          Awesome Trip
Awesome trip! And Mark was even a better guide! Enjoyable from start to finish. We will be back to explore more of Sedona and know who can help us show it!

          Awesome. Highly recommend.
We loved this tour. Our guide Marc was awesome and extremely knowledgeable of the area. We got to see so many awesome places and he was very patient and accomodating to two hobbled (semi) old ladies. We had a blast and definitely recommend this tour.

          Disappointing and Unreliable Service
I booked with First Class Charter, as seeing Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend was a bucket list item for me (I am into photography) - I was the main reason we came to Sedona. Unfortunately, my experience was far from “First Class.” Less than 14 hours before our trip, I received a call informing me that our driver had tested positive for COVID. While I understand the need to prioritize safety, I was shocked that they offered absolutely no alternative. They simply canceled without any backup plan. To make matters worse, Viator, through which we booked, didn’t attempt to provide an alternative solution either. The lack of contingency from both First Class Charter and Viator was incredibly disappointing and left us scrambling on what was supposed to be a special trip. If this is how they handle unexpected situations, I can’t recommend them—there seems to be no preparation for unforeseen issues.

Best tour of our trip, Marc was the best tour guide!
My daughter and I decided on this tour as we wanted something other than a large group tour. This tour was the highlight of our trip! Marc was our driver/tour guide and we are so grateful we were able to tour with him. We were picked up promptly at our resort and had a wonderful ride to antelope canyon. Snacks and water were provided and Marc made sure we had clean bathroom stops! He told us about the history of the areas we drove through. He escorted us right up to the tour guide at Antelope Canyon and made sure we were all set. He suggested a few restaurants for us in Page (lunch included in tour) and waited patiently for us while we ate (he would not join us, wanted us to have private lunch). We went to Horseshoe Bend and waited while we hiked it and on the way back to Sedona we stopped along roadside to view Native American jewelry stands. We both decided this was the best tour we could have picked! I can't thank Marc enough for the best time we had. I would encourage everyone to take this tour to see these sites first class!

          Great trip, Marc was awesome!
We had a great time on our trip, and Marc was exceptional! He shared great information with us along the way and was happy to answer our questions and have a laugh with us. Marc provided plenty of water and snacks and knew where to stop for the best restrooms. Marc also gave us a choice of restaurants; we went with the fried chicken option and were not disappointed. Marc was happy to stop wherever we wanted to, and we never felt rushed, which has always been my fear with tour companies. It was a long day, but it didn't feel like it, which we attribute completely to Marc. The only two things we would change are 1. This is a small nit-picky one, but getting to Horseshoe Bend at a different time of day would be better to account for the sun's position. Think shadows. See Photo 2. We did not realize that Antelope Canyon was split up so much and a different tour company operates each part. The one we visited was preselected for us as it's the one that First Class works with. The canyon with the "x"(Google it) was cool (see photo), but it's a tiny section of the canyon, so the experience was pretty short overall. In addition, it was just the two of us on our tour with Marc, but when you get to the canyon, you join a much larger group for the canyon experience with a local guide. Our First Class Charters experience was incredible, but please research the canyon. There may have been options we should have included when booking, so it could be our own doing, perhaps. Big shoutout to Marc; he is awesome, and if you are given a choice, you should ask for him!

What a great way to enjoy the beautiful sights in Sedona in one day. Marc was a wonderful guide, sharing interesting history and fun facts about the area. We were very happy we had the chance to explore Sedona with someone who truly appreciates the beauty and tranquillity of the area.

          Class Act Tour Company
I found this amazing charter/tour company through a Concierge at a Sedona hotel and the only reason I went with them was Peggy, the Office Manager was so nice and so helpful. She sold me based on her personality. Then Marc was our driver who took us on the long ride to Page, AZ but it was well worth it since Marc was informative and so nice and great recommendations on where to stop to eat and bathrooms. And he made a point of stopping per my request to buy some lovely Navajo jewelery on the side of the road. 1st Class Charter & Tours- you are luck to have Marc & Peggy as the face of your company, it was 1st class the whole way and we had a BLAST!!

          Marc is the best
Marc was the greatest! Lots of knowledge or the area having lived there since the mid 70's. We stayed ahead of schedule and got to see more than anticipated. He took us to the greatest Texas BBQ place. The SUV was comfortable and Marc's driving was safe and impeccable. It was a great day with incredible sites and even more incredible guide.

This is the way all tours should be run! Marc was the consummate host and provided us with such a memorable day. The luxury ride provided by First Class Charter Tours and a tour guide that knows the Sedona area made the trip to Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon unforgettable. Do yourself a favor and book with this group and ask for Marc!

