The morning was super clear and beautiful - we could see the San Francisco peaks and it felt like all the way down to Tucson. Our pilot pointed out the sights and we even saw some wild burros, coyotes and jackrabbits. We did have a "C" landing but our pilot had prepared us so well that it made it even more exciting. The whole crew was professional, organized, humorous and friendly. The meal & ceremony after our flight were great. It was a perfect day!

But other than that, the whole crew was sweet and def dope! The explanations, the fun stories, the customer service was A1.

Loved the red carpet ceremony at the end. The breakfast provided was very tasty. I would highly recommend this company. You won’t be disappointed.

This time they drove us around for 2 hours where we saw other balloons in the air only to be brought back to our cars and cancelled again. There was another couple who said this was the third time. We live out of town and can't afford to keep taking off of work for this.

Randy is a great host and you can tell he loves what he does everyday! Alex was our tour guy that transported us from the parking lot where our group met up to where we actually launched from. He was so cool and funny! You HAVE to do this if you get the chance. It is an amazing experience.

The view is amazing! The breakfast and champagne part let us know a tradition pray for balloonists, which is really special. And all the staff are nice and energetic, making a good memory for me and my husband as our anniversary trip.

The staff was amazing. Pilot Steve was very knowledgeable and answered everyone’s questions. He also provided step by steps instructions of what was required of us. I felt safe 100% all the way. The Comadre.of everyone was a welcome fresh air. I will def be using them again. I recommend to everyone

The pc and quiet of the world at sunrise was on full display in this fantastic Balloon ride The pilot was an expert and take off and landing was awesome. Staff was so much fun and full of energy at 5:00 a.m. What a wonderful experience.

WOW!! WOW!! WOW!!
If you're looking for THE friendlyist, most amazing people running balloon flights then these are the company to go with.
From communication about the experience (we were booking directly from the UK so needed to ask a few questions) to arriving at the pickup location through to take off and landing then being brought back to our original location was so smooth and well done that we simply can't fault any of it.
Once we were collected at the arranged point we were taken off in to the desert to the take off location. Apparently this changes with the winds so it could be a different spot for other trips. We watched the team unpack the basket and balloon and expertly put it all together in only 15-20 minutes so you weren't standing around for ages doing nothing you actually had an amazing view of the guys n girls errecting everything and double checking everything was safe.
Then we were all boarded, given a safety briefing and it was then time to head in to the skies. It's hard to describe exactly how it felt and what is was like so I've added lots of pictures and you can see exactly what it was like.
Our pilot, Scott, gave us lots of info on the surrounding area and locations, things to see and pointed out various areas that they would sometimes take off from. He showed us wehre we were going to land, talked us through the landing and we came back down to earth so effortlessly.
Once back on the ground we were given an amazing dessert breakfast and a wonderful tradition too, if you book you'll find out what this is.
We'd like to say a massive thank you to all the staff on the 16th Sept flight, you all worked so hard and made out trip so amazing.
This is an imperssive outfit and when we're back in Arizone we're going again.

This was a great experience and everything was very well organized. The only thing that could have been improved is for the breakfast the meal preference should be taken into account when the reservation is made.

The experience was a 10/10. I would definitely recommend for everyone to try this. Usually, I’m afraid of anything dealing with heights. However, I felt secure and comforted by everyone on board. The best word I could use to describe what I experienced while being in the air is Bliss :)

The whole team was amazing! They were engaging and really cared about making sure we all had the best experience! It was safe, fun, and even came with a champagne breakfast. I highly recommend this tour. It’s a must-do to complete your visit to Arizona!

What is the maximum group size, and is there a weight limit?

Once you sign up they ask your weight. I believe that is what determine how many people can go up that day and where you are placed inside the basket. But the are awesome and they definitely don't try to shame you because of your weight. Best money I've ever spent on a vacation
I'm a disabled vet. Are the balloon baskets accessible for someone that is disabled???

How far is the meeting point from the Westin at Scottdale? At what time we should be at the meeting point?

They have different departing/meeting points depending on the weather and wind conditions.
When we were there, we flew over the Cave buttes recreation area so you should be about 25 min away.
Meeting time may depend on the season as the air is calmer at sunrise and sunset. Ours was 6:00 Am. Make sure you allow time for registration because they will drive you to the take off site (you cannot follow with your car since landing will be at a different location).
