      Great tour
Our guide Scott was very informative and just a really great guy. He gave us a nice tour around Sedona. The church was my absolute favorite.

      Great tour, lack luster vehicle
Absolutely nothing wrong with our driver, in fact he was very pleasant and friendly. The route was also very nice and the stops were lovely with an apt amount of time to take it all in. 2 stars taken off because of the van itself. There was one a/c unit in the back of it which spits out cold air only to the aisle in between seats and none actually reaches any of the passengers. This leads to the van not feeling luxury (as described) or feeling very relieving after returning to it from the sights. Perhaps the issue doesn’t exist in the earlier time slots in the day, but nonetheless hampered the experience.

Educational, Inspirational and breathtaking all in one!
We took the Hi-points tour on a small air-conditioned bus. Scott was an amazing guide. We learned so much about the area. Chapel Rock was truly an experience. Would highly recommend.

      Van Needs Repairs
Cons—Van was not in good shape. On a 80 degree day air conditioner did not work. Microphone was broken so it was hard to hear the tour guide in back of van. Pros—-Sedona views were fabulous. Chapel of the Holy Cross was amazing. And it was so nice to be dropped off right at the ramp. My husband and I were glad neither one of us had to drive the hills.

This is a must if visiting Sedona !!
Our tour guide Brewster was fantastic . A tour well worth the money . It gives you a taste of all of the high points . He was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor . He answered all of our questions . We saw beautiful parts of Sedona and the rock structures . My favorites were the chapel and Snoopy .

      Disappointed
The tour was cancelled and I was not notified. The staff at the check in location were able to reimburse my credit card on their own initiative. Thanks to them. I booked a different tour later in the day.

      Learning About the Red Rocks
The views were amazing even though it was rainy day and the clouds were low at times. Our guide, who attended the Woodstock festival in 1969, was very interesting. The van was perfect with large windows and provided heat to combat the chilly weather.

Hi Points Van Tour - we tecommend it!
The Hi Points Van Tour trip was great & we would go again! The van is clean & warm (necessary in Dec!) & the driver was a friendly knowledgeable guide that also can give you dining and shopping tips. Be forewarned though that the Christmas week is very crowded & the roads are bumper to bumper traffic! Leave early to get to the pick up spot & know that if traffic is very slow you won’t get to all the viewing spots. Next time we will go to Sedona another week, but we would definitely take the van tour again!

      Very informative.
Richard was our guide and he was very knowledgeable. He told us all the little tidbits of Sedona and the founders of the town. He recommended a few restaurants in town as well.

      Great ride!
So glad this popped up on facebook! I was going to the state park but decided to book this tour instead. The van was cool and the driver was very knowledgeable. The van holds 12 but my husband and I were the only ones on the 9:00 bus. Most companies would have cancelled. My husband had a chance to look instead of drive. Some people say just drive. You will enjoy this so much more than finding parking and paying parking fees at each stop. Every famous spot was covered!! Highly recommended!

Richard, our tour guide/driver was phenomenal! He not only shared many aspects of the spots we toured, he was very knowledgeable about the Vortices and truly made my day sharing his insights. Last he was humble and took good care of all of us!!

      A community orientation
We like an orientation tour to communities new to us - whether we plan to walk, bike, hike, eat, etc. This filled the bill in local knowledge, history and suggestions for further exploring. We followed up on 5. All excellent! Thanks to Noel.

Great way to tour the area and learn more about Sedona
Great way to see the highlights around Sedona. I love learning about the area and had taken this tour last year with Stan as our tour guide. He was a tough act to follow. I enjoyed the tour so much the first time I took my parents on the same tour. Noel was friendly and shared some good information, but I wish he'd had a little more to share about the areas we went to. I also wish he'd gotten off the bus. Most tour guides will get out and chat with the guests, answer questions, and take pictures. I also wish he'd shared more about the area.Such as how the airport came to be; the number of westerns filmed there; etc. There are a lot of interesting facts I learned previously that I was hoping my parents would hear about as well. That being said, I highly recommend this tour if you'd like to see the highlights without having to drive or worry about parking. Take it when you arrive in town. Guaranteed you'll learn of places in the area you'll want to come back and see while you're in town.

