- 384mariond00Siam park queues! We have been to Siam park in total 3 times now. Each time as a family of teenage kids. It is ridiculously busy. Beyond what we ever expected. I get it, it’s peak time but my goodness there should most definitely be a cap on a certain amount of people allowed to enter. Queues for absolutely everything, entrance (there at 9.20am) lockers, toilets, food, and don’t get me started on the rides. Absolutely shocking!!! We left at 4pm very dissatisfied and disappointed. For €180.00 for 4 it was ridiculous. I will never again return to Siam park in the summer months.
- michelebC8921MW00Don't trash your cash. Just a queue machine.Too many people, too long queues and no place to stay. Poor service and nowhere to rest. If you want to live an ordinary stressed day, this is the right place to you. Otherwise have your vacation somewhere else. During the moring we succeeded to have only two attractions the we could not find any place to stay and have lunch without mega long queues so we decided to leave that hellish place. Just a queue machine for the customer and a cash machine for the owners. I definitely do not recommend this place, use your money better with Loro Parque.
- sianybarnie00Capacity far large during peak time!Ok firstly, my low score is purely down to the capacity of the park, not the actual park itself as it is absolutely fantastic. We visited here before in May time and had a truly amazing time. Visiting this August was a completely different experience due to the highest peak time, and it appears this park lets far too many people in, which in my opinion is greedy on their behalf, and makes it much less enjoyable for the visitors. The unbearable queue times take up sooooo much of your day. I was unaware of the fast passes until after entering, and then they had all sold out. How this works is, two timings 10am-2pm and 2pm-6pm of allocated fast passes, 28 euros each which entitles you to a fast pass to each ride, then an additional one of your choice. Considering we had already paid £145 for entry for the four of us, it can work out a very expensive day should you want to take advantage of this. We was willing to pay that additional cost after experiencing the first 50 minute queue, not by choice of course, but purely as otherwise we would never get to do all the rides in the whole day and we would spend most of the time queuing. So no fast passes, and yes that’s exactly how the day proceeded! Not to mention the queues are for absolutely everything, food, drinks, lockers, toilets, even just walking around! What I found most awful, and a safety issue really, the lazy river (named Thai River) became so so packed, people were packed together like sardines, causing arguments as they were being pushed by the water into each other, and the inflatable ring would flip up. Honestly if I could have taken a sky view looking down on that river, it was worse than the Central tube at its busiest! So sadly we never did get to do every ride, let alone more than once and we was there from opening to close. The rides we did do (barring the Thai River) were absolutely incredible, and it is for rides, one of the best for sure! Sadly they need to reconsider their capacity, as people will get frustrated and fed up, resulting in not returning. I would however return, but NEVER again during peak time, or if had to, would invest in the fast pass prior….I think you have to arrive early to opening to purchase on the day.
- 545conorb00Queues overshadowed visit!!Rides are brilliant when you eventually get on them but the queues for everything overshadowed our visit!! With no fast pass you’ll be queuing for almost 45 mins to an hour for each ride!! Not to mention the queues for food and the lockers! Totally ruined our experience. Needs sorted!
- Leisurelytraveller00Great family funI have been to quite a few water parks across europe and so far this is the best. 3 generations of the family went and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. It was quite busy and there was queues for most of the rides but all the queues were in the shade and although there were 15 minute markers to give you an idea of the queue time they all moved much quicker. I have been at parks with shorter queues but here the whole place seemed more professional and well organised so it didn't feel out of place. They have some excellent rides for multiple riders which was fantastic for family fun. We found the park clean and tidy, lots of staff around and plenty of food and drink options which were reasonably priced. We arrived jsut after it opened and left at closing time and although we only paused to eat we didn't manage to do every ride so something for next time. If you like water parks you wont be disappointed.
- 358carlt00Great family funYou can see why it's consistently rated #1 in the world. Good top 3: -Great rides even some for smaller kids -Some natural shade while waiting in line for rides -Feels safe Bottom 3: -Expensive ( Still a great day though) -Long wait lines even on Sunday - Can get super hot on floors we went on a day it was 35-40C an could barely walk on some floors. Take a sun guard t shirt even adults and water shoes and sunscreen. It's a great day out kids will love just accept it will host a fortune and seriously consider fast passes.
- Crostina8600Worst experience of our lifes!!!🤬Worst experience ever. Disorganization reign in everything, you have to pay 45,00 € for entrance, 07,00 € for parking the car, 15,00 € for use the locker(that is very little, if you are a family you need more then one), 08,00 € for the wardrobe. They allow to get inside more people than the capability of the structure to get more money: inside you lose time in queue for put the bag, to go to bathroom and much more. There’s a carneficine. They need to win the award for the best thief in the world!!!
- T15debs00A fun filled day outHaving visited before, whilst on holiday this year, we visited Siam Park twice. We went on a Sunday as were told it was a little quieter and we found this to be true. On the whole, the park was fantastic but their customer service let it down a bit for us this time. We bought tickets which included a burger for lunch which was great (€38 per adult) A Gluten Free option was a no no. We asked for a substitute and the manager just laughed and smirked at us! They weren't at all bothered about dietary requirements. We carried on and enjoyed the rides. Queues weren't bad at all and we did loads. Singha is a great ride to start with...fast and will set you for the day ahead. We bought the 2nd visit tickets when leaving for half the gate price (€22.50)..we returned for Siam Nights. Queues a lot smaller on rides although a lot of Spanish teenagers running around and making a lot of noise. Entered the wave pool at 11pm for the last waves with loads of other people. 11.45pm we were told to leave as the park was closing and no waves. Again, customer service not good. This is a great day out with lots of rides and a lazy river to enjoy. You have to be patient when queuing for a locker as this can be a bit manic. Photos were taken on the day, which you can view when leaving and purchase of you wish (€8 per photo) My advice.... Get there early. The doors open around 9am and this will give you the change to enter, get your locker and get sorted ready for the rides to open at 10am...... Enjoy
- alfiem56600Amazing time! The waterslides are amazing! Very thrilling and fun, especially the tower of power! The fast passes are an absolute must because otherwise, you'll just be waiting in queues of hours. Also, arrive at around 9am as they let you in early to get prepared! My favourite slides were the Tower of Power, The Dragon and The Kinaree! The wave pool is massive! Great experience overall and would recommend. The fast passes are 28 euros each! Furthermore, go on the big slides as early as you can as they get busy during the day! In addition, there is no fast pass for the Tower of Power so be prepared to wait from 30-60 minutes, but it's worth every second! Overall, amazing and will return!
