- rmr2300Amazing ATV tour!!We went on a 4 hour ATV tour through the desert with Donnie and it was AWESOME!!! So fun on the ATVs and Donnie was a fantastic guide!! Great experience and would highly recommend to anyone!!
- 432dianez00ATV Adventure - First Time Fun ExperienceRay was our ATV tour guide. He was from where we lived back home, so we were very comfortable riding with him. We also had a lot of fun on our ride with him. He was informative in the information he shared. Beautiful scenery of the desert and in Box Canyon. Liked seeing butterflies in canyon as well as surprised to see free roaming cattle with horns and one had a baby calf. Note there are no bathrooms on the ride. One thing we learned is to watch for wildlife in the desert when not from AZ for you don't think about what you may run across even in the daytime. So always be cautious for snakes, scorpions, etc., for they are out there. He kept a look out for these being first but told us to keep our eyes open too. We sure hope our tour guide Ray is okay from our ride and continues to remain safe. Thanks so much for an awesome ride. We definitely want to do again on another visit and also check out the Sedona ATV tour too. Hopefully we can get Ray as a tour guide again.
- DAVID L00Florence, AZ Box Canyon ATV Tour with Ray June, 2023The ATV Adventure Tour of the Florence, AZ Box Canyon / Slot Canyon was a super adventure and an overall great experience. We felt lucky to have Ray as our guide and tour leader. He's experienced, knowledgeable about the countryside & the machines. First up was explanation of how to safely operate the big 4x4's, then a slow test run to check out our skill level. When all was OK we hit the road for the Canyon. Road on a paved road for a few miles then began on rough unpaved country roads. Passed thru beautiful countryside full of Saguaro's and Mesquite on either side of the road. The mountains looked like a long distance away when we started, but they quickly came closer. The roads got bumpier as we progressed, but we followed Ray and all was well. He stopped for a "trip status check up" by a giant Saguaro with 40 protruding arms & we drank some cold water from the ice chest that he had thought to have handy for us - Thanks! Then we headed into the Box Canyon / Slot Canyon as the mountains opened up for us. So different to be riding in a narrow canyon with 100++ foot side walls. Lots of vegetation in different spots. The roadway weave through the canyon and there bumps and dips and plenty of fun riding there. Couple of tough spots with boulder riding but we followed Ray and made it fine. Stopped at an old Butterfield Stage line deserted station and walked around to explore a bit. Another stop to admire ancient Indian petroglyphs and had Ray to explain them to us. Then turned around and headed back thru the canyon, then countryside, then to the original meeting spot. We were provided Gloves, Helmet and Bandana, for the dust. Splendid experience!!! You Should Do It .....
- lidienurse0800ATVing Beautiful Historic CanyonRoy was an amazing guide. He was all set up ready for us, he was patient, funny, explained the wildlife and wilderness around us, and we got to see a pieces of history... an old post and petroglyphs. Excellent experience!
- TaylorLatto00Great fun and interesting infoRay was an amazing tour guide and had a lot of information to give about our trail! This is the second time I have done this, the first in Sedona. The canyon was really neat and a bit of relief from the warm desert. My 7 year old had a great first time off roading and had lots of fun every stop we made, with the rocks, water, bugs and animals.
- jza202100Adventure on ATVs in Sedona with Tim!First and foremost, the company focuses on safety. They make sure you are comfortable with handling the ATV before you set out on the guided trip. The check-in procedure is efficient and all employees are helpful. The equipment is reliable and easy to handle. The trails they take you on offer a variety of driving experiences from open wide off road paths to narrower rocky paths. Tim, our tour guide, was very personable and knowledgeable of the area. It is evident he enjoys what he does! Thank you Tim!!
- jamesbH7136LM00Fun in the desertMy wife and I just did your atv adventure, our guides Tim. H and Steve- o were awesome they were very knowledgeable about the Sedona area and there personality made the ride really fun. We would do it again and happily tell a friend if they ever visit Sedona.
- Kg492200Amazing!Absolutely amazing! Highly recommend! Donnie was a wonderful guide, we had a blast!! This is a great way to see the Coconino National Forest and get close to the rocks.
- lauracE4021KM00Top Tour in Sedona!Highly recommend this tour!! Our guides greeted us by name when we arrived, gave us a quick run down of the day and we were off! We learned a bunch, everything from history to plant names and bugs! The views were top notch, plenty of photo opportunities! Tyler and Steve made our day, making us feel comfortable and got us real dirty!! A must do, so much fun!! Thank you, guys!!
- jcU3668SQ00Absolute Fun TimeDonnie was an awesome guide, knew the layout of the land like the back of his hand. Absolute fun time, would recommend anyone to join on an adventure there.
- MiTchBX18200ITS FUN!! Do it!!Had an absolute blast with the Arizona ATV Adventure Tours crew!! Never ATVd before but had no problems. Great instructions, great trails, scenery. Just Fun fun fun. Don’t hesitate, you won’t regret it. We even messed up our reservation and they still took perfect care of us. No problem even though it was our own fault. Tim our head guide, Donnie and Tyler were fantastic. Made us feel comfortable, took pictures for us in great locations. We’d definitely do it again!
- Navigator59823900Amazing atv guided tourExcellent preparation for riding, knowledgeable and safety concious guides, entire experience went smoothly, the trails we road were just challenging enough, views and destination points were amazing. Tim, Tyler and Donny were the guides for our time slot and they were all friendly and accommodating. Would definitely do the tour again and highly recommend it!
- Simon M00Amazing sceneryWe had a group of 4 on the Box Canyon Tour and it was amazing, our guide was great and stopped at great spots. Driving the ATV's was so much fun and the scenery was stunning. Highly recommend. The only reason for the 4 star is we signed up for the 4 hour tour and was only out just over 3 hours. Now we did arrive about 5 minutes late, but they were very accomodating
- 676kendrac00The most fun getting dirty!Tim was an excellent guide for our family including our 6 yo son. We all had a great time getting dusty/dirty with some beautiful scenery!
- annettew57100ATV yourDon’t miss this day of fun ! Our guide Donnie was an excellent guide full of knowledge and history .

