Fun morning on the Outlaw Trail!!
The trip was amazing. Our guide,JC was excellent. He was so knowledgeable about the area, wildlife and history. JC made the trip very interesting with his stories. The ride gets bumpy but it was not that bad. JC was a great driver. We made a few stops for photos and to walk around.

      Third Time’s A Charm!
Third time we’ve taken this tour, and we’ve learned something new every time! This trip was no different. Don (our guide) was entertaining, knowledgeable, funny, and a great teacher. All 6 of us would give him a 20 on a scale of 1 - 10. I highly recommend Safari, and am looking forward to bringing our granddaughter here for a tour!

      Funtastic!!!!!
Lee was very personable and full of interesting information. The ride was a good mix of smooth terrain with bumpy terrain. The views were outstanding. This was our first visit to Sedona and this was our first day here. First day set the bar pretty high.

      Best Way to Experience Sedona
This was such an amazing way to experience Sedona! It was just us and one other couple so we had plenty of time and attention. The scenery was spectacular and our guide, Michael, was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in his explanations of all the sites and the history of the area. He also was so helpful in providing suggestions for further exploration of Sedona after the tour. It was a great adventure and just a lot of fun!

      A very worthwhile excursion
We had a really great day with our guide Michael. He made sure we saw all the highlights of Sedona with interesting information and great humour. Certainly was value for the cost. The benefit for the travellers only briefly visiting the area is that you get an excellent overview without the stress of the navigation and driving yourself. Highly recommended.

      Quite an adventure with JC!
This tour was awesome! My husband and I had a blast! Our guide was JC who shared a wealth of information with us about the local flora and fauna, as well as very interesting history of the indigenous people who populated the area. Thank you for a terrific day! So worth it 👍👍👍 Photo 1 in review by Patricia Driscoll

      Breathing and Peaceful
Beautiful place. •Parking/Church gates open 9am-4:30pm. •Free entry, being a church, donations are still appreciated for lighting of candles or just for maintenance •Parking is Free but lot can only fit maybe 30 cars at a time, but there’s a free shuttle you can take (find it in nearby shuttle stops) or just drive around to wait your turn. •Gift shop in basement with extremely reasonable prices. •From parking to church is a little bit of a steep walk (about 200 ft) but there’s also a person on a golf cart that can drive you up/down for a tip$. •It was 88 degrees F (Sept) and it was not terribly hot due to a breeze, but take a water bottle—only a tiny corner of shade on the side of the church that’s always busy. •Inside the church is pretty warm. No AC, but doors are left opened and gift shop in basement is cool. •Amazing views guaranteed •Average 12-18 min drive from the main strip in Sedona. •From parking lot to church is about a 3min Walk—mostly paved.

      Awesome scenery, awesome tour guide
We had an awesome experience with our tour guide, Doc! Doc took us to the Outback route around sunset time (5-7), which provided unbelievable scenery. Doc is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and made the tour a really enjoyable learning experience. He really cared to make sure he was sharing information and highlighting aspects of the wildlife and rock formations that we were interested in. Highly recommend the route and Doc!

      Amazing Locally Operated Jeep Tour
Our guide was JC. I have traveled lots all over the world and have had some really good guides. JC would definitely rate in the top 10. He was friendly and EXTREMELY knowledgable about every aspect of the area including wildlife, plants, geology, terrain, culture, history and so much more. It was very interesting. I know I learned a lot I will never remember and that's OK. The scenery was wonderful and we stopped at an amazing location at sunset to take pics and ask questions and of ceourse he knew all the answers. He showed us how to confirm energy in the earth. I was told to take the sunset tour and was very happy I did. It is a tour and guide I will always remember.

      A MUST DO!
If you want to experience the true beauty of Sedona, then you need to take an off road Jeep tour. Arizona Safari Jeep Tours is the PERFECT company to use! We are repeat customers and I can’t say enough good things about this business. I love that they are locally owned and operated. I love that from check-in to the event wrap up, you truly feel like ‘one of the family’. It is a personalized experience that will make you laugh and smile. Our driver, Joe, was a fantastically seasoned guide who presented us with a bunch of local information – some of which I didn’t even know as an Arizona native. We had scheduled this event to celebrate my teenage daughter’s birthday and couldn’t be more pleased with the purchase. Her laughter and smile that stretched from ear to ear was well worth the price of admission. We will be back!!

      Amazing Experience!!
This was my first time in Sedona and thought a tour of the area would be an amazing idea. We got Michael as our tour guide and he was absolutely amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable not only of Sedona as a whole, but each stop he made there was a story/information to go with it, he was very friendly and he remembered everyone’s names which just made everything so much more personable. There was never a dull moment during our tour and I’m so grateful. I was able to get lots of beautiful pictures and Michael took some wonderful pictures for us as well. I 100% would not only recommend this tour to anyone coming to Sedona but also Michael as well. I don’t know if we would have had such an amazing time if it wasn’t for him. Besides Michael, the entire staff was very friendly which made the whole experience even better!!

