I was incredibly lucky with the weather so the views were spectacular. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and the arrangements both in advance and during the tour could not be faulted.

    Up Close to the Glacier
The glacier tour was very amazing. The various walkways allow you to see the glacier from many viewpoints. The boat ride was easy to book once we were there. Cost was about US$19 and you can pay by credit card. The boat tour goes very close to the glacier and you have plenty of time to view it up close and take photos. Our guide provided information about the glacier during our ride there and back. Once there, the guide took us to the trailhead and explained the 3 different walkways and when to meet back for the boat ride.

    Definitely recommend, excellent guide.
Lots of interesting information from our guide who a swerved all of our questions, and other was nice to have plenty of time to mooch around the walkways without feeling rushed.

    Wonderful
It was lovely, the guide was friendly and shared lots of information, he did the guide wonderfully in both English and Spanish. They picked me up and dropped me off at the hotel. They advise you on best walkways. Also get the boat ride its sooo worth it.

    Not felt welcome
We left 45 minutes late. We were supposed to be picked up at the hotel, but we were told to wait on the street below the hotel. When we got on the bus, the tour guide complained in Spanish and probably thought we wouldn't understand. We did not feel welcome for the whole trip. For the price it was really bad (255Euro)

    Amazing Perito Merino
The tour guide is very knowledgeable and fluent in English and Spanish. I took the option to include boat safari and it was well worth it. The guide in the boat was also amazing and the boat stopped near the Perito Merino glacier for quite a long time, giving enough time for everyone to take turn taking pictures. The Viator organising team had been amazing in corresponding, contacting, and confirming my preference of purchasing the national park fee. The response quite quickly to any questions and queries. I would have rated Viator and this tour 5/5, if only they picked me up from my accommodation, which was on the list of pick up place, and it was the option I chose when booking the tour. Instead, I was asked to walk to other hotel for pick up.

    Must do tour!
This tour was well planned and very informative. Eduardo did a great job giving us history as well as geographical information on our trip to the glacier. Pick up at hotel was on time. If you are looking to see the glacier I would recommend this tour.

    Experience of a lifetime
There are no words to describe the beauty of this place. No pictures do it justice. Our guide, Veronica, was fantastic. She described everything in great detail in Spanish, then translated everything for my English-only speaking husband. The boat trip was great; the walking trek was wonderful. I recommend this tour.

This experience was wonderful. I feel bad for not remembering the guide’s name but he was very knowledgeable, friendly and punctual. His English and Spanish were perfect. He deserves a raise :)

    Incredible!
Our guide, Pablo, and driver, Sebastian, were great! We were the only English speakers on the tour and he had to explain everything twice, with no issue. Thank you Pablo! He was very informative and helpful. The boat tour is a must! This is an incredible place and we feel lucky to have seen it. Muchas gracias!

Active yet relaxing - great way to see Patagonia
This trip was awesome. What you're getting is someone to book everything for you - no need to find bus schedules, research hotels, book tours. I usually love doing these things, but I've not had a lot of free time and was getting frustrated with researching these things on my own. Having this group take care of it all for me was a HUGE relief and they did an AWESOME job. I wanted an epic trip for a milestone birthday, and this delivered! I initially wanted to do as much hiking as possible, but I'm glad we had the pace that we did. For our open day in El Calafate, we independently took a bus out to Lago Roca for the day to do some hiking, which gives you a view of the Perito Moreno Glacier. There is opportunity for a lot of hiking in El Chalten (I recommend buying trekking poles in town for hikes). I hoped for more hiking in Torres del Paine, but honestly there is so much to see there, given the time that I had for my overall vacation, I was grateful to get to see so much of the park by taking the bus tour. Overall, we were the right amount of busy to maintain an active yet relaxing vacation. I felt like I got to see a little bit of everything and can't wait to go back when I have more time to spend in the area!

This experience was absolutely epic. I think Perito Moreno Glacier is one of the most magnificent things I’ve seen to date. In terms of the company, they were punctual with time, our tour guide was friendly and informative, and it was great value for money. We did the optional boat tour and it was well worth paying extra, gaining perspective of the glacier via boat and via the viewing platforms. No complaints.