Tim, our guide was everything; he made the whole experience so easy. It was a family trip; we got up pretty early to head out from Gilbert to Sedona for the morning ride (8am) This was our 1st time on an ATVs and Tim eased us into the workings in a smooth manner. The tour itself was awesome: the scenery was beautiful, Tim, at every stop would tell us a brief history about the area and we had a fun group too; it was our son’s 13th birthday and even though he couldn’t drive himself, he had a blast (further evidence of how good it was). My wife had so much fun too and we would definitely be heading back to Sedona soon, it is a beautiful town. Oh and Tim hooked us up with a discount card for this restaurant; Sounds and bites; food here is great and we totally enjoyed it, have to say it’s a bit pricey though but it’s worth every penny. Thanks Tim for the nice time and we love your jokes too 🤣

Overall it was an okay experience; however, it was off to an extremely slow start where everyone had to ride an ATV to demonstrate there level of experience. Then we had to wait for them to load the ATV’s on the trailer, we then drove to the destination only to unload the AtVs. It was a nice ride once we finally got on the ATVS. The latter part of the ride was freezing. The sun was going down and everyone was cold. Once we were done with the ride we had to wait for them to load the ATVs back on the trailer and return us to our cars. The excursion started at 1:00 PM and we literally did not take off on AtVs until 2:40 PM. If we had started at an earlier time it would have been warmer for the final stretch of the ride. There are several ATV operators in Sedona, I would look for another option.

We sincerely appologize you were not able to gain a more positive perspective about the experience.
Safety is our primary concern which is why we have everyone get comfortable on our equipment before hitting the trails (Also, required by Forest Service). So many moving parts in this industry so we truly appreciate your patience getting out to the trail. We hope you took advantage of the gloves we offer to keep your hands warm; this time of year, layers are recommended.
We hope to have a second chance in the future as we are the only guided ATV outfit.

