This was one of the best experiences we had to date in Iceland. Our tour guide "Q" was amazing and humorous. My mother was at first skeptical because she was really scared of dogs, but at the end of the tour, she was the one who petted the dogs the most.
All of the dogs were super friendly and overly excited. Upon the first impression, the dogs were huge, and I was a little nervous to touch them. However, once I touched them they were the friendliest dogs I have met of that size. There was even a dog that was afraid of us!
The scenery was amazing, and watching the dogs work together and listening to the guide was something I haven't seen before.
Overall, this was a very refreshing experience. I highly recommend anyone who is visiting Iceland to go dog sledding

OOMMGGG this was the most amazing thing I've ever done. I was picked up promptly in the "dog mobile" by the lovely Kristina, who told us great stories and information about the dogs. She also showed us a video of the new puppies! On location, we greeted the dogs and had lots of time to pet them and take pictures. The ride was AMAZING!!! Clara told us about each and every dog, and about all the beautiful scenery we passed. We stopped a few times during the ride for pictures, which I really appreciated. After the 45 minute ride, we had time to thank all the dogs and again pet them and take pictures. This tour, the dogs, and the people were perfect in every way.

This was amazing. You don’t need snow. The dogs are well cared for and have such unique personalities. We started off with our guide on beautiful trails through lupine fields and rivers and creeks. It was a great experience. It’s only about 30 min out of Reykjavik. This is must.

Feel really upset that I have to write this but we booked the Snow tour several weeks ago, with high expectations bases on the fantastic reviews this company had.
I was emailed last week to say that due to a lack of snow the experience could not go ahead and that we could cancel or have the dry land experience. For the money we were paying I feel that the dry land experience would not have been worth it so chose to cancel. We have now been charged in excess of £70 - I understand that the lack of snow is not something the company can change but how can that amount be justified - they cant provide us the service they offered?

Being a animal and dog lover this was a must for me. It’s not cheap but worth every penny in my view! The guides were really good with loads of knowledge of the dogs and different breeds etc. Every single dog is gorgeous and so friendly, they sound intimating when they are all barking at the same time but it’s only because they are excited and all they want is to be stroked! The ride was amazing and you can see the dogs are we cared for and love running around! Would definitely recommend and would love to do again! Once in a life time experience, would of loved to do it in the snow!

The activity was the most expensive out of everything we have done in Iceland - that includes glacier lagoon tours, glacier climbs, whale-watching, but it was so special! Definitely do it if you are a dog lover. The dogs had a blast being able to do the runs and our guide was very nice to tell us all about the dogs and his experience taking care of them.
The dogs are super friendly and the one-hour tour despite on dry land was still very fun. We stopped by the river-side and it was absolutely beautiful (but that's just pretty much all of Iceland)! Life is more special with dogs!

A wonderful experience - especially for dog lovers, as you get to play with all the four-legged team members! Even though our tour was in December, the only real snow was in the mountains, so the sleds were wheeled - this didn't stop the tour from being brilliant fun! Prior to booking, we had a few questions which were answered fully and promptly by Klara. Collected by Ziggi at a bus stop 2 minutes walk from our hotel, we were driven in comfort to a valley 25 mins or so outside Reykjavik (the round-trip journey is included in the cost). Klara's friendliness and passion for her dogs shone through immediately and we were encouraged to make a fuss of the dogs - who were all obviously very happy to meet new people and - more importantly - to be going for their run! They behaved like well-loved family dogs, which was lovely to see, and during the tour we were introduced to every single pack member by name and with a fun bio of each of their characters. Klara delivered a brilliant tour, with a great commentary throughout the ride. There are beautiful photo opportunities, and the whole experience left us with a much greater appreciation for this wonderful country, and amazing memories of a small team of people and a large team of dogs very much enjoying their work in the picturesque wilderness. 100% recommended if you're stopping in/near Reykjavik.

We had such an amazing experience! A big thank you to Klara and her human and dog team for experiencing Iceland in a different way. It was lovely to learn more about dogsledding as a craft, as well as appreciating the work and most importantly talents required from both the musher and the dogs. The scenery was amazing too. We had originally booked a snow tour but as the snow was a no show Klara accommodated one on dry land. Many thanks for having us!

Lovely experience. The hosts are charismatic and their love for the dogs is evident. Whilst petting dogs can never be a bad experience, the views and scenery here are the icing on the cake. Thanks!

Absolutely incredible experience, a must-do in Iceland. Everyone was super friendly and doggies were so cuddly, good boys! (and girls!) We definitely had a weak spot for Akilies, the spitting image of Falkor the dragon 😂 All topped off by the stunning scenery.
