The tour was great and we got to see much of the Scottsdale area. Brian was very informative and funny and also provided us with plenty of water as it was 107 degrees that day. - Escape491428533880 contributions2 Hour Segway Tour - Sunsets & City LightsThis was a great adventure and really recommend it. The Segways looked to be in very good condition and well maintained. They took safety very serious in the initial training, during the tour, and every time you got on and off the Segway, The tour covered a lot of ground and included a good mix of famous locations and hidden gems. It was also unique to do it from 6PM to 8PM to experience Scottsdale both in the light and the dark.Written September 17, 2024

- pantherbuzz920 contributionsWell Worth It!!The segway tour with Brian was a great experience. It was our first visit to Scottsdale and the tour gave us an idea of places to visit. We are glad we did this in the beginning of our vacation. My wife was a little nervous about riding a segway, but after a quick training by Brian she was a pro. Brian is funny, personable, and a great guide.Written August 9, 2024
- MrBlackHP0 contributionsA fun time was had by allMy wife and I d I enjoyed the sunset tour with our guide Brian. He was very well informed of old town and the surrounding areas. This wasn’t our 1st Segway tour, but we had another couple with us and he made sure he took time to ensure everyone’s safety while keeping it exciting for everyone. The tour location had parking available and we were given plenty of water before and during the tour. I give this tour 5 out of 5.Written August 9, 2024

This tour was so much fun and very informational. Austin was our tour guide and had a wealth of knowledge. He was charismatic and funny as well. He was able to recommend restaurants , point out various local history and art sculptures, and we really got a lay of the land of Old Town Scottsdale and the surrounding area. It was also nice to sit for a little while and cruise around town without worrying about driving. This was great for first time visitors or even return visitors that would like to know a little bit more about the area or even new restaurants that have popped up. Just do it!!!!

This is a 1st class company! Tyler, the owner of Scottsdale Segway Tours is truly a first class guy. Our family of six booked a golf cart tour of Scottsdale on St. Patrick’s Day (March 17.) Our family consisted of 4 adults and two small children, ages 2 & 5. Upon arrival, we were told by Tyler that the golf cart had broken down and we would not be able to do the tour. Tyler was extremely apologetic and felt really bad that we were unable to go. We understood. Sometimes these things happen! Hold on, I’m not finished…Tyler felt so bad that he refunded the entire cost of the golf tour and re-booked a complimentary tour two days later!! Who does that! Tyler does!
We went in a stretch limo golf cart. Our tour guide, Braxton, was very knowledgeable of the area, the historical background, the art and more! The tour lasted 1.5 hours with bathroom breaks along the way. Braxton couldn’t believe our two children were only 2 and 5 years old.
I highly recommend this outstanding company. You don’t want to miss out on this opportunity and this fabulous company.
Thank you Tyler & Braxton. If we make it back to Scottsdale, we will be sure stop in for another tour.

My experience with Austin on the Scottsdale Segway Tours golf cart tour was absolutely fantastic! Austin was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly engaging, making sure to share interesting tidbits about each district we visited. The tour was well-paced, comprehensive, and truly highlighted the unique charm of Scottsdale. Austin's enthusiasm and expertise made the tour memorable and enjoyable. Whether you're a local or a tourist, I highly recommend taking this tour with Austin to get a thorough and entertaining overview of what Scottsdale has to offer.

We had a very nice time. Austin was friendly and quite informative. We’ve toured Scottsdale before but learned new things this time. Would have rated this a 5 but the gas powered cart was a bit noisy. Expected an electric cart in Scottsdale.

Our guide Lauren was very great!
But the issue we did not like : 2 golf carts with
one guide talking on headphone for both
carts. Which was NOT good for the second golf cart because HALF the time you could not hear her ( due to traffic , street noise, others in her cart talking about random things).
Very annoying!
It was an informative tour which covered a lot of ground.
Take away: get into a golf cart with the driver doing the talking and it will be great!!!!!

I would not recommend this tour. It is misrepresented by the description. Not a stretch limo golf cart. It was a golf cart and very uncomfortable and dangerous to be riding in the street. There is not an admission charge to Old Town or the Mission Church as was stated as being included in the cost.

Hello Jen,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that the tour did not meet your expectations. However, I would like to clarify a few points.
As per the tour description, you did visit all the locations listed. We were unable to go inside of the church because you showed up late, and it not fair to the other guest to delay there tour because you showed up after the tour start time. Unfortunately, our green golf cart broke down on October 1st and was only repaired on October 6th. The cart you were in is a newer model with more advanced features, including three-point seat belts, windshields, windshield wipers, a backup camera, and safety pillars, all of which are designed to provide a safer and more comfortable experience. While it may not have been wrapped like the green one, it is the same size and offers enhanced safety features.
Regarding your concerns about riding on the street, golf carts are legally required to operate on the road in scottsdale, i'm unsure how you guys do things in oregon but we do not drive golf carts on the sidewalk and run people over. Safety is always our top priority. We have never had any incidents on our golf cart tours, and we take great care to ensure that our vehicles comply with safety standards.
In reference to the admission charges, TripAdvisor requires us to indicate whether stops on the tour include paid or free admission. Although Old Town and the Mission Church do not have admission fees, we are required by their system to mention it.

We had a fantastic time with our tour guide & driver Luke. We were entertained with stories about all kinds of local places and several jokes between stories. We did more than just sit in the cart and made multiple stops to check out sites and went to the top of a hotel with and outdoor bar and deck with 360 degree views of the area. The 90 minutes went by quickly.

Our tour guide, Jennifer was fantastic. However the golf cart was so noisy unless you were sitting in the front seat next to her you could not hear a word. Apparently being able to listen to our guide was not an option. Very disappointing.

The tour was average. Pointed out a few points of interest that I may have missed in the past. Our guide was very pleasant and well spoken but under the age of majority which may have given us a more juvenile presentation than what we were expecting. May have been a bit overpriced for what you get.
