Our guide, Connor, was an absolute blast! He was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of the land along with the critters along the way. We were greeted and picked up by him at our hotel lobby and headed out to the red rocks. After giving us descriptions of the trail route options, we felt ours was strenuous/adventurous enough for our liking. The views were absolutely amazing (we come from a large city) and the gadgets made available to us further enhanced the experience. Trail Lovers is very well equipped with everything you could need for the hike (ice spikes, day packs, beverages, gloves, and an absolute top-tier snack pack!). We will definitely be booking through Trail Lovers again for our future visits.

The night sky was spectacular. Our guide Zach was prepared, professional, knowledgeable and so much fun. It is an experience you don't want to miss.

The tour guide Jason was very mindful of everything to make the hike, safe enjoyable, interesting and away from the crowds. I will be back in the summer, love to take a swim in that crystal clear creek water. And see hopefully some more animals.

I ride weekly but am 66 years old. My son hasn't ridden in 11 years, but he was always a good biker. Our guide Phil was perfect for us. He fit our adventure perfectly with our varied abilities and lofty expectations. We started easy and he kept adding "chili peppers" as we continued. We ultimately got the perfect ride that fit both of our abilities. Also, our experience with the initial setup and level setting with Jason was the foundation for our successful adventure.

We had a fantastic experience with TrailLovers. Very easy booking, fast response times as I had a lot of questions about what was the right hike and they turned up even before the set time. Zack was a great guide, and it was so nice learning about the area Which we wouldn’t have had that opportunity if we just hiked on our own. We did the half day hike which was fantastic. all the gear that they provide it was new, lots of great snacks and water. We would definitely use Trail Lovers and Zack again.

Superb private guided day hikes with Connor and Zach. The classic day hike to brins mesa , chuck wagon and mescal mountain and dead mans pass was fantastic ! Guides were very knowledgeable , friendly , and helpful ! Loved the lunches and snacks packed for us. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend them

Coming from an urban environment with lots of light pollution, I was super excited for the night hike and Trail Lovers DID NOT DISAPPOINT. Derrick, our guide, is one of the most knowledgeable people about the environment, flora, fauna, geology and topography of Sedona imaginable. The entire trip up and down he discussed native plants, their history and uses, how they've been used for centuries, what they look like in bloom, you name it, he knew it. An absolutely fascinating guide. CAN WE TALK ABOUT THE SKY. When we summited Doe Mountain we watched the sky fade to black and a ridiculous parade of stars and planets emerge, including the best view of the Milky Way I've ever seen. We spent about 45 minutes saying WOW while Derrick pointed out sacred grounds and told us more of the history of what we were seeing. (AND showed us how to use the night settings on our phones AND set up green and black lamps to take some killer pictures of us watching the stars) We never would have attempted a night hike on our own, but with Derrick we felt supported and safe the entire time. I've left Sedona knowing so much more about it than when I arrived, due mostly to the knowledge and patience of the Trail Lovers guides. From picking us up at our hotel, to providing snacks, drinks, backpacks, handwarmers, tissues, headlamps and anything else we could have possibly needed; to making sure we got an unforgettable experience, Derrick and Trail Lovers provided us with a view of Sedona's beauty we never would have found otherwise. This was the second hike we booked with TrailLovers. Zach was our guide and he was great! He shared his knowledge of local flora and fauna and Native American history. He kept the pace just right for our group. The views were unbelievable! At TrailLovers suggestion, we went early in the morning and basically had the trail to ourselves!

Our family of 4 all had a wonderful time with Jason on the 3 hour night hike. Jason was very knowledgeable, kind, patient and dedicated to capturing the perfect family photo. He shared many stories about Sedona and lots of information about our surroundings, as well as, a great range of snacks. And he provided any equipment that was needed, including thermal night vision monoculars, which my kids loved for spotting animals (or at least trying to). This hike was by far a highlight of our holiday.

Joanna and Jason were great mountain biking guides. We did a two hour private tour. They picked us up from our rental. The bikes were all ready when we arrived. The rental MTBs were all top notch. We rode trails around the Bell and Castle Rocks. They accommodated us by splitting our group up based on riding skill level on different trails. Great service. Friendly guides. Got great tips on hikes as well. Highly recommend!

We decided to find a guided hike during our one day trip up to Sedona from Scottsdale. I am so glad that we found Derek and Trail Lovers of Sedona. He chose the perfect hike for us.
