We had a great time. We highly recommend a visit to Monkeyland. The monkeys are very interactive and the staff was great. They also took really nice pictures. You pay one flat rate to get all the pictures they took of you and your family so you don't have to decide which ones you like best. They email them to you which is very nice.

We got to the cable car at Puerta Plata to find it closed for three months. A guide offered to escort us up in our hire car but instead we jumped on a truck provided by these guys. Very glad we did as the route through town and then on mountainous 45 degree roads with broken tarmac and overflowing water would have killed the clutch of a lesser vehicle. The truck was the same as on their photos and perfectly up for the task. driver and guide were very friendly and helpful and the view from the top was amazing. if you are super fit do enjoy the four hour hike up. If you are middle aged and can run for the bus but not a 5k like me then this is a much better choice.

Wilfredo was an excellent tour guide. I would definitely recommend it to my friends. My family love the entire monkey family

This place is super fun! The monkeys are adorable and the guide made sure to come around to everyone multiple times so you were sure to get some good pictures, plus they take pictures for you and are pretty reasonable in price. The “traditional house” and demos were a nice treat as well!

Mario Silverio was the best, highly recommend doing this! This was a once in a lifetime experience for me and my family. Will definitely do again

The monkeys were an anticipated attraction that was well worth the experience. The City tour is very historic and informative. Can't wait to come back.

Had an awesome time at Monkeyland, sampling Dominican flavors, and shopoing in Puerto Plata. Our guide Delmis and driver Freddy really went above and beyond to ensure we had a good time. My wife had injured her knee before we got to Dominican Republic and we were not sure she would be able to complete the excursion. Delmis called ahead and made sure we had a wheelchair waiting. Delmis and Freddy made sure we never got left out or left behind during the experience.