- 108adrianak00Crowded, overpriced, not clean. Not recommend.Absolut nightmare!!! 1.Waiting time 30 and more minutes for everything including food. You wait 30-50 minutes to take a 1 minute long ride. Worth? No! 2. First you pay a lot of money to get in, but nothing except entrance fee is included. At the begining you Pay 7€ parking fee, but you’re lucky one If you find a place to park. We came 10 minutes after they opened in the morning and barely found a place. (Last 3 parking spots). 3. Crowds crowds and crowds everywhere. Seems they totaly ignore the capacity. 1/2 people less would be suitable, but business is business here. This is not a place for people, this place is just to earn money from them. 4. You wait in a long line to get a locker. And then surprise.. garbage and dirt on the floor just few minutes after opening (pictured). In the locker room it’s difficult to move and breath in the morning. It’s so crowded. You Pay 15€ for locker (10 deposit), but how do you keep a key with you, when it has unfunctional string? Plus look at this rusty key in my picture. Seems they are from Last Siam century. Who the hell uses the key in aquaPark? There are smaller local parks all over the world and all having e-key or watches which hold on your hand. And you also buy the things with them so you don’t have to wander around with purse or iwatch to buy lunch and things. 5.Lunch.. just few unhealthy options. White bread sandwiches, french fries, etc. In the lunch time you wait 30-40minutes in line to be served, but not seated. There is not enough tables, so people find their shade and sit on the floor or a sidewalk to eat their sandwiches.. just Wow. 6. This place is not for smaller kids. With 6 and 9 y.o. we didn’t find many kids safe options to go. It is totally not worth the money, crowded, not well cleaned and for the whole time you feel you just the money machine here.
- Extraordinary69915600Excellent day outLovely visit to siam park, very busy so get there early to secure a bed and a locker, we sat near the beach and wave pool and this was the perfect spot for the kids to keep returning to
- LDocx00Great visitVisited here on 10/8/23. We arrived at 9.20 am and queued for about 15 minutes to get in. Once in we went straight to the dragon locker room, we also waited about 15 minutes to get a locker. We bought the fast pass (highly recommend) and shoes to wear. Once we were sorted we went to our first ride. The fast pass lets you enter a different bit to get to the top. We done 7 out of the 10 slides in 3 hours including the last river and wave machine twice. If we didn’t buy the fast pass you would be queuing over an hour for each slide as the place was absolutely mobbed. You do need to go early to get a fast pass as they stop selling them about 11am. We ate and drank too and the prices for food and drinks was really reasonable and nice.
- Mark G00Terrible experience, awful queues.Siam Night - Awful Visited last night after booking tickets online last month. The overall experience from start to finish was just terrible. Queue to get into the park was absolutely ridiculous and the queuing system was a total joke. We queued for half hour outside before going through the main stone barriers, and then into the rope barrier system inside the park. The queues were labelled “with tickets” and “buy tickets” - then inside it’s a free for all, so there’s no point in the initial queue. Some of the staff were just scanning QR codes for the tickets and allowing you in, and others were taking fingerprints which made the queues even more ridiculous! We ended up leaving our queue as people who were just entering were getting through before us! The locker queues again were ridiculously big! One member of staff on taking payment and giving the keys… DEFINITELY NEED MORE STAFF!!! Half of the park was also locked off so there was signs stating lockers this way and the place was locked?? The queues for the rides again were stupidly big, up to 1hour per ride when you’ve queued for 30mins outside, and a further 45 mins for a locker. You only have a limit of 4 hours as it closes at midnight. Staff were unhelpful and the experience was not the most enjoyable. There was no queue management in place for the rides and people were just walking straight up to the top and skipping everyone and staff didn’t blink an eye. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time here as we only managed 1 ride and the lazy river. I would highly recommend managing the amount of tickets sold for each night to ensure that people can actually enjoy the facilities
- O2218FRTom00Brilliant WaterparkAbsolutely brilliant day out. Slides are really good, food wasn't too badly priced. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The park is extremely clean which makes for a very nice experience. Cannot fault the day, will definitely be returning.
- iansX9146CJ00Could and should be so much betterThis was a highlight of our trip for my 13 year old. He had been talking about this from the moment we started looking at Tenerife as a holiday destination. It should have been a great experience but it is let down by simple things that should be easy to fix if the management chose to put the effort in. We pre-booked tickets including towels and lockers, this also included EUR 15 each to spend on food. This should have made life easier for us but it didn’t. Her’s why. We arrived well before the park opened in order to buy fast passes. For some reason, these cannot be bought in advance. Yes, you can buy a VIP pass that allows you to use the fast pass lanes as many times as you like (the fast pass is once per ride) but this is extortionate and a waste of money as you still have to queue in the fast pass lanes and are unlikely to be able to do many of the big rides more than once. Once we had scanned our tickets there was no instruction on where to go next so we asked and were directed to the wrong queue (it was for the VIP pass, fortunately we worked this out and asked again and had to join another queue. The reason for this queue is that a photographer wants to take a photo of every group to try to sell you this when you leave. There is no option to bypass this, although, when it’s your turn, you can walk through without stopping for a photo. We were now in the park at least and found a queue for the fast passes. It was long and not moving. I left my son in the queue and went to the front to ask if it was worth waiting. I was advised not to wait. Others continued to join the queue and presumably got to the front only to be disappointed. Still, they could then buy some water shoes if they wanted. My view is that fast passes should be sold on entry and once they are gone they are gone. There should not be a second queue needed. Now we needed to get a locker and our towels. Time to join another queue. It was huge. Here, a staff member told us that there was a different locker area a short walk away that had a much shorter queue. Off we headed, following a signs. We carried on walking seeing no more signs and didn’t find any lockers and no staff to ask directions. We guessed we had gone wrong and turned round. We still didn’t see any signs and ended up back where we started. The same man told us to go back and this time there was a staff member further along the path to direct us. This time the queue was shorter but having pre-booked we have to queue with those that have not. (If they had sold all the lockers in that location we would have had to find another locker area). Now we had our locker and towels it was time for the rides. We hit the Tower of Power first. Queue time was around 45 mins and that set the tone for the day. The longest queue of the day was for Singha which was over an hour (it is the best ride in the park). It is not possible to do every ride in a day with those queues and I heard those with fast passes saying the same thing. We gave I a good go and did as many as we could. Lunch was not bad. As well as the usual burgers and nuggets there are freshly cooked options like chicken and ribs along with salads. However, we tried buying food from the sports bar only to be told that our credit didn’t work there. We were directed to another food outlet we’re our credit did work and they were selling the same food. Go figure! Other observations include that it can be hard to find your way around. There are maps and signs around the park but not enough maps and the signposts are not adequate. You are given a paper map on arrival but you are not going to carry this round in a water park, obviously. Also, it says it is a no smoking park but there is an area where people were smoking (either is it is a formal smoking area it has become the informal smoking area) that is tight by the area where you are held on the lazy river before being allowed to go one by one down the chute. So you sit there waiting and breathing in second hand smoke. Having said all that, the rides are great. This is where the money has been spent. Now the management needs to spend some money improving signs, streamlining the client experience on entry and training staff. The staff are not happy and welcoming on the whole. Rectifying this alone would make a huge difference.

