    Great Ghost tour!!
Awesome tour! Thanks for the spirit box suggestion. Meanwhile the stories were being told we downloaded a spirit box app on my phone during the tour and made it such a great experience!

    Something new to try
I'm from California and came to visit my friend who just moved here. We were in the halloween spirit and looked up things to do in the area and we found this ghost adventure tour! We went to the 10:30 one and it was so much fun. We really liked how our tour guide Lucas gave us a great history background of every place and he made it fun ! Really recommend if you wanna try something different! We added the EMF to our tour and that was really fun as well !

It was OK, just not great
It was fun, but not as good as the hunt was the previous night. Lucas was great as usual, but unfortunately without a more interactive experience, the tour wasn't much more exciting than any other historical tour I've been on. If we could enter more of the haunted buildings and interacted with the ghosts it would have been a lot scarier. Still, Lucas was a great tour guide and made it better.

It was OK, just not great
Lucas was great. Made the slow tour better. I enjoyed the tour, but was disappointed we couldn't go into most places. It definitely needs to be more like the ghost hunt tour you also offer. Otherwise it just feels like a standard tour and not scary at all. Lucas thankfully knew how to get into character to make it a little more spooky, but without real interaction even he can't make it feel scary or more than what it is

Great tour and very interesting! I’ve spent a lot of time walking around downtown Phoenix and finding out all the history on some buildings was so cool! Lucas did such a great job!!

    Do it!
I can not say enough good things about Lukas and his knowledge of ghosts in the area and Phoenix history. I was also able to talk to my recently deceased daughter through the spirit box and spirit walker app. Life changing experience.

Direct responses to our questions through multiple pieces of equipment.
Lucas, definitely not Marcus, was great. I booked this as a birthday gift for my daughter (20 🎂), and neither of us had used equipment before and got so much activity. We will definitely book this again.

Fun but much longer than expected
Fun and unique tour. The guide was enthusiast which was very fun. However, he talked quite a bit and the tour was 2.5 hours instead of 1 hour. We did the 10:30pm tour and it wasn’t over until 1 am. We’d have planned to go on a weekend night if we’d known.

You absolutely want Brandon as your spirit guide
The tour was amazing and very interesting, mostly due to our tour guide Brandon. He is so passionate and committed that you can’t help but enjoy it. We were very lucky because the time we booked it, my family was his only group for that tour so Brandon was able to get very in-depth. What was supposed to be an hour tour, turned in to a 2.5 hour tour, with Brandon knowledgeably answering all of our questions and giving us more of a background of places. He absolutely goes above and beyond. My very first photo at the Rossen house has orbs in it. I purchased the souvenir plush ghosts for all of the members of my party, and everyone loved them. A great way to bring some of the “haunting” home. Will definitely do more tours (hopefully with Brandon) the next time I’m in Phoenix

    Honeymoon Tour
My husband and I toured during our honeymoon and couldn't be happier with our experience. Our tour guide, Lucas, was friendly, fun, and knowledgeable. The walk downtown felt safe. And the final stop was a screamer!! Would recommend again.

This tour was NOT worth the money. It is just a walking tour with ghost stories told outside the buildings. Not what I was expecting for a total of $85 for three people. I thought this tour, for that kind of money, would give me a more in depth experience then just walking around the city. Garret our tour guide was very nice and told the stories well, but he offered an extended tour for more money which just should have been included. Also BEWARE you will have to find and pay for parking if not staying in the city which costed another $15. Would not recommend this tour to anyone.

I was in town with a small group of women for my bachelorette party and attempted to contact Phoenix Ghosts several times to scheduled a tour. I emailed them, as their voicemail instructed, weeks before we were going to be in town and also tried calling several times and left messages. I never received a response to this day and the weekend has long passed. What a bummer!

Our tour guide wasn't very knowledgeable, and wasn't very interactive. We walked at such a fast pace one member of my group had to leave 5 minutes after we started and we struggled to stay caught up. It was hard to hear her do to her not projecting or waiting till all the members of the group was there

Well...what a disappointing tour. We have taken plenty of ghost tours in the past, and this one was among the worst we have experienced. Our tour guide, Ernie, showed up late and throughout the tour interjected plenty of unrelated personal information that had no relevance to the tour. Example: he pointed out where his parents went to school and we thought we'd hear about ghost stories at that school. We are not prudish at all, but he also cussed throughout the tour which was unprofessional. He mentioned he was new at being a tour guide, and he needs lots more mentoring from an experienced guide. He was not good at reading the crowd as when he tried to make a joke, nobody laughed. At the end of our tour, apparently some small ghost plush were ordered by tour guests and he did not bring enough for the total ordered. His comment was to send an email to the company, "but good luck getting a refund".

