          Great experience
Thank you for the great trip and safe solo experience. The guide was very nice and attentive, you can be in touch with the agency at any time of your travel, even though most likely you will understand everything without additional questions as the instructions, pick up etc. were really clear and easy. Totally recommend!

          Amazing-Iguazú Falls!!!
Great tour, well organized and Marcelo was very informative and helped spot some great wildlife!!! It was pretty cold out and overcast…the boat into the falls was exhilarating and freezing but don’t skip it due to weather but definitely wear the poncho it kept my top half pretty dry and shielded from the cold wind…now my hubby went shirtless and froze lol!

          Iguazu falls
Amazing experience. The falls were stunning but the highlight was the boat tour. Our guide Pablo kept a close eye on us without getting in the way. He was very attentive and explained all the trails in detail.

          Lifetime Experience
It is lifetime experience to sail in the boat, just below the greatest waterfall. Everybody gets thrilled. The walk on the edge of the falls is also a great experience.

A great way to see as much of the falls as you can in a day!
What a fantastic day! We were picked up from our hotel at exactly the time advised and driven to the main entrance to the falls. The guide arranged (for those of us who had organised it in advance - which I would recommend) our National Park and entrance tickets and took us through to board the Waterfalls Train, which takes you to the top of the falls themselves. Our guide then took us along the track at the top of the falls, as the lower track had more shade and would be more appropriate for the heat of later in the day. Unfortunately the Devil's Throat boardwalk at the end of the upper walk was closed, having been partially washed away during a flood, but the views over the falls from the rest of the walk were spectacular! We then headed down to the lower track to get a very different but equally beautiful view of the falls from below. Doing both tracks is a decent length walk, especially in such heat, but it's very much worthwhile if you can manage it. In addition to the shade from the trees on the lower track, there is also the cool from the spray at the bottom of some of the falls, which makes for a very pleasant respite. We had a little break for a quick lunch before boarding our huge Safari Truck along the dirt tracks through the rainforest. The passengers all sit in the sun in the open out the back, so wear a hat! The drive is great though - we saw some of the wildlife, but the guide assured us that more of the wildlife saw us. Our Safari Truck dropped us at the top of the track down to the river where our jet boat was docked. As the boat had been sitting in the hot sun, the seats were incredibly hot - noted in particular by the young lady wearing a G-string bathing suit. The boat team though, quite quickly doused the seats, and all of us with a fire hose of the cool river water. The boat ride up to the falls was an absolute ball, the driver played with the currents and "slid" the boat around, just for our entertainment. When our boat got to the bottom of the falls, the sight was absolutely spectacular! That wasn't where we stopped though - after stopping long enough for us to all take our photos, our boat headed straight into the falls, we were already wet, but this made sure that we were all soaked though! The roar that went up from everyone on the boat though, indicated just how much everyone loved it. The boat then headed out of those falls, but then into another one. Absolutely fantastic, especially on such a hot day. Our boat then took us back to the dock, and the Safari Truck back through the rainforest to the top of the falls where our minibus was waiting to take us back to our hotel. There was quite a lot of walking during the day, made more challenging with the hot and humid weather, but the whole day was an absolutely fantastic experience, not to be missed, and obviously with the most magnificent views!

The convenient way to explore both sides of the falls
An excellent way to explore both sides of the falls. The savvy can absolutely make their own way to the falls, book their tickets and sort visits out, but I found this very convenient, and the tour guide was knowledgeable with a few extra tricks up her sleeve regarding the best ways forward and where to get a shorter line for the rest rooms etc. I had a great time on this tour.