Fortunately we got an unlimited ticket to Siam Park included in our package holiday as I wouldnt have paid to enter otherwise. Dont get me wrong, it was a nice way to spend a couple of hours but it really didnt cater to what we needed. When we first arrived we were walking around looking for lockers for ages, they were sign posted but every locker we got to said it was closed. When we did eventually find some we had to pay 10€ for a locker key and you only got 5€ back when you returned your key. We noticed a lot of people were leaving their stuff on the sun loungers and chairs dotted around the park. We had a 4 year old with us and there was only about 4 things he could go on. There was a small kids area with 3 slides but adults weren't allowed on them so it meant we sat out while he played, he was allowed on the lazy river with us which he soon got bored of. We went to the "beach" where the wave pool was and that was where we spent most of our time as he could actually enjoy the water there within reason. The wave machine was fun. It goes off at 20 to every hour for 20 mins. There was a lot of walking to get to each slide and we did have a walk around to have a look at them. Would recommend for any kids over 125cm (seemed to be the average height for majority of slides) or people on an adults only holiday.

This park is immense!!!
Get yourself some wet water shoes after 2 days of countless steps around the park our feet were in bits.
The rides were fantastic my 9 year old was able to go on all. The only ride they didn’t go on was the big drop slide you have to be 14 to ride that.
Food not too expensive £30 for 4 drinks, 4 paninis and fries
Coral beach is a nice quiet part of the park to base yourself for the day and it also has a nice wave pool with even the older kids seemed to like bobbing about in.
Get your tickets before you go as the queue to buy or exchange vouchers was horrendous
We had 2 really fun days, one day wouldn’t have been enough to get round all the rides due to the queues

