We had a great guide called Maria who ensured we saw everything and gave us loads of information. If you do the boat ride don't panic about keeping things dry, the boat team handout dry bags. For the best experience wear a bikini and shorts (ladies) and swim shorts for you guys, put your shoes and bits and Bob's in the dry bag, then go get soaked in the falls! Its brilliant, don't bother with a poncho. It's a great day out but be aware, you will be walking and taking lots of stairs. PS, when they say "don't feed the animals" they mean it for your own welfare! Coati's are mean and will bite if you feed them. Kids, look dont touch! Coati's are NOT cute! Have a great trip!

The highlight of our South American trip. The falls are magnificent. After seeing the Brazilian side I didn't think it could get any better. This did. Devil's Throat is powerful , majestic and eerie .I could have watched this for hours. The boat ride is a must. It's fast and furious taking you right into the falls. With a bit of encouragement our captain took us in 5 times ,much to the delight of the adventurers. A must see and do for South American Travellers.

The Argentine side of Iguazu falls is a must see for anyone visiting South America. The falls speaks for itself in all its glory. What makes the Argentine side unique from the Brazilian side is the boat ride. You must go on the boat ride to have the full Puerto Iguazu experience. The tour guide, Carlos gave plenty of information and allowed enough time to take photos. He explained things very clearly which made navigation easy for all passengers. The only reason I gave this 4/5 is because I felt the jungle tour was quite boring and needs improvement or should be advertised as more of a transfer rather than an 'additional tour'. Overall I highly recommend this tour

I booked the trip the day before and received confirmation. That evening I received 2 emails confirming pick up times etc and ticket information. 10 mins later received email saying trip wasn’t available on that day and they were offering me the next day when I was due to leave for flight back to Buenos Aires. The email said if you cannot make this new day then cancel - I cancelled and received email confirming it was cancelled and that I would get 0 refund!!!! A fight I have yet to have to get this refunded! I decided to make my own way to the falls (6000 pesos or there is a bus) The next day on the day they had offered which I had cancelled the bus turned up to pick me up at my hotel!!!! Useless springs to mind. My advice make your own way to the falls and book this trip there if you want (14,000 pesos) - these are cowboys and think nothing of letting people down at the last minute!

Booked the tour as I was worried for my safety being a solo traveler. Big Mistake.
Though the Day Tour was booked in English, it was completely in Spanish. If it wasn't for a kind member of the group translating, I wouldn't even have understood where and when to meet.
The pick-up was almost an hour earlier than the stipulated time.
In addition, the guide offered no information about the falls.
The truck and boat rides were great as they were provided by a different company. These could be booked independently once you're in the park.
Tour group was extremely large (more than 30 people), making it very difficult to view the falls. In addition, the tour ended earlier than the stated 8 hours.
The best part of the tour was when I forfeited my ride back to the hotel to visit the falls on my own. DO NOT RECOMMEND this tour at all.
If you speak English, I strongly recommend visiting the falls on your own. There are many easy to follow signs in the park with clear pathways so one feels safe. Also, you avoid having your view being obstructed by the large tour group that you're with.

Loved the full day Iguazu Falls tour! Pick up was right on time. Our guide, Carlos, provided just the right amount of freedom to wander the two upper trails on our own while keeping us on schedule. We had plenty of time to see everything. We did not buy lunch at the park but it looked good, although not surprisingly expensive. I would totally recommend the ice cream! After lunch the jungle trek was ok, would have liked more info about the plants and animals we were passing, but it got us to the boat tour! The highlight of the day-we were so close to the Falls! Four different times we approached the Falls and yes we got soaking wet, which was all part of the experience! Dry bags worked well and plenty of time for picture taking on the river before getting wet. Guides on the boat also taking pictures so great fun with that too! After the park we were dropped off right at our hotel. Well worth the money!! Make sure you bring insect repellent and sun screen!

Activity, which is performed by a set of local agencies is really great - the falls are incredible and Manuel from Cuenca del Plata which is the local office arranging everything did the utmost possible to load with information and be as helpful as possible. Actually "jungle ride" which is a part of the boat trip is only the way of transportation to get to the boat from the national park - don't expect too much from this part but the boat ride itself is great - nice approach to the falls from below, place and time to take great photos and then the main part of getting really showered. The boat captain will do everything to ensure that in the end, you are completely wet :).
The terrible part of the tour was organisation from the Gray Line which is just a huge travel agency sitting in Buenos Aires and trying not to mess up everything with the bookings. They did not managed for me – I had to switch my booking for 1 day earlier than initially booked, and although I got confirmation from Tripadvisor/Viator that my adventure is changed, seems that this information was lost somewhere in the realms of GrayLine. I waited for 1 hour at the hotel, then the hotel receptionist managed to reach them over the phone and the single thing they managed to say - ups - your trip is still scheduled for tomorrow - no excuses, no solutions, nothing... that damn delay was a bit costly as actually I was forced to book another plane ticket back to BA - I came to see the falls and I was determined to do that - most probably this is only time in my life visiting Argentina and this region... Such a bitter aftertaste to a great activity,,, So - do not rely on intermediaries - try to do your research and book everything directly from locals.

It's a great experience! They offer photos and video for a reasonable price at the end of the tour (ARG $800 by email, or ARG $1000 for a pendrive they send to your hotel the next day)
The tour consists on a ride through the jungle with a tour guide for some km. and after some stairs, they give you a "waterproof bag" so your things won't get wet but i recommend taking a few precautions (don't take things that get wet so easily, or put it on a plastic bag besides the one they gave you) also, take a plastic bag for the wet clothes or you can go on your swimming suit! you can be barefoot once you're inside the boat only. Once on the boat they take you right above a waterfall and get completely wet. The shower drop on you several times (some groups shower 3 or 5 times). It's really fun and enjoyable 'cause of the intense heat and humedity there's on the area. I recommend do it as soon as you get to the park so you can make the rest of the park relaxed and not been on a hury to get to see everything and get to the tour on time

Started the day not too early, to get ahead of all the crowds. Paid for entry to the park and started our adventure. A light walk around the top of the falls with our amazing tour guide, perfect photo ops and beautiful scenery. Met so many friendly couples and solo tourists from Australia, America and England. You have to do the boat ride!! Seeing the falls from below is the only way to do it, and having the best shower from underneath was so much fun! Definitely pack flip flops for after the boat ride! Overall LOVED this tour!!
