About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- N1671PWphilg0 contributionsInteresting Olduvai Gorge VisitWe stopped at Olduvai Gorge in route from Ngorongoro to the Serengeti. The site is a short drive off the main road, not much of a detour. You start by getting an overview of the site by a docent (very informative) as you look down upon the gorge. This is included in the price of the ticket. The museum exhibits are full of interesting facts and history. We did not do the extra walk/drive into the gorge as we thought that would be too much information and take too long. This is a very worthwhile stop if you have any interest in paleoanthropology and early humans.Written June 17, 2024