We visited with our 7 year old and had a fab day out. We bought our tickets beforehand which were £30 for an adult and £23 for a child and came with 3 x €5 vouchers for food so I thought that was reasonable. There is so much to do, Coco beach and the waves were a highlight for our little boy, and you can easily spend the whole day there.

The park is nice, but there is a huge issue: Its overcrowded. This means you might wait in line up to one hour to use the more popular toboggans. Furthermore, it is possible to buy a "fast pass" that allows you to skip the line. So you are often waiting very long in the line, watching as some rich kids skip the line and pass by you. Thats insanely frustrating.
So the most common acticity in the park is standing in line, not having fun.

We enjoyed it a lot, perfect with children. Many aquatic activities for everyone.
Watch out if you plan to come back by bus after your day, bus are rapidly full and you will be forced to take a taxi so plan to not leave too late

We visited on 3 days, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday during Feb 2029 1/2 term school holidays. Reasonable value, especially compared with Disney water parks in Orlando with beer and wine about €4. Organisation of entry, tickets and lockers was a shambles with long queues first thing in the morning. Forced to get a family photo taken in the morning for €6, which is a waste of time and money .... just say no thank you and walk straight on past. Faulty Towers comes up to mind with regard to getting entry the first day and knowing when the free bus transportation will arrive to pick you up or take you back, ended up jumping in a taxi for €8 each way on occasions as the 9:30am bus arrived after 10am and drove past as it was full. Open top double decker bus was a fun with great views. Lots of life guards who take their roles seriously, which was very reassuring. Queues not too bad, especially early in the day and surprisingly light on the Saturday! Can rent shorty wet suits, which keeps you warm or protect from sunlight and slip ons for feet, but you can bring your own. Good selection of food to eat, but vegans will starve and vegetarians will struggle to find suitable meals as the only non meat bagette I could find was a €4 Spanish Omlette.

