I really enjoyed my tour & snorkel with Hamala — he was very very personable and knowledgeable. He is obviously passionate about teaching guests about Tonga — its roses and its thorns. I felt like I understood the island much better after our day together. He was flexible with the tour schedule, took some lovely photos, had a variety of yummy snacks, and even recommended and dropped me off at a delicious restaurant at the end of the day.

I did a snorkeling tour with Hamala in November and I couldn't recommend it more! Such a nice service, both he and his wife are super nice people and I felt safe all the time with them. She took really good care of my belongings and us while we were inside the water. Hamala swam all the time next to me, making sure that I was feeling good and safe and pointed to everything of interest. The coral reef was also perfectly conserved. As he said "like Christmas inside the water". Really interesting to talk with them as well. I like them so much that I asked them to take me to the airport the next day.

When in Tongatapu, definitely book a tour with Hamala. He was so friendly, interesting and informative with a passion for his homeland. His tour offered us insights into attractions, the nation, and its people. Amazing, knowledgeable with insight and heart. Our full island tour covered the whole island with sites that I never knew existed. We saw historical monuments, natural wonders and experienced the local vibes. My favorite stops, tsunami rock, raised tombs, and the land bridge.

I visited Tonga for a week on a business trip. I wanted to experience the island while I was there, which is why I took the full island tour, and I couldn't have asked for more. When you are about to land in Tongatapu you can see a seemingly not very interesting landscape: just a flat island, covered by small fields and coconut trees. Uncovering hidden beauty may take some time and effort but Hamala is here to help. I spent a day with him touring Tongatapu and was rewarded with amazing views of blowholes, waves crushing over the cliffs and...three headed coconut tree! I also learned a lot about the island and the country (thank you for answering all my questions), ate yummy local food that Hamala recommended and had tons of fun as he is a delightful travel companion.
