There was not a qualified English speaking guide, so I only got a 10 minute tour of the whole area. The Spanish speaking tourists had 40 minutes. Also, because I am not a local, I paid three times more for admission. So, this was a terrible experience.

The falls were literally breathtaking. There's no describing the feeling I got when I first walked up. They should be on everyone's bucket list and definitely deserve being one of the wonders of the world. If your mind isn't made up then do it. You won't regret it. P.S. Do not fly FlyBondi Airlines to get there.

Amazing trip on boat. You will get wet! Only downside is we wanted it to go on forever. If you do one thing do this. Also saw an alligator!

There was no visit at all. I was contacted the day before and told they had not enough people to justify a tour that day. i had no alt date to reschedule since i was only in Iguazu for two days and had another tour scheduled for the other day

Tour was OK. DON'T BUY jewellery. Rather intimidating atmosphere in the shop. Back home the silver jewellery turned out to be tin. So DON'T BUY THERE ANYTHING.

This tour was so good!! To view both sides of the falls was amazing. A lot of walking but is so worth it. I will have to say I think the Brazil side was my favorite We had a buffet lunch on the Brazil side which was very delicious. Our tour guide is one of the best I have ever had, I think I remember his name was Bruno. I appreciate he was attentive to the people on his tour. Thank you!! Book this tour you won't be disappointed.

This was hilarious! You WILL get wet. But you will also have a chance to take amazing photos of most of the falls from the boat before they take you in. It was an impressive display of the power of the falls and we got closer than I expected, to the point where you can’t even keep your eyes open, you’re in so much water! Be aware that you go down (and then up) a LOT of steps to get to and from the boats. It’s a very different experience to view the falls from the bottom and not just the top. I highly recommend the tour.

Return transfer booked from puerto iguasu airport to accommodation. No problem with airport pick up although the driver took me to two incorrect hotels first. Failed to pick me up at the requested time for my transfer back to the airport and did not reply to messages on WhatsApp. Had to book a last minute taxi instead.

We had a tour booked with them to visit Iguazu falls, both sides. Our flight was cancelled to Puerto Iguazu and we had to fly out a day later. We thought we had lost the tour as on website said no changes could be made. However I emailed the company, explaining the situation and they kindly moved our tour to the following day, which was a great relief.

This is a must do tour, especially if you have Robert as your guide, he was brilliant. From begin to end he was informative and nothing was too much trouble

Booked this tour and was extremely disappointed. Operated by the bus company and your company desperately. Bus company confirmed our drop off point and that's it. Zero communication from either side and no response to messages confirming a time. Went to get picked up at time stated on tour and a bus came by at that time and said it was for us. Half hour later heard from the tour company for the first time asking where we were. Turns out it wasn't our bus. Tour went on without us. Asked for refund, tour company sent us to bus company, bus company is silent. The might be good but we have no idea. Terrible communication. Just go do the Brazil side yourself. It's an easy process and cheaper.

This is a scam people. Right after booking, they sent me a message that the tour has been cancelled and they can offer an alternative date or money back. I opted for the tour 2 days later but no one responded. After a follow up message, I was told that they'll get back to me after checking with the operator. That never happened. The day before the new tour date, I finally gave up and asked for a refund but no one responded to it either. Save your money people.

Sadly, I was never picked up or contacted about any changes. Understand it can happen, but an apology would have been the least I would expect.

Carlos and Mohammed were incredible tour guides. So silly. So fun. Wet and wild ride. Would recommend.

The folks on this tour are kind, caring, and compassionate. They picked us up at our hotel, quickly got us to the park, and explained everything we were going to experience. The falls are beyond description and I won't forget this day.