Even though it was wet and rainy, our guide Joe did a masterful job leading our group. He had extensive historical knowledge of the area and of the wildlife, plant life, and local lore. Joe is a gifted storyteller and his humor and timing kept the group laughing through the rain. The ride is bumpy so I would not recommend it to anyone with back problems. Since they are a small, family-owned outfit, I’m proud to support them and tell you that they are outstanding.

My family of 5 recently traveled to Arizona for the first time. The highlight of our trip was this Jeep tour! Our guide, Doc, was super fun and energetic, and very knowledgeable about the area. He made sure to tailor the excursion to the needs/desires of our family. He took some amazing photos of us in front of the red rocks that we will cherish forever.

We enjoyed this very scenic tour with a knowledgeable guide/driver, Joe. Nature cooperated and presented us with incredibly colorful foliage. I’d recommend this tour and guide, especially if you have back issues because the ride was very smooth.

Last minute trip to Sedona and I picked Arizona Safari Jeep Tours based on the reviews and availability of one that would coincide with the sunset. Our tour guide was Anne. She was phenomenal. So informative when it came to the history of the area, native plants and we even got to experience a vortex tree. She was funny and personable and made the tour really enjoyable. She knew all the best spots for pictures and we got so lucky with the sunset that night. It was spectacular! Book with them. You won’t be disappointed!! Highly recommended!

Took the Supreme Rim Run with Lea upon our arrival in Arizona. What a great way to start our trip. So much to see and know. And to have a knowledgeable guide to answer all your questions, was a special treat. Learned why the rocks are red and how to make tequila! A must do for the inquiring mind. The jeep even has heat for those Sunset tours when it gets a bit chilly or windy. Thanks Lea, you are a gem!

Flexible and fun! The typical canyon route had construction delays, which we actually had just driven through to get to Sedona, so our wonderful guide Lea proposed alternative scenery, routes, history and stories to make up for standing still in a construction zone. She was a wealth of knowledge about Sedona and Arizona in general, and knew plenty about geological and geographical facts, local lore, and the best stops for photos. Lea also knew about our next stop, Jerome AZ, and provided background and folklore, as well as restaurant suggestions. She was easygoing, with a great sense of humor, and was a safe and excellent driver. It was a perfect way to get out of tourism and back into nature. Thank you, Lea, for an unforgettable afternoon.

Our guide Trista was entertaining and very knowledgeable about the flora and fauna that Arizona is known for. The views were spectacular but unfortunately we couldn’t see in the upper part of the roof because it was scratched and very cloudy. I believe the truck number was 93. Trista is an amazing guide, and it would be better for the guest experience if she had a better quality truck with a clear, visual canopy. Other than that it was totally awesome.

Scenic by-way coupled with very knowledgeable tour guide! This tour traveled the section of 89A (Oak Creek Canyon) north out of Sedona. The rock formations were incredible. It was the perfect time of year and weather. Tons of spring wildflowers, blue skies:). Very comfortable new Jeep. I can’t say enough about Adam our tour guide!! He was so nice. I thought his knowledge of the history of the area, his knowledge of the geologic history, of the plants, animals, famous people who have lived here:), was impressive. And he delivered it with a sincerity that made you feel like he really loved the place he lived & worked in. Adam also works at a local restaurant/bar called The Vault. We walked there after our tour, to check it out. They have an outdoor patio with views of the mountains. The bruschetta appetizer was incredible!

This was the first time we have done a Jeep tour. CK was our driver and guide for this tour, it rained the night before so we did this canyon tour. It was great, CK was very knowledgeable about this area and stopped to show us the best views of the canyon , we ended up at the MerryGoRound. This was a beautiful place to take pictures while standing on top of and out cropping of rock formations as the sun was setting, the colors of the mountains change as the sun moves across the sky. This was a 2 1/2 hour tour and CK got us back on time at 6:00 pm. I would recommend this family owned tour over the other tour company’s. A++++

We took this tour because it wasn’t an off road tour. We thought it would be a narrated tour. Our guide Phil was nice but the tour wasn’t as expected. There was 2 couples (who were together) who sat behind the driver. The driver carried on conversations with them and we were along for the ride. They were discussing golf, skiing, and ex wives. We couldn’t hear much of the conversations and definitely didn’t hear any narrative. We could have just driven our car and been money ahead. We even gave a tip because you are told when you check in to give a tip to driver.