The tour itself was somewhat interesting with the possibility of great stories but they weren't really elaborated upon. The historic mansion had some possibilities and Ernie apparently worked there as a security guard. Not sure if we should have been in that area or not, but he made it seem like we were in an off-limits area just standing on the sidewalk outside of the mansion. The stops in the hotels were interesting with some good stories.

EVP meters were distributed late in the tour at one of the hotels with little instruction. Seems as those should have been given out earlier in the tour to allow more time and more people to use. Also, we paid for the "extended" tour and not sure if we received it or not. Everyone got the same tour, so maybe everyone purchased the extended tour? Ernie did not mention something like "normally, the tour ends here but now we're going to go to four additional stops that each of you paid for". No idea if we received what was paid for or not.

There was a stop in front of a church where we heard a story about two headless women with fire or beams of lights coming from their headless bodies. More details would have been great to make that story come alive vs. feeling like it was just some sort of urban legend.

Hi Gabi, we would like to sincerely apologize for what you experienced during your tour. We are so used to getting wonderful feedback about our tour and our guides, and what you have described is absolutely unacceptable. We have passed this review along to our managers, as this guide's behavior is not up to our company standards and not how he was trained to present himself. We would love the opportunity to make this experience up to you. As we were not able to look up your booking based on your username, please reach out to us at guestrelations@wejunket.com with the name your booking was under so that we can look further into this. We look forward to speaking with you and working to make this right. We so appreciate your patience!

This was one of the most lack luster tours we've been on. We do a hunted tour of every city we visit so we've been on a lot. We did more walking in silence then talking about any of the location stops. The information was very general and our tour guide was not a good story teller. We paid for the extended tour and was left outside the last stop on the regular tour after asking to use the bathroom. We caught up to the guide and you could tell she didn't want to continue the tour even though she had to people training with her that night. I would not recommend this tour. Go with a different company or find out who the guide is before hand.

Rachel, we're sorry to hear you felt this tour was lacking in some way. We understand that having a good tour guide is crucial, and we take pride in the feedback we get about ours. It's unfortunate to know that you did not enjoy your guide's storytelling, and that it seemed she did not want to be there. This is unacceptable behavior and we understand your disappointment. Please reach out to us at guestrelations@wejunket.com with the name your booking was under, and we'll be able to look further into this for you. Thank you.

No ghosts. just a goofy tour guide you follow for 2 hours and stand outside of some buildings while he talks about the history of the building. Didn’t get to go inside anywhere. Paid for an emf detector that he left in his car that we won’t receive a refund for. There was no where to use the emf detector anyways as we didn’t go inside any of the buildings. Probably would have been more exhilarating to just toss our $60 in the trash can and avoid two hours of following a boring dude in a vest.

We're sorry you did not enjoy your tour experience. As stated on our website, we are a walking ghost tour and are unfortunately unable to enter any privately owned buildings. We aren't sure who you spoke with that denied your refund of your EMF reader, but we will be happy to process that for you if it hasn't already been taken care of. Please reach out to guestrelations@wejunket.com with the name your booking was under, and we'll be happy to assist you further.

I was pretty disappointed with this tour. While our tour guide was communicative they were late to our tour because he “left his wallet at a party he was just at”. We started to walk around and I quickly realized how scripted this tour was going to be. You did not hear any excitement behind the guides voice or the tour we were about to go on. There were many times it felt like he was reading from a script and often had to stop and restart what he was saying. It didn’t feel personable. I did my own research after the tour and was unable to find much support if any regarding the places we stopped at which was a bummer because I always like to do more research after tours like this. I have been on tours before in different states and locations and would not recommend this tour company in Phoenix if you are looking for an authentic experience. I could have easy walked around myself and done the same thing they did but with actual facts!

I showed up 15 minutes early and was told to wait in the lobby. Another group of 3 was given the same instructions. We all waited in the lobby for 30 minutes and our guide never showed up. We realized that a handful of people were waiting outside and the guide took them on the tour without even checking the lobby. Pretty disappointed. Hopefully I can get a refund.

It was a fun experience in the evening; and a different way to get to know the city. The tour is short (lasts maybe 45 min) and requires a god amount of walking (obviously, it is a walking tour after all.

You will visit 4-5 places and the guide will recount you a spooky story associated to that spot. It would have to love to go into some of the places to get a bit more of the “scary” experience.
