recommended!

I attended the heart-opening/rebirthing workshop. My experience here was so genuinely, honestly, amazing. Like being given a new set of eyes. My friends even told me I looked different afterwards. Namaste! We wanted to share an unexpected once in a lifetime experience we had with Alexi and Anuchka in their workshop (to whom we are deeply grateful for to this day). We came upon their workshop during our trip and had no special expectations.. Yet we came with an open heart and open mind, and and it was one of our most unique and transcending experiences as a couple: in heart, mind and body. It was challenging and amazing to experience the channeling of emotion from day to day, and the transcended energy we were feeling by the end of the 3 day workshop stayed with us for a long time after... we’ve been given amazing tools to continue the deepening of our spiritual and emotional journeys as individuals and a couple, and even now, more than two years after, we still feel like the workshop has been a landmark in the evolution of our relationship.
