        Cannot Recommend
Say Heque organized our tour of the Chilean Patagonia. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company. To many errors and oversights and lack of attention to details. And when things went awry, there was just a lot of finger pointing between Say Heque and the local operator or hotel. Worked with Patricio on the itinerary. And we did go through multiple iterations, as we were a group of 10, and had to make the timings and cost work for the entire group. I did appreciate these efforts. The first issue was that he forgot the transfer between Punta Arenas and Puerto Natales. When I saw this oversight and brought it to Patricio's attention, he wanted to charge us another $800. Seriously? For a 3 hour transfer. I balked and he reduced the cost to $400. We had scheduled a kayak on Gray Lake. Say Heque had our information, passport copies, ages, birth dates, addresses, etc as we made our bookings 18 months prior to the trip. Three months before departure we were asked to complete forms for the kayaking company, which we did. We were then informed that because we had four participants over the age of 65, we could not do this tour. What? You had our personal info, including our ages for 15 months at that point, and didn't think to tell us there was an age limit. We were refunded the cost of the kayak trip. But, were clearly disappointed, and it was too late to try to find another activity. Latam changed our flights, so we arrived late into Punta Arenas. Joaquina, our service agent, had all of the flight info and confirmation numbers. We arrived at the Almasur hotel at 12:30 am, and there are no reservations. After spending 30 minutes trying to figure out what was going on, the hotel found five rooms and we checked in. Say Heque has stated they confirmed the rooms reservations the day before our arrival - but how is that even possible? I have no idea what we would have done at 1 am, needing five rooms in the height of busy season, with no transportation as our transfer van had departed. So, as soon as we got to our room at 1:15 am, I contacted our hotel in Puerto Natales and confirmed our reservations. My husband and I had paid for a Superior Room and ended up getting a room with two bunkbeds. It took almost 40 days to get the refund from Say Heque for the difference between the room we paid for and the room we received. The first day in Torres del Paine the voucher from the local operator, Patagonia Planet, read that lunch was included. So, we didn't ask the hotel to pack us a lunch. Our guide didn't have this info, so we ended up stopping at the lodge at Gray Lake and having lunch at our expense. Say Heque did agree to cover $150 of our lunch (10 people). We were not aware that the Milodon Cave was not in the national park, so we had not purchased tickets for the cave. So, we ended up missing this. It would have been helpful to have this info in advance. The final day at Torres del Paine we had paid for a private hiking tour. We get on the van and our guides (2 guides) informed us we were picking up other people. I showed them our itinerary which clearly read private tour. But, we lost internet signal and phone signal, so there was no way to reach Say Heque. So, our private tour became a shared tour. On the way into the park I asked to stop to see the condors. There were tons flying around and it was a beautiful sunny day with a bright blue sky. The pictures would have been amazing. But the guide told me we couldn't stop because we had to meet the other people and we would stop on the way out of the park. When we left the park in the late afternoon, the condors were no where to be found. Very disappointing. I didn't realize that I would need to call and confirm each tour, the details of the tour, and the hotel reservations, because I thought that was the service we were paying the travel agency for. Need to work on their processes and procedures.

        Absolutely outstanding
From the planning process with Cynthia to the highly professional, kind, and very informative 2 day private custom wine tour with Cecilia, chauffeured by Carlos, my husband and I couldn’t be more satisfied and impressed with the service. I work in the wine business, and did not want a “group tour” experience. We went to only top rated wineries, had private or very small group tastings, and had back of the house, and production facilities tour that I am sure no one normally gets. We watched wine in several stages of production including bottling, and tasted many many 95+ point wines on site and top wines right from the barrel. We also got to see two famous winemakers in action. (Pelleriti, and Vigil) We even had an issue with a flight that Say Hueque did not book for us, but Cynthia went above and beyond and resolved it working directly with the airline in a matter of minutes. 5-Stars. Would give them more if I could.

Cancelled tour after DAYS of trying to get a straight answer.
I booked this tour but the operator could not give me enough information so I could cover the gap days before and after their tour. The back and forth went on for days. I need to know where I am staying first and last night, they won't tell me until I give them my reservations for the dates before and after. WHAT?!?! Now, I've completely run out of time. So, I cancelled my own plans to see Auckland, New Zealand, so I could sit on a computer and make my own travel arrangements. What part of "this is my last day with internet connectivity" is not understandable? Not ready for prime time.
