We did the day trip to Iguazu with the boat ride included. It was a wonderful trip to say the least. The falls by itself were stunning! Our guide i think her name was Mikela, spoke decent English. We could understand everything. She did all the train ticket bookings within the park and was very organized through the entire trip. She was very knowledgeable, though there is not too much to explain. The boat ride is a MUST! it is stunning. They take you under some of the falls. Yes literally under the falls. You will definitely get SOAKED so you should either carry dry-fit clothes or a change. All in all an amazing experience that everyone must do!!

Thanks so much for taking the time to recommend us, Rishdesai7! I am so glad to hear that you enjoyed exploring Iguazu Falls with us and that you were able to plan your journey stress-free. Our guides make travelling with Say Hueque a step above the rest. On the other hand, you can't say no to the boat tour down the falls! It's one of our traveller's favourites! We hope you'll reach back out to us whenever you're ready to explore more of South America! Best Wishes, Luna from Say Hueque

Although we were told that there is a city bus that takes you from Puerto Iguazu all the way to the entrance to the Brazilian falls, we were happy that we spoiled ourselves with this tour. Our guide, Manuel spoke very good English and provided lots of interesting stories and information about the three countries in the area. He was great in assisting with the border crossings, park entry and was with us in the park to assist us in finding our way around. The Brazilian side provides excellent views of the bottom of El Diablo, the largest falls. The day we were there, that viewpoint was quite crowded, with hundreds of people jostling to take the perfect photos. The temperature was pleasant that morning, with most of the walk in the shade. Apparently, if there is sun, it is too hot to do in the afternoon.

Thank you Mike for such a sparkling review! We're absolutely delighted that you chose our company! There's nothing we love more than showing travelers some of our favorite South American gems! We always strive to deliver the best quality experiences, and we're thrilled to hear that we met your expectations. We will be sure to share your kind words with our guide Manuel! And we understand, from all our passengers that there is a big diference doing this trip with or without a guide. It is much easier and enjoyable with the tour you took! We sincerely appreciate you offering to continue recommending our service to your network of friends and family. Thanks again, and hopefully we'll have a chance to travel together in the future! Safe travels, Luna from Say Hueque

This is a review of a general experience. Not of a particular company. We stayed in Puerto Iguazu on the Argentinian side and the coach collected us from our hotel. As Australians we needed a visa which we obtained before we left Sydney. There are a number of tour companies and they all offer roughly the same experience. We were driven to the park entrance. Had to pay separately for that. 70 Brazilian Real. Approx US$20. But they also accept credit card. The bus drove us to the start of the walk. Along a wooden walkway below the cliff and above the river. Leading to spectacular views of the falls. Especially Devils Throat. See pic. At the end of the walkway an elevator climbs 5 floors to the cliff top. Then our coach took us back. There was an optional trip to the Bird Sanctuary which we didn’t take. Total trip 5 hours. Recommended.

In the interest of full disclosure, this review is written about the Brazilian side of the falls and not about a particular tour. There is no listing for Gate 1 Iguacu Falls tour so I'll simply review the falls themselves. This was one of the things I was looking forward to on our tour. Having seen other major falls around the world, I was interested to see how Iguazzu Falls stacked up. I was not disappointed. You will be ferried one way or the other, to the starting point. A fairly easy walk on the Brazilian side slowly moves you toward a grand finale. The walk isn’t that strenuous and affords multiple angles of the falls through the jungle. You’ll probably see some of the local fauna; coatis (think long-nosed raccoons), monitor lizards, various birds, and a snake or two (if you’re lucky). At the end there are walkways that go out into the river and bring you closer to the power of the falls. You will get a little wet, so plan accordingly. Departure is easy, as there is an elevator to bring you back to street level. Highly recommended.

Dear Curtis, Even though your review isn't about the tour or us, we deeply appreciate that you took some time to tell about your experience in the Brazilian side of the falls. It's always enriching to read about passengers ventures. Thanks for your recommendations and for your detailed experience. I hope you decide to choose us again for your next South American adventure! Best regards, Cecilia
