A great day in the mountains!
Beautiful Scenery! Interesting commentary and history. Unfortunately, our van was completely full, with no PA system, so the commentary was hard to hear. However, Ornella, our guide was very patient with us, and answered our questions completely. Overall, we enjoyed our trip, and would definitely recommend it to others.

Do not visit Mendoza without doing this tour!
This was a super long day, but worth every second. What a great trip! It was just like Alaska (my favorite vacation up til now) only a desert, and higher mountains. You are also IN the mountains the whole time vs. being at a distance in AK. I will be talking about this trip for years.

        Wine & Olive Oil Tour
The best part of this experience was the lunch in La Casona restaurant. The service, food and wine tasting experience was superb and intimate. We would have loved to purchase bottles of wine from this winery but we were rushed for time by the tour operator, Delores. We then met up with a larger group to tour other wineries for the remainder of the tour. The English speaking guides at each winery were helpful. The olive oil factory tour was awesome.

Amazing wine tour in Mendoza with lunch in La Casona
The tour was very good! We enjoyed the lunch in La Casona (Los finales): location, service and food were very good! Then the wine tour was also interesting and well done! We enjoy the guide explanations. We visited 3 different wine Bodegas with 3/4 wine testing each. Plus we visited an oil factory where we tried the different olive oil produced, after getting an explanation how the oil is produced. The whole experience was great!

Don’t recommend-go to a wine tour by the Andes or a different Andes tour
The views are beautiful, the bus was fine. It was a long day, made longer because the guide did not leave at the scheduled times-the 20 min stops lasted 40. The last because she was talking to other guides and drivers. She blasted her music which distracted from enjoying the beautiful Andes. The Spanish portion of her talks were much longer than the English although about 1/2 the bus was English speaking. There was almost no explanation of the geology of the Andes. The walk was 10 mins 220 meters. There was only a small chocolate/wine store at the lunch stop, so there was not much to do for the hour plus we were there. I’m attaching the what’s app communications we received around 8-9 pm the night before from the office telling us we might have to wait 45 mins for a pick up , that we should have booked a private tour if we didn’t want to wait & that they might cancel or change portions of the trip & that lunch was not good at the lunch stop.we enjoyed our wine tasting lunch UCO-you got to see the Andes and much more enjoyable.

Great to get so close to the high Andes
It was so good to get so close to the high mountains - on the bus! We really enjoyed experiencing the high altitude and the wonderful views at the Christmas the Redeemer statue. Romi gave a very good explanation of everything in English for us. And we were surprised by the great 'transport caf' lunch on the way back with choices of meat or local stew and mashed potatoes among other things!

A Must Do when visiting Mendoza!
Fantastic tour across incredible mountain ranges under noteworthy guide with geological and historical knowledge added to very entertaining storytelling, and at last but not least experienced driver on a very good condition vehicle. I had a remarkable experience; never to forget in life!!

        This is a must!
The views and experience are incredible. It is a long, full day, but the team were amazing. The van can be a little tight for United States sized people, but this is a must for any trip to the area. The food stop was delicious and there are several opportunities to pick up souvenirs. The leader gave explanations in Spanish and in English for the English speakers. It's very educational and boy, the views are incomparable. Our Airbnb wasn't on the pickup list, but they were kind enough to come to us for pickup. I cannot recommend this enough!

Put this tour of the Andes on your bucket list!
This is an excellent tour from start to finish! We were promptly picked up at our AirBnB at 7:15am. Ornella, our guide, spoke excellent English and made time to explain everything to us even though we were the only English speakers in the group of about 15. You have plenty of time at each stop to see what there is to see. She makes the explanations on the bus to save time. When we stopped to see Aconcagua the summit was covered in clouds much to my disappointment. On the way back it was clear and the driver made a point of stopping so I could take a photo. The entire way is one beautiful vista after another. Ornella was knowledgeable about the geology and history of the Andes and answered our questions with great courtesy. Most of the group were young people and everyone was punctual returning to the bus to move on which made our day between 10 and 11 hours. The switchback dirt road up to the Christ the Redeemer monument is really something especially when you know this used to be the only way across to Chile! We purchased our ticket directly from the agency in Mendoza at a great discount from the online price. Delores, the agent, was able to answer all my questions about what to expect and assure me the guide would, indeed, speak English. Gustavo was an accomplished driver and it appeared he knows the road very well! We consider this a must-do when visiting Mendoza

        Great tour
The wine tour exceeded my exceptions. We did 4 stops, including an olive oil tasting and a wine historical winery with wine and desert pairing. The guide and driver where awesome. It’s worth the price of the tour. I was traveling solo and meet a few friends too.

Are we really going up THERE?
It was a loooong day, but worth every minute. Giselle y Carlos did an incredible job. We saw and learned so much, from El Puente de Los Incas to the high Andes site of the Cristo Redentor de Los Andes. Completely professional, pero “muy MANZO”! I recommend this package without reservation.