I've been to Siam Park several times and it never fails to impress me. The scenery is gorgeous and the rides are beyond compare to the likes of Aqualand. It is a bit pricey and can be pretty busy during the holiday season as is expected, but the experience is well worth it. The staff are very courteous and polite, they never hesitate to help us out. I have created many treasured memories at this park and I look forward to creating more very soon.

The park is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and nice . We ended up missing the date that we booked online but when we got there the lady at the entrance said it was no problem and let us in.
I had to ask the life guard which rides i could go on due to the fact that im 17 weeks pregnant and he told me just the lazy river and the beach when the waves werent on. I was a little disapointed but i thought that there is a reason for it and not worth the risk, despite this however i had a wonderful time.
Both my husband and I went on the lazy river about 5 times and to the beach 2 times , he went on other rides but i was very content with what i could go on . The rides had no ques to go it which made for a nicer experience.
We ate at the sports bar and i thought that the prices were very reasonable at the park, apart from for the price of the locker (€5 for the locker then another €5 deposit , though you do get the second part back)
Over all i would recomend Siam Park to everyone , there is ( limited) stuff to do while pregnant, a place for younger children to play and a huge range for the more adventerous.
As well as food for different tastes , from hotdogs to sweet stuff and if you dont want to eat at the park there is a mall with various resturants and a supermarket too just across the road.

This park is a must visit if you go to Tenerife. It has everything for all the family. Two beaches one with waves which was a hit for my family. Sun loungers everywhere. Large lockers are €10 with €5 refunded at end of visit. Top tip buy swim shoes before you go as these as €10 euro from the park. Lots of people walk around with barefoot. Restaurant reasonably prices as not allowed to take food into the park.

A total rip off. If you want to have fun on water slides, don't even think of going here. This was by far the worst of all waterpark days of my life. Granted, the park is very pretty and green, mostly at least. But if i want to see greenery i would go to a botanical garden for 5 Euro. Instead i spent 40 Euro each to the queue for at least an hour in the slides. Anywhere. The slides are at best average. I have den and used mich cooler ones, but then I was not even able to try all off them in the full day due to the long waiting. There are about 4 times more people in the park then there is reasonable capacity for. And to make things worse you can spend 28 additional Euros for a fast track ticket. This allows you to jump the queue, once per slide !!! Fast track ticket used to be 18 but since so many people buy it, why not squeeze more money out of the .... that come here. As a consequence the waiting for the normal ticket holder becomes indefinite dinner there is always people jumping the queue. If you really want fun you really need to spend 200 Euro (!) For the all inclusive ticket that allows you to jump the queues as often as you like.
Net, it's a nice (and pretty) money making machine for the guys operating the place and a total failure for us who came. Never again.

We are very sorry to hear that you had a negative experience at Siam Park. We understand that waiting in long queues can be frustrating and negatively affect the visitor experience. Regarding ticket prices, it is important to note that our park has a wide variety of attractions and services that make the experience worthwhile, and that the fast pass option is an additional option available to visitors who wish to enjoy faster access to attractions. We are constantly striving to improve organisation and reduce waiting times for our visitors, but at times of high demand it can be difficult to manage the number of people wanting to enjoy the park. We appreciate your feedback and will take your comments into consideration for future improvements. We hope you can give us another chance in the future and enjoy an exciting and satisfying experience at Siam Park. Thank you for visiting us!

Hi,
Is it better to book tickets at the hotel for Siam Park or book through your travel operator from the UK?

Hi, I'm in Tenerife now and planning to go Siam Park. I decided to buy only entrance ticket on the door, is there any restrictions of the rides with this type of ticket? Can I bring my own towel? Also where do I leave my mobile during the rides? I would like to take some photos when I'm in. Oh so confused with lack of information. Thanks in advance who is going to reply this.

Hi, you can bring you own towel. Buy in addition to the regular ticket the fast lane pass. Have fun.

If you have an entry ticket you go to the centre gate and the queue is very short. No need for a fast pass this time of year as it’s not very busy at all, sure you will have a brilliant time
Bonjour, qu'est ce que le fast past. Faut-il payer cela en plus du ticket d'entrée et que comprend t-il en tout. Merci pour votre réponse. Martine
