          Great kayaking with great guides.
Such an awesome experience. Exciting kayaking (very beginner friendly) on the Rio La Leona, with a fun short-day hike in the middle of the excursion. We got to see dinosaur fossils, petrified logs, puma tracks, and incredible sights. The guides were very well informed on the tour, having us feel as if we really learned a lot about the geography and fauna in the area. Overall, loved the experience and was impressed with the tour guides! Would highly recommend for a unique Patagonia adventure.

          El Chaltén, Unmissable...
Its 3 hours to get there but worth it with several stops and many explanations of the landscape, anecdotes about the area and more. We were lucky and had a blue sky day so we had straightline views of El Chaltén all the way. El Chaltén and the hikes are outstanding if you love to hike. I just wish we had longer to do the full 10k, we did the shorter 4k. If you are in El Calafate and you have a day to spend, don't skip this.

Views of El Calafate and The Andes
This was not the type of tour I expected, but it turned out to be very enjoyable. We were tightly packed into a 4WD vehicle for about an hour as we drove along a bumpy dirt road to the top of one of the plateaus that overlooks El Calafate. The views from the top were beautiful sweeping views of El Calafate, the Andes, and Lake Argentino. The guide cooked some marinated beef on an old outdoor stone stove for some tasty sandwiches. Plenty of food, wine, soda, water.

          Felt like a royal guest
As a horseback guide in the US I can say these guys have absolutely nailed it. The guides on our ride were extremely friendly and welcoming. If you get along well with them they even might let you gallop hah. Gustavo the owner even invited me and my friend to his corral to practice with their lassos. Can't recommend his service enough!

          Beautiful Scenery!
The horses do the leading, your just a passager. The scenery is picture worthy on the 5pm route when I went. If you dress like a Gaucho, it would add a little more flare to the picture:)

Kind of an obscure excursion but on a nice day this is a great way to make the most of your time in El Calafate or El Chalten. I booked it so I did this excursion to transfer from El Chalten to El Calafate and it was a great decision. Leo was a great guide and extremely knowledgeable about the area and geology. I really enjoyed it!

A completely different landscape than the gletsjers and el Chalten mountain area. Very worth a visit.