Our ATV adventure tour with Scott was outstanding! Just the perfect amount of time, speed, thrill and sights to see, Arizona ATV Adventures really knocked it out of the park. The 8AM tour was the way to go - and really gave you a healthy does of adrenaline to help start your day! Whether your are a beginner or are advanced in the ways of ATVs, there was never a dull moment.
I also have to give a 10 STAR SHOUT OUT TO SCOTT - our tour guide. He was incredibly warm, informative, knowledgeable, and above all - patient with our group. Always there to help you out, make sure you were safe at all times and was incredibly informative of all things Sedona, Arizona and Jerome especially! A fantastic morning all around and fun for the whole family! Highly recommended and if you go please ask for Scott!

Excellent Excellent Excellent from start to finish.
A lifetime experience for me and two of my boys.
The ATV's worked flawlessly and easily kept up with the rugged terrain.
But the best part of this experience were the guides. Audrey and Scott did a great job with every detail. Scott trained us on the operation. It was my 17 yr old son's first time on an ATV and Steve patiently made sure he understood everything and gave him additional time on the test track to get some confidence.
Audrey lead the way and did a great job keeping us all together as well as looking out for other ATV's and other vehicles that came up on the trails. Scott brought up the rear making sure no one got left behind. You could tell they really cared about keeping us together and safe.
They had just enough stops and fun facts about Sedona and the surrounding area. Had plenty of water for everyone.
My 17 year old was able to ride his own which the other places I looked at did not. Also the security deposit was reasonable.
They also provided bandanas to wear as masks to limit the amount of dust intake that we rode through. They even used a blower to dust us off when we got back.
I highly recommend this place. Proceed with confidence if you are looking to rent ATV's!

Best part of our Sedona trip! Scott taught us how to ride the ATVs really thoroughly and succinctly, and had some great facts and stories about places we passed on the tour. A couple people in our tour got a little overheated, and Coleman was so great at making sure they were alright and getting everyone feeling better before we continued on! The tour itself was beautiful and so much fun. The best thing we did all week!

Excellent adventure for our family of 5, with 3 teens, Easy phone booking, simple directions to the facility and trailhead, got suited up and got a test run on the ATV's. Our guide was Charlie and he was the nicest, coolest person. He gave us excellent instructions and tips and had great knowledge and information about the trail, the terrain and the local area, It was our first time on ATV's and we all did great. We all loved it. Would highly recommend this adventure and ask for Charlie, as he was one of the friendliest guides I've encountered on these types of experiences. Thanks, we enjoyed meeting you Charlie, maybe our paths will cross again someday, your friends from NJ, Lori, Greg, Logan, Myles and Evan.

A wonderful trip to Sedona w my husband and our 3 20-something daughters. Highlight was our ATV tour with Tim (or was it Dave..)! Definitely Tim. We had two doubles and one single ATV- perfect. It was very chilly and so beautiful. Tim was safety conscious, and very knowledgeable and passionate about the history and fragile nature of our spectacular surroundings. Thank you for the wonderful adventure!

OMG! We had an amazing time on this tour. Our guide Tim was knowledgeable about the area and made the trip so much fun. The ATVs were in great condition, they provided training prior to going out on the run, the helmets and goggles were clean and seemed in good condition. They did provide a bandana for the dust, but I would recommend bringing an N-95 type mask. We had the bandana but it was very dusty since there had not been any rain in a while and so I didn't feel like the bandana was enough. You will get very dirty! They will blow you off with an air hose, but it does not get all the dust/dirt off, so just be aware of this if you plan this tour to wear stuff you don't mind getting dirty. Also to bring something to cover your car seats for the ride back to wherever you're staying. They also provided water and snacks. Our tour took us on about a 25 mile loop. We were making good time, so Tim took us on a bit of a different route that was a little longer than that. We saw a herd of pronghorn antelope on the tour which was cool. I highly recommend this tour company. We had a great time!

A group of us booked this guided ATV tour during a weekend trip to Sedona. I highly recommend this activity and company. Our guide, Michael, was very friendly and had great energy. The actual ATV ride lasted about three hours, and we felt like we got our money's worth and some. There are several stops along the way that allow you to grab great photos. The guides have water and snacks to offer along the way during stops. If you're thinking or on the fence, just do it!

The person who doesn't want to drive can ride with one of the drivers. Just tell them that when you book it. Or call them and tell them. It is the same price whether they drive or ride.