Do it, we loved this day trip into the Andes
Great tour that picked us up from our hotel (not on their list) and dropped us back too. Our Guide Giselle and driver Carlos were professional and friendly. Giselle bounced back and forth from Spanish (most of the guests) to English (6 of us), and even threw in a little Brazilian Portugese to keep everyone comfortable. First, be aware that this is a long trip, so plan accordingly. It also goes from the warmth of Mendoza to exposed Andean passes. We got lucky that day, it was sunny and dry until we got back to the flatlands, but other trips are not so lucky. So bring layers and plan for weather, good or bad. Also, you are very high up, over 12,000 feet (nearly 4,000 meters), so wear sunscreen even if it is cold. And drink water, lots of water, dehydration will hit you hard, between altitude, the winds and sun. We loved the Inca Bridge, Punta del Incas. It is both a natural bridge and the remnants of a hot spring, plus part of what once was a road connecting this area to the Incan Empire. Also the Christ the Redeemer Statue is a magnificent location, on a high mountain pass at the border of Chile and Argentina. There are spectacular views from there of high glaciers and mountains. The lunch stop was nice, with good cafeteria style food choices. Plus several stops on the way allowed us to take photos, have a restroom break, and grab some water or snacks.

Unfortunately you really get what you pay for with this one. The wineries themselves were okay, but definitely not great. They had wonderful stories and every tour guide was wonderful, but they were not the top notch, beautiful wineries we were expecting of the region.

The thing that was most notable about this experience was the horrible communication. We booked through Trip Advisor and received a confirmation that included a contact number on whatsapp. We were staying in a hotel room that was booked via Airbnb so it was not logged in the hotel system, so we wanted to ensure that there were no issue with our pickup (since there was an hour window for pickup and we didn't just want to wait in the lobby for an hour). The day prior to the tour and on the morning of the tour itself, I was calling and texting via whatsapp constantly to make sure they knew how to contact us upon pickup, but never received a reply. I tried to contact them over email/Trip Advisor as well but also received no reply. Apparently they had gone to pick us up in the lobby but as I had anticipated, the man at the front desk was not able to reach us since we had booked via Airbnb and he didn't have our room information. It turned into a mess that resulted in us getting picked up an hour late, and the man Lucas who picked us up had a horrible attitude and tried to blame us for the whole thing even though I told him we had been trying to contact them for a day and a half. I found out later that apparently the tour was run by a different company than who I had received the confirmation from, which is why the contact number was not correct. But I had literally no other way of contacting them, and the negative start to the experience permeated throughout the entire day.

Hello! I'm Dolores, I sended you the phone number. My apologies for the bad experience with the comunication. The first whatsapp that i've got is at 9:15 pm of 27th december, and the tour start at 2:00pm of 28th december, and we work from: 9:00 am to 1:30 pm and from 4:30 pm to 8:00 pm. This text change the park hyatt to the amerian. The next call is at 2:40pm of 28th december. I undestand that somentime the expect can be diferent, but we pick up every passengers that we can in hotels in the downtown, for this reason we spend untill 45 minutes // 1 hour. I recommned you that if you don't want wait, the best option is a private tour; but if you buy a regular tour in Mendoza, you must to wait in the lobby, because the pick up is hotel by hotel, not apartment or room by room. Every comment is important for us to try to be better every day, and now we try a better communication with our passengers with this explanation. Thank you!

The tour was ok but spending over an hour at a crowded olive oil producer should be removed and allow the tour to keep to a proper half day (4 hours). My biggest issue however was the 65% charge to delay the tour by a day as one of my other tours had to reschedule at late notice due to their availability issues. I would expect a 20-25% charge to cover admin and to dissuade people from randomly choosing to move tours around but this charge is massively excessive and not made clear until after I agreed to re-schedule.

1- Cancellation 2 hour before the tour (because the tour start at 2pm and you cancelled at 12pm) has 100% of penalty. Our team seller offer you pay the net rate for the next day, AND YOU ACCEPTED, next time if you consideret that isn't a convinient price, respect the time of the tour and no buy 2 tours for the same time or date, if other company ask you for change the date, say NO or reclaim the penalty for the change. Do you think that a 20% is ok, do you think that our overcharge is 80%? sure? NO, the net price is a 70% and we offer pay less than this because we are empathics, something that you no are. The surchage that you pay for the change was 10usd, do you think that because you're in south america 10 usd is an expensive rate for a bilingual tour, with entrances, tastings, shuttle, and hotel pick up?? Please respect our work! we are a serious company, you don't go to the airlines to say: "is expensive the fee to change the flight, I want to change the date wihout penalty", why do you think that with a small company is available this kind of disrespect? 2- we've passengers that enjoy the olive oil factory, is a stop that is in the tour that you booking, if you can detect a stop that isn't of your interest, you can booking other kind of wine tour or a private wine tour in where you choose the stops.

I’m not one to travel to a foreign country and expect them to cater to my lack of local language knowledge. But when you book a paid tour in English, the tour should be in English.

There were few other non-Spanish speakers in our group, so as the bus drove around the guide went into great detail (in Spanish) about the region and the wine history. I understand basic Spanish so I could pick up a bit of what she was saying. But when it came time to repeat in English, we got maybe 10% the explanation the Spanish crowd did.

