Our driver Josh was courteous and helpful. Our pilot Mike was knowledgeable about the terrain we flew over and was a smooth driver. Of course it is nature's views that make it wonderful. You need to take this trip!

I must say this is the best company to fly with while in Arizona. We had a hiccup in the beginning but they did everything in their power to make it right and for that I am very grateful. Their staff was amazing and our pilot was very informative. I must say the breakfast with the mimosa was a great finishing touch. I wanna thank the staff again for going above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience.

We had such a fun experience with Hot Air Expeditions! The meet up location was very easy to find thanks to their detailed instructions in the confirmation email. The staff was warm and friendly. Everything was quite timely, it took as long as they said it would. I was a bit nervous about the hot air balloon ride going into this, but I soon saw that nothing was scary! Our pilot, Grant, was hilarious, appropriate, and knowledgeable! My husband and I felt that being up in the air like that was surreal! The breakfast at the end was fun and actually really yummy! The whole experience was wonderful, ten out of ten!

If you have never been on a hot air balloon, you want to go with these guys!!! Jonathan was our captain and he was amazing and entertaining; but the rest of the crew were also very special. Everyone felt safe and had a great time!!!

We went on the sunrise hot air balloon ride as part of our honeymoon and it couldn’t have been a more magical experience! The staff was exceptional and kept us well informed as to what was going on before during and after the flight! They were very kind and friendly! The flight was gorgeous with spectacular views! Highly recommend!

Did the hot balloon ride in Scottsdale, AZ with our friends who recently moved here. Fantastic experience from start to finish from Captain Johnathan and Cassidy (driver). Not only does Johnathan have a wealth of experience, he is witty, welcoming, and really into each person having a wonderful time! The ride itself was beautiful and the breakfast that followed was lovely (will not give away specifics). Great event to plan for a special bday (we had many on our ride) or simply to enjoy the sights from up above! If you can climb into a basket, you too can enjoy the flight!

The crew was amazing and the ride was spectacular. You can tell the staff and pilot go out of the way to make sure your experience is incredible and it was. Jonathon was amazing and was hilarious. The champagne toast, and the cool history of ballooning was a real nice touch 😃

Best birthday present ever! The captain and crew were entertaining and very friendly. We purchased the Ballon and Tunes package and were pleasantly surprised at what a great time we had. Excellent desert views and a desert sunrise. The crew driver provided us with a pick-up and drop-off service. He was very professional and prompt. We recommend Hot Air Expeditions if you are looking for a wonderful time. 5 stars!

I booked a trip for my son's birthday and they made it the best experience. Our pilot John was awesome and it was worth the extra money to be picked up and dropped off at our hotel.