My better half and I highly recommend this tour and tour guide Bob Boyle. Bob was engaging, accommodating, funny and extremely knowledgeable about Arizona's history, geography and geology. He kept us informed and entertained throughout the drive to and from the Grand Canyon. He also let the GC speak for itself when we caught our first glimpse of it. Bob took us to lunch at the El Tovar Hotel, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The El Tovar is worth seeing. (Ask Bob about the National Lampoon's Vacation connection.) We added a 30-minute helicopter ride to our tour, which we also highly recommend. We will never forget what it looked like or how it felt to fly over the edge of the rim. We took some extraordinary photos and videos from the helicopter but we also appreciated and heeded Bob's advice not to spend the entire flight behind our cameras. Bob picked us up at the Enchantment Resort at 7:15am. He provided water and energy bars. Traffic was light and we were back at the resort before 5pm. (A practical note: Bob knows where to stop en route if stops are needed.) On a scale of one to ten, Bob's tour really was an 11.

We had a perfect day with our very informative, professional yet entertaining guide, Bob Boyle. Bob was punctual when picking us up at our rental, and we had a comfortable, well-equipped vehicle for the 2+ hour drive from Sedona to the Grand Canyon. Bob made it clear from the start that what we did was up to us, but except for an essential stop for coffee on the way there, we were happy to follow his agenda as he knew the best spots to take us to have maximum visibility of the Canyon with the fewest crowds. Along the way he shared abundant knowledge of Sedona, the Grand Canyon, the state of AZ, and every aspect of its geography, history, native Americans, wildlife, etc. He also gave us very helpful information about hiking spots, restaurants, shopping etc for the remainder of our trip. The weather was so spectacular to view the Canyon, and we saw elk, deer, many birds, and even a coyote as we drove into our rental at the end of the day. We enjoyed a delicious lunch at El Tovar (a must at the GC), enjoying a perfect table with spectacular views of the Canyon.

First Class Charters has earned its moniker, and you could not get a better tour guide than Bob Boyle. Thank you, Bob, for a fantastic day!

This being our first visit to the Grand Canyon, we decided to go with First Class Charter/Tours. It was a great experience, well worth the money! Kenny our driver knew of all the places to avoid the crowds, shared his knowledge/history of the GC. It was relaxing to just sit back & enjoy the spectacular views! Lunch at the El Tovar is included & we traveled in a luxury SUV......just me wife & I!!

Our day at the Grand Canyon was truly magical. Miguel is an amazing guide, full of fascinating information and a love for this area. Our “first look” at the Canyon was highlighted by Miguel playing his Native American flute for us…literally brought tears to our eyes! It was honestly the highlight of our stay in Sedona and we would recommend it to anyone wanted a unique Grand Canyon experience.

This is the only way to visit the Grand Canyon. Ken was our guide and driver. He loves the Grand Canyon and his passion and knowledge of the place were invaluable. We were never with more than a handful of people because Ken knew all the best uncrowded viewing spots. It was the trip of a lifetime that we will never forget. Lunch at the beautiful El Tovar was very special. Get the French Onion soup! Not a lot of walking except for walking along the Rim to the Kolb Studio which was well worth visiting. The weather was continually changing which made for extraordinary photos but come prepared with layers of clothing.

Bob, with First Class Charter, was a great tour guide, arrived early, very knowledgeable of the area, a safe driver, very easy to talk with and interested in knowing our desires for the day. Everything went smoothly, from booking with Peggy, the tour timing ahead of the crowds to an on-time drop off. I would use them again.

Bob, from First Class Tours, was the absolute perfect guide. He collected us from our Sedona Hotel promptly at 7am, and we drove to The Grand Canyon in a comfortable, well appointed and stocked Lincoln Navigator. Bob shared a wealth of information along our drive and we arrived at the Grand Canyon early and entered through a lesser traveled gate. We visited four overlooks throughout the day and were treated to a fabulous lunch at a table overlooking the Grand Canyon. Bob dropped us at one spot so we could take a leisurely walk along a mile- long rim path and met us at the end so we didn’t have to walk back. We saw so much of the canyon in one day due to Bob’s knowledge of less crowded areas with easy parking. It was a lovely, well paced day, with plenty of time to roam and marvel. Thank you Bob for a truly memorable day and for taking so many pictures for us. We will never forget the day we spent with you. Hope to see you again.

Our guide, Miguel, turned our first trip to the Grand Canyon into a day we will always remember. He has a wealth of knowledge and can speak to many subjects including Native American and local history, geology and features of the Grand Canyon that you’d never discover on your own. Miguel took us to several quiet spots away from the tourists along the rim and brought tears to our eyes with his stories and music. His love of the area made this day so much more than a tour of the Grand Canyon. We will be back to experience more of Sedona and the surrounding canyons with Miguel and First Class Charters.

First time to Grand Canyon and I wanted to be able to soak in the views without navigating the park.
Marc was an excellent guide & driver. Safety was a priority; his driving skills were top notch and I appreciated his focus on my safety on the frozen ice around the viewpoints.

I was able to capture great photos with his expertise and he made sure to document the day for us. I regret we didn’t get a photo with him.
Lunch was delicious and enjoyable at El Tovar.
After lunch we explored the South Rim at our own pace.

I appreciate Marc’s knowledge of the area which we would have missed if we tried the trip on our own.
Excellent experience, fantastic guide. Great way to see the Grand Canyon.