The olive oil stop had no English tour guide (the wineries provided their own). We were never told this in advance and frankly we would have not booked this tour had we known 25% of the stops had no English guide.

The actual tastings were nothing special, mostly a sales pitch to get you to buy their wines from the gift shop.

We chose this tour because the cost was reasonable. I wish we would have spent more on a private driver/guide and gotten exactly what we wanted out of the experience.

We were really happy with the tour company. We only booked onto the tour an hour before departure but they were happy to accommodate us and collect us from our hostel. We were also the only two English speakers on the tour but the tour guide was attentive and told us everything in English alongside the Spanish. The vineyards we visited were lovely with delicious wine and in most cases we actually had a private tour as we had the English speaking guide at each place! It's all the more impressive because we booked at such late notice. The tour is well-balanced allowing time to enjoy each vineyard and also the olive oil factory - you don't feel hussled and rushed into the minibus every moment.

We were very impressed and had a lovely time, definitely recommended.

My family did the half day winery tour. Right from the start the consumer service was fantastic. After I got confirmation on my booking I received a message asking me about where I was staying so they could book the pick up. Once that was confirmed I received a message the day of confirming the pick up time and the address again. They were a little late, but they kept me up to date with constant messages telling me when they expected to be there. They would have been on time, except the other passengers they picked up have to be on time for everything to go according to plan (a very minor inconvenience). We got picked up in a very nice clean and air conditioned bus. Once we were all picked up, the guide gave us a run down of what we should expect to happen for the day. We had a mix of Spanish and English riders and she flawlessly and seamlessly spoke to both of us. The tour took us to 3 wineries and 1 olive oil place. During the trip to each of the stops the guide gave us information and fun facts about Mendoza and the bordering regions we visited. They were very interesting and she was well informed because she was able to answer some of the questions some of the riders had.
Each of the wineries had a unique way of presenting to us, so I found that nice because we weren't listening to the exact same presentation 3 times. At each stop we were given at least 3 different wines to taste and were well informed about each of them (what to pair with them, what we may be tasting while we drink it etc.) because there was a split of English and Spanish speakers for the tour, when we arrived at each winery the guide directed us to the English or Spanish tour guide. Depending on the number of people your tour has (ours was smaller) we had 5 people on our English tours, that was over because it felt like a more personable tour and we all felt more comfortable asking questions.
At the olive oil stop (that was my favourite) we were given an extensive tour of the facility and got to taste 6+ olive oils plus their skin care line.

I did have some trouble communicating with one of the winery cashiers (I don't speak Spanish unfortunately) and the guide we had was able to step in and be our translator, I am very grateful towards her.

This was a great tour for people that don't want to stop at 1 winery or don't know what to expect. I saw some reviews on here that said they didn't spend enough time at each winery, but my family and I never felt rushed and to be honest, after you get the tour, tasting, buy the wine and take some photos...I don't know what else you want to do at the winery. I just wanted to get back on the AC bus. I would suggest that people bring their own water and snacks (you're able to leave a bag on the bus) because the only 'food' you get for the tour is from the olive factory.

Overall, our guide and driver were absolutely amazing, the stops chosen were fantastic and I will be recommending this to friends and family.

This group was about 22 persons. There were about 10 stops for pick up. And drop off. The tour was not only in English also Spanish adding that at times one group was waiting while the other received information. There was no sense of order or structure to the amount of time that would be spent at each stop. Just waiting for folks to purchase wine. The total time was close to 7 hours! The last stop was very uncomfortable, hot, cramped and the presenter was totally inexperienced and difficult to understand. Overall not the best or most enjoyable experience.

This tour represents great value for money. The organisers were very accommodating to our needs and picked us up and dropped us near our hotel as we weren’t staying in town. The wineries visited demonstrated the different methodologies including artisan/organic, modern and boutique. The Olive oil factory was just that. There were a lot of people at the time we visited and our English-speaking guide struggled somewhat to explain the process. We fed this back to our tour guide, Dolores, and she was very appreciative of our comments and said she would take this up with the venue. As the rest of the tour was excellent, I have given the trip 5*.

This was a horrible tour. We signed up for an English guided tour. Our group was half Spanish and half English. They split us up by language at the first stop and the Spanish group took more than 45 minutes longer than the English group, leaving us standing around. The second stop offered no English translation, so more standing around for non Spanish speakers. We left the tour by Uber to cut our losses. Both stops we felt like cattle, being processed through the locations. In fact the vans started backing up there was no where to park. They blamed it on being a holiday, but the holiday was not a surprise . It’s their business, they should know how to arrange around it. Dolores the tour guide tried to argue with me that the English group didn’t wait around for so long, and argued with me I signed up for a bilingual tour. Horrible customer service.

We embarked on a wine tour that turned out to be a delightful journey for my palate and an enriching experience overall. The selection of wines was commendable, showcasing a variety of profiles that catered well to diverse tastes. I personally found the tour to surpass my expectations, appreciating the nuances of each wine we had the pleasure of tasting. My wife, on the other hand, held a slightly different view, not finding the experience as captivating as I did.