          Unforgettable Day at Iguazu
What an amazing day! Would recommend to anyone. Our tour guide was kind, knowledgeable and fun. Definitely a highlight of my trip to Argentina. The boat ride is exciting, terrifying and unbelievable. The vistas will blow you away! The pictures don’t do it justice. Just a heads up: the Devil’s Throat walkway has been closed for a while due to flooding. Despite this, this was still an unforgettable experience. Next time, I would see the Argentinian side on one day and the Brazilian side on another day. 10/10

Hello cindyla Thank you for taking the time for giving us your feedback. Our most important goal is to give our clients a really good global experience. We know this was not that case. We really apologize for this operational issue we had about this tour. This tour was delay for exceptional reasons and we could not give you the information about the new pick up time properly. As we have already verified, you received a full refund for your purchase, as you couldn't apply for a private tour we offered in compensation. Once again, we are really sorry about this inconvenience. We hope we can receive you in the future in any other destination from Argentina or Chile Best regards Ayelen

We did the Argentinian the day before so looking forward to seeing the Brazilian side. You really appreciate the views of the falls having been up close in Argentina and the view of the devils throat is amazing.
The queues at the various vantage points can be slow and a little pushy.
The big issue which is not the tours fault is getting across the border. It took 2 hours from pick up to reach the park. What was advertised as a 4 hour tour took 6.

Our tour guide Jorge was great. He helped us get through the Brazil border with ease and gave us plenty of time to explore the falls on the Brazil side. I had an evening flight at 6:30ish and Say Hueque was able to get me & a few others from our group to the airport with enough time to check in. I definitely recommend, especially as a solo traveler.

Definitely a must do activity while in Puerto Iguazu. Always best to see both sides of the majestic Iguazu falls from both Argentina and Brazil sides. I wish though the trip could be offered whole day with the option to ride the motorboat to the falls. Thanks to Jorge for the good service and appreciated the pickup and drop from and to the hotel in Puerto Iguazú.

All good but I recommend doing the Argentinian side as well as they are both different. On the Argentinian side you see the falls from the top plus there is a train to take you from one site to another. Check out the devils fall very impressive but quite a walk.

Although we were told that there is a city bus that takes you from Puerto Iguazu all the way to the entrance to the Brazilian falls, we were happy that we spoiled ourselves with this tour. Our guide, Manuel spoke very good English and provided lots of interesting stories and information about the three countries in the area. He was great in assisting with the border crossings, park entry and was with us in the park to assist us in finding our way around. The Brazilian side provides excellent views of the bottom of El Diablo, the largest falls. The day we were there, that viewpoint was quite crowded, with hundreds of people jostling to take the perfect photos. The temperature was pleasant that morning, with most of the walk in the shade. Apparently, if there is sun, it is too hot to do in the afternoon.

This is a review of a general experience. Not of a particular company. We stayed in Puerto Iguazu on the Argentinian side and the coach collected us from our hotel. As Australians we needed a visa which we obtained before we left Sydney. There are a number of tour companies and they all offer roughly the same experience. We were driven to the park entrance. Had to pay separately for that. 70 Brazilian Real. Approx US$20. But they also accept credit card. The bus drove us to the start of the walk. Along a wooden walkway below the cliff and above the river. Leading to spectacular views of the falls. Especially Devils Throat. See pic. At the end of the walkway an elevator climbs 5 floors to the cliff top. Then our coach took us back. There was an optional trip to the Bird Sanctuary which we didn’t take. Total trip 5 hours. Recommended.

In the interest of full disclosure, this review is written about the Brazilian side of the falls and not about a particular tour. There is no listing for Gate 1 Iguacu Falls tour so I'll simply review the falls themselves. This was one of the things I was looking forward to on our tour. Having seen other major falls around the world, I was interested to see how Iguazzu Falls stacked up. I was not disappointed. You will be ferried one way or the other, to the starting point. A fairly easy walk on the Brazilian side slowly moves you toward a grand finale. The walk isn’t that strenuous and affords multiple angles of the falls through the jungle. You’ll probably see some of the local fauna; coatis (think long-nosed raccoons), monitor lizards, various birds, and a snake or two (if you’re lucky). At the end there are walkways that go out into the river and bring you closer to the power of the falls. You will get a little wet, so plan accordingly. Departure is easy, as there is an elevator to bring you back to street level. Highly recommended.

Dear Curtis, Even though your review isn't about the tour or us, we deeply appreciate that you took some time to tell about your experience in the Brazilian side of the falls. It's always enriching to read about passengers ventures. Thanks for your recommendations and for your detailed experience. I hope you decide to choose us again for your next South American adventure!