From start to finish we received an absolutely top class service from Say Hueque - and Lujan, in particular. This was the first time we had ever used the services of a tour operator and, based on our experience with Say Hueque, we would happily do the same again. Lujan was patience itself, responding to our endless queries ahead of our booking with great professionalism and consideration. We also hugely appreciated the opportunity to tailor the 13 day trip to our own particular needs such that we were able to exchange the days earmarked for Buenos Aires with days in Chubuk Province and a visit to Gaiman and to Peninsular Valdes, both utterly fascinating destinations and highly recommended.
The hotels were all clean and comfortable and all were within easy reach of the town centres which made exploration strolls and going out for meals really easy.
The tour operators selected by Say Hueque at each stage of the trip were as friendly and as professional in the delivery of their services as Say Hueque themselves. The groups were small and the attention to detail - and the willingness of the guides to always go that extra distance by responding to all queries - was outstanding and very much appreciated.
We absolutely and without hesitation recommend Say Hueque to anyone else wanting to visit the many natural splendours of Argentina, a fabulous destination that we would very much like to return to again - to visit the eastern and northern parts of the country. We will then certainly enlist the services of Say Hueque again!

Say Hueque did a great job of making our tour of Patagonia unforgettable. From standing next to a glacier and watching it calve chunks of ice to walking with the penguins, almost every moment was fantastic. The hiking opportunities to view mountain peaks and glacier lakes far exceeded my expectations. Thank you for a trip of a lifetime.

My Patagonia trip was one of my best trips. I chose Say Hueque service because I like to travel by myself but not speaking spanish. The tour program allowed me to travel freely in some days that suited my traveling style. Everything went smoothly from well organized tour operators in each town. Most hotels are in good locations and not far from bus stations.

I was lucky about the weather in most days except the afternoon in Torres Del Paine. It was raining while we were about to walk to glacier. I was not sure about what we could see when raining but the tour leader insisted us to go. After 20 min walking in the valley, it rained a lot more with strong wind. All of us could not go further and had to walk back with wet pants and shoes. After that we went to the giant sloth cave. It was my terrible experiences to get wet and cold almost 2hrs until delivered to the hotel. If I could spend 1-2 more days in Torres Del Paine, it would be great experinces because this national park has a lot to see and too big to visit in 1 day.

In addition, traveling from Puerto Natales to Punta Arenas and to Ushuaia by buses took very long time and made me tired. If I could change, I would have not follow the program to Punta Arenas and Ushuaia but spend more days in Torres Del Paine because the highlight of this program is in El Calafate, El Chalten, Puerto Natales.... Just my opinion.

I do not rate the Say Hueque tour 5 scores because it was rather expensive. Besides the high price, I was happy with the professional tour operators : )

This 13-day package, there’re about 6 days on your own or the travel agent arranged you on local bus from city to city, no pick up from accommodation and bus stop, all on your own expenses. If you are on transfer from city to city and that count one day of package. Accommodations on this package were cheap arranged, no starts hotel, far from the “town”. Very inconvenient.
I will not recommend any tours, packages that offer/arrange by Say Hueque travel agent based in Buenos Aires Argentina,

I chose Say Hueque to organize me a tour of Patagonia and it was a very good choice! The program (developed by Say Hueque, I did only one amendment - I added one day in El Chalten) contained the most interesting places of Patagonia, the most worth seeing. Everything was perfectly organized, everything took place at the time Say Hueque gave me, everything lasted as much as Say Hueque gave me, all the trips took place according to the schedule. The hotels were clean, warm, met the expected standard, the staff very friendly and helpful. Buses are also comfortable and clean. My trip lasted 14 days and there was not a single organizational slip at all times. Before the trip, I got all the information and details about the trip, including an emergency phone number to Say Hueque.
It's a very professional travel agent and recommendable to everyone!!! I am planning to visit South America more in the future and I will certainly do it with Say Hueque.

Finding that organising an independant trip for my brother and myself in South America for a non-Spanish speaker was difficult and likely to result in long delays, unexpected expenses and awkward connections, I contacted Say Hueque for a quote. From the start, their travel consultant, Lucia, provided answers and alternatives to my many enquiries and changes of mind. The result was a fantastic trip on a modified itinerary of the above trip. I doubt that I could have saved money organising this trip myself and it was definitely cheaper than a group travel company which we wanted to avoid.
Say Hueque provided great accommodation choices and travel connections that were unbelievably efficient. People turned up on time for transfers and everyone went out of their way to ensure the success of our trip. Even when things went off track, as they sometimes do, (eg; landslides, border closures, road accident delays, etc.) the service providers ensured that time loss and inconvenience was kept to a minimum.
Thanks Say Hueque, and Lucia in particular, for the fantastic friendship and impression of Argentina that we came away with.
