If you are hesitant about visiting Jordan, please do go! It is an unbelievable country with the friendliest and kindest people. As native New Yorkers, we found Jordan left us feeling significantly safer than our hometown. We had three full days in Jordan and a heavy list of items we wanted to see. This was no issue for Hisham. From the moment he picked us up at the airport, he could not have been kinder or more accommodating. He took us everywhere for the five days from hotels to airports to all of our locations and offered different spots to stop along the way to truly maximize our time. He booked all of our guides and each was outstanding, kind and extremely knowledgeable. We could not have had a better experience. I cannot say enough good things about Hisham. He took time to share the history and details of Jordan and the sites we visited, stop for amazing views and show us the culinary highlights of Jordanian food. Our biggest regret is not having more time in Jordan, especially with an expert like Hisham. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend visiting Jordan with the Jordanian Mappers!!

We actually hired the car to pick us up from the Dead Sea and take us to Wadi Rum, then Wadi Rum to Petra, then Petra back to our hotel in Amman. Service was impeccable, our driver Aladdin kept the volume and temperature at a perfect level, he was super helpful and informative the whole route and was early to every single pick up/drop off. It was an incredible experience, MUCH better than renting a car and driving (lots of security check points that would have made us nervous but Aladdin handled them easily). Huge tourist van with WiFi, will be using them again next time!

Excellent service, before arriving to jordan I was hesitant, and did not know what to expect. We were a group of 9 from US and Canada, visiting Jordan for my sisters wedding, and later decided to visite wadi rum, petra and the dead sea. Hisham the owner of the company and hassan our driver took care of us from the moment we stepped out from the airport. I strongly recommend this company for anyone interested in visiting jordan, the know it inside -out, from the roads to the attraction to even the guide in petra, they take care of everything for you. We are a group of work mates of 10 adults and 3 kids. We rented a van today with a driver to take us to Umm Quais, Ajloun and Jerash. No guide but for the price we paid it was really worth it! I would certainly book with Jordanian Mappers again. The lunch was also organized by the tour. It was excellent! Copious cold Mezze and delicious fresh warm bread, and a mixed meat grill in huge portion.

We did a full week of touring all over Jordan (Amman, Jaresh, Dead Sea, Petra, Wadi Rum) with Hisham and Aladdin and we had a FANTASTIC time. Hisham has contacts throughout the country for any experience or anything that you might need (because he seems to know everyone!!). They arranged all the tours for us and provided access to excellent guides for the historical sites - we especially liked Sami in Petra, he was a lovely guy, who went at a pace that suited us and had deep expertise of the area. On our journey, they invited us to try the local snacks and treats (zaatar bread, cookies filled with dates etc..), which were delicious! We were plied with these and other refreshments throughout our trip and were generally shown great hospitality. There was WiFi in the car which was awesome because we could share our trip with our family back home in “real time”. This was the second time in Jordan for myself and my husband but the first time for the other 4 family members so we wanted them to to see why we loved this country so much and we are so glad that with Hisham and Aladdin they also had an amazing time. Indeed, both are very friendly, inviting and respectful people. They were always punctual and we felt safe at all times. I highly recommend them as transportation professionals and as good company and guides for your trip planning. Go to Jordan and go with them!

We booked transport through this company to travel around Jordan. The drivers were always friendly and punctual and the prices were reasonable. As two females we felt really safe travelling with them. Would definitely recommend using this company. We didn’t book any tours through them as we arranged those ourselves but used the company for transport. Can’t fault the service we received.
