Overview
Enjoy the infamous Golden Circle on your own time with a hop-on hop-off bus tour. Enjoy all the perks of a guided coach tour and choose how long you want to stay at any of the iconic places visited at the Golden Circle. On this tour, 45 to 70-minute stops are included at all of the major sights. If you would like to stay longer at any of the places visited, then you can simply hop on to the next coach and choose between 4 different departures at each site. The duration of your tour may vary depending on how long you choose to stop at Þingvellir, Geysir, and Gullfoss.
Highlights
  • Choose the departure time to suit your schedule
  • Visit Gullfoss waterfall and Strokkur geyser in comfort
  • Hop on and off your coach and stay at each site as long as you like
  • Includes entrance fees and round-trip transport from your Reykjavik hotel
What to Expect
Following a pickup at your centrally located Reykjavik hotel, take a seat aboard your coach and head out of the city on Iceland’s famous Golden Circle route. During your hop-on hop-off tour, take in the Golden Circle’s most famous natural wonders and enjoy the freedom to decide where to stop—and for how long. With four departures each day from every stop along the route, you can relax and enjoy the best of the Icelandic scenery.
Follow the footsteps of ancient Viking tribes in the Pingvellir National Park, and listen as your guide sheds light on the world’s oldest still-functioning parliament. Discover top natural attractions including Pingvallavatn lake and the famous Strokkur geyser and admire panoramic views over the Icelandic wilderness.
Stop at the mighty Gullfoss waterfall—widely considered the Golden Circle’s most impressive feature—and capture the mighty torrent on camera. Then, when you’re ready, return in comfort to your starting point in Reykjavik.

We were notified the day before our tour that it was cancelled due to buses being out of service. While disappointed, we were given the option to take a different tour ( which we did) and we're promptly credited for the difference in price.

Great experience with Sikki son of Olaf and Trusty son of I don't remember. I was there with an elderly friend (80+ years) and it was absolutely incredible. Despite the bus being very full it was a very enjoyable tour!! I would definitely recommend it.

We really lucked out with this tour. Our plan was to hop on, hop off all day, but after our first stop at Thingvellir, where we stayed to explore a bit more, we got back on to the next scheduled bus and enjoyed the guide...More
