This was the second time that I took a 5 days of private classes with Addict Kite School in Tarifa (August 2024 & August 2023). I absolutely recommend them! Addict Kite School provided all necessary information before the start of the course/throughout the course in super timely manner; on most days they could provide transport from Tarifa centre to the kite spot (I didn't have a car); I did not do any kite boarding between Aug 2023 and Aug 2024 -> they made sure I was comfortable with the kite and could do all important drills before going out with the board; I had two different instructors (Julien & Jules) this year over the 5 days and they exchanged information about my level so that the new teacher knew what I should focus on; different instructors explain things in a different manner/spot different things you should focus on so I thought it was great to learn with two instructors; I made progress every day with the instructors giving me feedback throughout the day and at the end of the day to recap what I learnt; really fair pricing: the wind dropped one day so I couldn't do the full 3h I had booked, they only charged me for the time we did the course.. I could go on and on raving about them.. but in short: really really great kiteboarding school! I had an amazing time, and I will definitely be back again next summer! Thanks so much Julien & Jules for the amazing & fun classes. I am really pleased with my progress! Especially on my last day... Wohooo 😎 And thanks so much Romain & Marine for the transport to los Lances, the spot-on communication & for organising everything to make this another amazing (kiteboarding) holiday in Tarifa. Me and my girlfriend had a lot of fun during the week. The guys from Addict are really nice and very professional. Our instructor, Julien, was amazing. He had a lot of patience and was really calm. We opted for accommodation as well and the studio was really nice with all you need included. So thank you very much Marine, Romain and Julien. We really recommend Addict Kite school.

What a great experience, a huge thankyou to Marine, Romain and my extremely patient instructor Max. They all worked well together and the whole team were a pleasure to be around to give us an experience we will not forget. Good clear instructions were provided each day, we were shown how to put the kit together from scratch and how to put it away after use which was extremely informative. Most kite surf schools have the kite ready for you and off you go which is missing the most important part of kite surfing in my view. My instructor for the two days (Max) provided clear and informative instructions right from the start and this followed through the 2 x 3hour lessons that I had each day. The communication on the beach and water (via radio) was a huge help and his patience and enthusiasm helped me progress. His quote will give me purpose that one day I can be as good as kite surfing as he is!!! "I'm here to provide you with the keys, it's up to you to unlock the door" A top bloke indeed! We also used the accommodation that was available by the school, it was perfect for what we needed, modern, clean, comfortable and also in a great location in the centre of Tarifa town. Marine was extremely helpful throughout our whole trip from before we arrived, whilst we were there in getting us to the right beach for the wind and also after we left. We will be back and not only because of the kite surfing but for the great people who helped us along the way. See you soon..........................

It was great to learn kite surf with Marine and Romain. All the teachers are very nice and very qualified ! They speak French, English and Spanish. Do not hesitate to choose them, you will make great progress, even in a short amount of time.

Great organisation, instructors, equipment and safety. I had 4 days of instruction and really loved the experience. All the stuff is very nice and the instructors are competent. They have spare kites and are ready change the kite during the class in case of wind change. Wetsuits were also washed properly every day. Radio connection worked very well. Information about pick-up times was always on time. In case of bad wind conditions (even when some kiters still might kite but I with my level of kiting would just struggle and lose time on kite relaunching) the lessons were canceled. Due to advance cancellation (a day before) I didn't need to just stay all the time on the beach hoping for wind to change but was able to do some other activities in days with bad wind.

We took kite lessons for a week with kite addict in Tarifa. Well organized team with a positive spirit and always helpful setting up the material. We made some good progress during the week. On low wind days we skipped the lessons without trying and waiting at the beach, what we appreciated. Transparency on time tracking could be improved. We can recommend taking classes with this school!

I only managed two sessions because of the limited time I had in Tarifa, but made a fair bit of progress thanks to the great coaching of Instructor Thomas. Romain and Marine were also amazing with accommodating and answering my questions in the early stages of registration - and kept in touch with me the whole time through my stay in Tarifa and even sent me material on how to reach places and lesson reminders. Overall great experience and planning on coming back to do more with Addict Kite School in the near future! 5/5

I took some private lessons to refresh my skills, then I rented kite and board for a few days. The addict Kite School was very well organized and had good quality equipment. The entire team is also great to learn and improve. Highly recommended.

I’ve taken 1 week of classes with this school and I recommend 100%! Marine and Romain are amazing !! The teachers are really knowledgeable and patient, we were 5 with different levels and they adapted their teaching technics to each of us! They were super flexible, equipment is top quality, felt super safe and looked after the whole time!! Romaine and Marine were really amazing in providing the whole experience as a beginner. I stayed for 7 days in their cute studio and was picked up in the town and back whenever possible to take my lessons in the beach. Amazing service and amazing teachers as well. All very professional and super kind. Thanks again Addict Kitesurfing and see you soon!

With a friend we took a week of kite camp with addict and it was such a beautiful experience! They are super professional but at the same time make you feel part of the school family. You can also meet other students and there is such a great athmosphere with everyone (students, teachers …) I would 100% recommend this school to anyone wanting to learn kite in a fun, professional and safe atmosphere.