Having taken the same or a similar tour many years ago I couldn’t imagine not taking the tour again to visit all of my favorite sites I had enjoyed in the past. To my surprise the tour covering many of the obligatory sites glossed over some of the more stunning attractions and omitted many obligatory locations completely. While now a new major stop on the tour makes Culture Park the only location where patrons can disembark the faux trolley, as it slips the past sites I had appreciated in the past like Airport Mesa and Chapel of the holy cross and with the exception to a short trip down route 179 ignores the southern, more picturesque, part of Sedona completely.

That being said the hour and a half tour is the best $28.31 you can spend in Sedona. Our driver, Stan, made this an enjoyable trip, educational, cultural gem of an experience. His knowledge and talents surpass everything with the exception of the sheer beauty of the surrounding valley. A nice additional touch of offering to take pictures of couples at culture park with the majestic mountains in the background was appreciated. He pointed out historical points of significance, restaurants, galleries, adjacent hiking trails and their mystical vortexes, all with relevant facts laced with a touch of humor.

The trip was relaxing and educational and a must see for first time visitors and maybe even second time visitors. Their designated parking is impossible to find, ask then to describe in detail the location otherwise you’ll end up like we did hunting through uptown trying to locate an applicable parking spot. There is no designated spot to wait the half hour they suggest you arrive early. A small storefront ticket office gives way to the town’s sidewalk where patrons wait milling about like human pylons waiting for their transportation to arrive. All in all, a good experience that could stand a few improvements.

There were 8 in our family tour, $211.76. We booked an"open trolley", like they show in their ads. We were quickly ushered to a closed in bus and stuck in the back. When inquiring?? One employee said because of "last night storms?" and Matthew, the driver said the "the trolley broke down." The bus was crowded and our view in the back was starring at a plywood board that covered a previous handicap door. Horrible~ could not see anything or hear much! Refund request was denied stating "tour booked as requested." We DID NOT request a closed in bus "used for weddings and drinkers". Totally unreasonable company.

Bonnie, we are very sorry for the experience you had. We want every guest to have the best Sedona experience possible and we appreciate your feedback. The reason the refund was rejected was because there were no details as to why a refund was asked for. I submitted for a full refund with Viator due to the experience you stated to them. I apologize that they have not contacted you about it yet. I submitted another one today. If you don't hear from them by next week please email me at m.lown@rasedona.com.

A quick scenic tour of some of Sedona's more popular sites. A knowledgeable tour guide was very brief and while not humorous he definitely contributed to the enjoyment. It is so nice to be able to enjoy the sites without having to dodge traffic. It also gives you the opportunity to see what sites where you may want to go back and spend more time. Well worth the affordable cost. The only drawback is the local parking garage and another lot were closed so had to use the limited street parking at $2 an hour with lurking meter maids, so beware!

Enjoyed the drive and scenery, but narration was difficult to follow. Available cold water would have been nice. Finding where to check in was not easy fortunately friendly assistance from other store owners and bus drivers eventually ensured check in.

This tour would probably have been okay, however, the driver had such a heavy accent, you could not understand 90% of what he was saying. Very disappointed. We had a groupon and only paid $14 each; sure glad we didn't play full price.

Our tour-guide/driver had a super strong accent and did a speed read on points of interest and landmarks during the tour. Then messed with one of the passengers on tour by slowly driving away making the older gentleman run to get on the trolley! About the only thing that you could make out were his corny dad jokes along the route. Really disappointed. This tour-guide obviously doesn’t like his job.

We rented a trolley for our guests for our wedding in May. While my husband and I were taking photos and could not join the trolley, everyone said they had a wonderful time. The guide was informative and made it a great tour. James was very helpful in setting everything up and helped us change the date when we decided to postpone our wedding.
