Only got out of the van 1x, just drove around, told us where there were vortex’s and that’s it. He did speak about the history but we already knew most of that. His discussion about the medicine wheel was truly memorable. Now I want to learn more about it. He encouraged us to ask questions. His explanation of things in the metaphysical world were easy to understand. He drove us around in a comfortable vehicle, not a bumpy Jeep.Written September 18, 2017

I went on a vortex tour and had a reading with my sister. I was very disappointed in the day. Bottom line is that while Ron is knowledgeable about Sedona and Vortexes in the area, it was a complete waste of time and money! Our reading consisted of pulling animal cards onto a table and he proceeded to read from a book about the animal characteristics. There was no application to life or how it affected your life. He needs to retire!

We were picked up at our door. We expected to visit several vortexes. Since the vortexes cover several miles, I guess it was good enough just to point them out from afar. We went up to Rachel's Knoll and saw some great views.
The tour started as a lecture in Shamanism. We did a little"prayer" at the knoll.
Then we went up to the airport and he pointed out another vortex, but we did not stop where everyone else did.
The Time Warp vortex, he mentioned about where it was but kept driving.
Finally we we're taken down to Oak creek, told about a flood and shown several small homes that cost alot because they are by the creek. What did that have to do with vortexes?
He spent alot of time telling us about his personal history and boasting about what famous people he had met.
Finally, we returned to our room and he did a reading. That was probably the only part of the tour that went as expected.
Looking at the description of the tour, we were not "given tools to promote healing in your mind, body and spirit". We we're very open to experiencing the energy of the vortexes, but did get anything.

There are 7 vortexes in the Sedona area and the tour is designed to be an overview of them. The explanation is designed to give information about the area and an understanding of how the native people used these places for ceremony and prayer. I regret that you did not receive what you were expecting. The reason we didn't stop where everyone else did is that those people simply stop there for pictures, not because of the vortex. Ron, the shaman, kicked off our stay in Sedona with an amazing tour of vortexes in the area. Ron was able to explain the vortexes and put them in context with the Native American understanding of the world and our place in it. He was illuminating and inspirational! We especially liked how Ron customized his tour and explanations to connect with the members of our group and give us individual insights into his knowledge and wisdom. Our time with Ron shaped the rest of our trip as we found ourselves reflecting on what he had shared and the impact of that information on each of us. It was a great benefit to see the vortexes through Ron's eyes and spend time with such a sensitive, caring Shaman. Being with Ron will make your heart and soul better!

My husband and I recently visited the Sedona area and heard of the Vortexes and wanted to go check them out and soak up all that positive energy. We called Ron and he helped us find a tour that fit our interests and budget. He came to our resort to pick us up and we spent several hours on the tour learning about the area, the Vortexes, Medicine Wheels, and more. We visited a more private Vortex and didn't have to compete with hordes of tourists. It was relaxing and beautiful.

Ron gave us a great vortex tour. He was very knowledgeable about the vortexes and the Sedona area in addition to being very spiritual. We really enjoyed hearing all of the spiritual wisdom that he was willing to share. Would highly recommend this tour and would do it again.

The whole experience from beginning to end was wonderful! I was a bit apprehensive before we met Ron, but as soon as I saw his friendly and kind face and experienced his humor, I was immediately at ease. It was EVERYTHING I was looking for ... educational, experiential, and so very special. I was captivated by the scenery, the history, and most of all, Ron's spirit. His wisdom, knowledge, and experience was inspiring. If anyone wonders if this tour is worth the price, then they have no worries. It is worth more!!!

The Buddhist peace site was moving and interesting. Rachel's vortex had interesting background story but was mainly a view of the golf resort with a nice backdrop. Airport was just a parking lot with lots of people waiting for sunset. Not really worth the money but and okay tour

The information given on the tours explains vortexes, Medicine Wheels, the different animals and their symbolism. Plus info on Native Americans in the area. Sorry you didn't fully enjoy the tour. Do come back and enjoy Sedona again.

We enjoy the weekend in Sedona for the first time, and were fortunate enough to have a tour with Ron, who escorted us for 2 hours to the different vortexes in Sedona, and presented us with a vast amount of knowledge about Sedona, its history, nature, and presented with grace, humor, and enlightenment! Thank you!

I was overwhelmed at first by the various vortex tours I found before arriving to Sedona. This tour was the only one my concierge suggested out of all the cards she had behind her. I knew then that it was meant to be. Ron picked me up at my hotel for my personal tour. As soon as I met him I was reassured my intuition was correct choosing this tour. I learned a great deal with my new friend Ron. Things I needed to be reminded of, beautiful ideas to change my perspective and more. The passion Ron has and his years of experience makes me grateful to have met him. The talks I had with Ron will forever be with me. If you read this Ron, thank you again! I will see you again some day! Also Im enjoying reading The Medicine Wheel book! Much appreciated! Take care Ron!
