    What to Expect
All passengers are required to be ready at their designated pickup point 30 minutes before their booked departure. Shuttles will go to different hotels in the Reykjavik area to collect passengers who have booked hotel pick-ups, and all passengers are then brought to the bus terminal where the transfer coach will be waiting. The coach will then drive directly to Keflavik airport, where you will be dropped off by the terminal building from where all flights depart.
During the 45 minute drive to Keflavik airport you can either relax in our modern and comfortable coaches or make use of the free WiFi on board.
The transfer service is available every day of the week, all year round, in connection with all scheduled passenger flights to and from Iceland through Keflavik International Airport (KEF).

Our party of 4 used this transportation service to carry us from our Reykjavík rental to the airport. Our flight was at 10:55 a.m., so we booked the 7:30 shuttle which means that we were picked up from our rental at 7:00 a.m. The 7:30...More

Overall, the transportation was great. One item of note, when going to the airport, make sure to give yourself ample time before your flight. When the bus picks you up from your hotel, it takes you to the main Grey Line bus terminal and then...More

Booked our airport transfer online the night before on the recommendation of our hotel (Swan House). Pickup was much quicker than we though it'd be and we ended up just having our family on the bus. Drivers were kind and helpful and we made it...More

1)if we took the transfer service from city to airport that includes hotel pickup, where would be the pick-up for our accomodation that is in 101 area (lougavegur 74 to be exact)? 2) if the pickup point for 101 area accomodation is bus stop #6 (across culture house) where can we find shelter in case of severe weather conditions in the 30 minutes we are to be at the bus stop (we are supposed to be at the bus stop at 3:30 a.m. in third week of may) for the transfer bus that is supposed to leave grayline terminal at 4:00 a.m. 3) we are also using grayline for transfer from airport to city. is there a place near grayline terminal where we can get something to eat before our daytour begins or better for us to alight at bus stop 6 and find food there? many thanks in advance for any info you can provide.

The bus stop is on a little plaza with adjacent buildings that would offer some shelter under the overhangs. Seems there was a bit of bus shelter there as well. Look at Google Earth to check. Also, the bus company really... More
