It is a scam. They will never arrive on the agreed upon date and time. They will not respond to your messages or phone calls. Tripadvisor should vet this company again.

This agency is a scam! No one contacted me; nobody responded from their end. I came to Uyuni excited for my trip only to be faced by the reality that this is a ghost agency. Now I am just finding ways can I claim a refund. Give my money back!

The agency helped us to know the Salar de Uyuni, an experience that we will remember forever, watching the sunset was very incredible, an amazing sunset!

Don‘t book! As we got no Information from the operator South America Exploor beside the Standard mail from Tripadvisor we tried to contact the operator the evening before the tour. No number was working. No answer by mail nor WhatsApp. The local people from Uyuni told us, that the operator is not active anymore. And thats it: Nobody showed up at the meeting point at the expected time. Now we have to get our money back.

Be more professional. I booked a confirmed ticket with the inclusion of hotel pick up but the guide did not appear at Casa de Sal and when the receptionist of the hotel called the tour operator he was told that I was not in the list .

I always wanted to know the mirror of the sky, Uyuni. so I made it come true. I went with my family. You should know that in Bolivias temperature is freezing, take note of that. I went on my own from La Paz to Uyuni, but I had contacted this agency and they have given me the advice to arrive safe and sound. Once I arrived in Uyuni they came to pick me up and take me to the office to keep me warm. Our tour started around 10: 00 am, we visited the train cemetery an amazing place to explore and take photos, it was like we were of different age. After that, we visited Inca was an island. However the most exciting place was in the afternoon we were standing in the middle of Uyuni and the sunset was being reflected on the water, just fascinating and dazzling. The Agency South America Explorer was attentive and patient, the tour guide was professional, they gave us all of their help, I just enjoyed my Tour. They had given me a wonderful experience in Uyuni

This was an unforgettable experience, they even picked us up from the hotel, we went to the train cemetery, our guide was very well trained and gave us a lot of confidence to answer all our questions, we got to know the Colchani community, the lunch was delicious and we learned more about the process of elaboration of the salt, then in 4x4 trucks we toured the salt flat, we arrived at the Incahuasi island, which presents unique landscapes, who would imagine that there would be an island in the middle of a salt flat! The best of all was the sunset!

They exceeded our expectations, they gave us the best service, very attentive and, above all, punctual with a first class team. super recommended !!

We had booked our trip to the Salar in Uyuni with Incahuasi, one of the numerous agencies in town. They had good reviews and we would like to add one here. They are serious and incredibly helpful from the first contact until the last minute. Flavia speaks perfectly French and English. The driver Armando did a great job, fully involved and made all efforts to make us happy. He took amazing and funny pictures of us in the Salar and served us a great meal. We will thus have super memories and souvenirs of our day in the Salar of Uyuni. Also, since we had to take a bus at 8pm for La Paz, Flavia took care of our bagage and registered them directly at the bus company for us, and Armando dropped us directly at the bus. We absolutely recommend to make an excursion with them and to have an unforgettable stay in Uyuni. Thank you Flavia, thank you Armando and also thank you Rosa for welcoming us so warmly. The sunrise at uyuni is beautiful! But it's not a good one. First, contrary to online promises, there are no waterproof boots and no red wine. Second, it is said that the English tour, in fact is to pick up and drop off, there is no introduction. More importantly, the next day we saw the tour guide hanging around the bus stop, and we had reason to suspect we had been sold outside by the south America Explorer.

The tour was perfect, around 9hours through many incredible photo-worth spots. The sunset is impressive and the group photo activity very fun. The included lunch was also quite and veg-friendly. Just one thing, it would be good to provide the driver number because the number given at booking time was not working the morning of the trip. Overall, very good anyway.

We did a 2 night / three day trip with South America Exploor. They were easy to deal with and efficient.We chose the option of staying in hotels which were excellent value. We did a round trip returning to Uyuni to fly to La Paz, but depending on your route i also offer a tour ending in San Pedro de Atacama which. Recomended!!!!

The most charming place I've visited, I had to see it, I'm glad to meet you, it looks very nice like a mirror where if the sky and stars are reflected like never seen before ... Do not miss it is beautiful and better if you do it with South America Exploor and with the guide javier, they will give you the best experience in the Salar de Uyuni ... 100% recommended

My wife and I had booked the tour in advance. Directly after booking, we wrote to them to organize the pickup. Their reply came late and it seemed as if they did not actually read our message! We replied with the hotel details and the time for the pickup and they replied OK. On the day of the pickup they did not come. We tried to call their WhatsApp, no answer. Later I saw that I got a message via trip advisor, where they asked me where to pick us up?? We even tried to find their office in Uyuni, but they are subcontracting (!!!) and we didn't know to what local agency. Later they kind of apologized and said they had lost their phone... I don't know what kind of business that is if you have all relevant customer data in one phone. To get our money back we contacted Aviator the actual provider. First, they didn't want to give us our money back. Later they said as a gesture of goodwill they would do it! I even sent them screenshots of the communication with South American Exploor where they confirmed that it was their fault, and not our's! Never again Aviator or South American Exploor! Better book on-site, it is cheaper and more reliable!
