About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Shawn F0 contributionsGreat tour!Everything was seamless from the pickup at the port, to drop-off at the airport. We had been in Buenos Aries for a few days before the cruise so had seen some of the sights but Lorena was great about customizing the itinerary, recommending local snacks, and being flexible about how much time we spent at the different spots. She was also happy to jump in to translate as needed, and even helped us find and buy a "pinguino" decanter!Written January 9, 2025
- 183tyronet0 contributionsGreat time in Buenos AiresWe're so glad we chose BA tours. We had a wonderful time on our tour. We went through customs much faster than we thought we would be leaving the cruise ship. We were scheduled for a 1 pm tour. We contacted Lorena around 10 and she pushed and pushed and was able to get us at noon. Even though it was a four-hour tour it went by so fast tour. Lorena gave us sooo much wonderful info of her beautiful city. She kept reminding us to take our time. We never felt rushed. She helped us realize that we should've taken her offer to extend our tour. Lorena remembered that I wanted authentic Mezcal, she made nonscheduled wine tasting. She gave us a great suggestion for steak at the airport. We will definitely be back and will be calling Lorena. While I forgot our driver's name. Special shout out to him. His maneuvering around tight spots and getting us to the airport despite being unable to get on the express way for several entries. This man knows his city!! Lorena, we hope to see you soon. Many thanks!!!Written December 26, 2024
- pablodavidp100 contributionsFive stars without a doubt!Such a really nice experience! Buenos aires is an amazing and very big city, I was very surprised! and they were really kind with us, we've been treated right by professionals and I would repeat the experience definitely. - thomaslU528CW0 contributionsEine richtig gute private TourThis was an exceptional tour with a very nice and knowledgeable guide to the islands formed by the Rio Uruguay and Rio Parana. We were picked up at our hotel and drove in a private car to San isidro and San Fernando where we started our boat trip to the islands in the delta. We got a lot of spectacular views, interesting details and stories about the life on those islands and took hundreds of photos. We followed the rivers into the Rio de la Plata and had a wonderful view on the skyline of Buenos Aires. After the boat trip we got the opportunity to shortly visit the mercado de frutos and finally we drove back to our hotel. many thanks to Nico, our guide who spent more than 5 interesting hours with us.Written August 26, 2024
- Explorer671431465380 contributionsBest trip ever- highly recommended! Professional and funWe had the best time and experienced the city like locals, just as we wanted. The team met all of our specific requests and more. Definitely recommend!Written August 6, 2024
- Vacation551991794380 contributionsGreat day in BA!!!We had a small group of 6 couples and were looking for a day tour of Buenos Aires after spending time in other parts of Argentina but before we boarded our international flight. Nico and driver met us at the airport, took us on a lovely day tour and delivered us back to the airport for our international flight. It is a bit of a leap of faith to choose a group for this kind of thing from another country without a personal recommendation but after research, we settled on this group and I can say that Nico made the day one of utter joy. He was so knowledgable about his beautiful city and such a gracious host for our small group. In addition, the van was lovely and clean - the driver safe and courteous - and we just loved our day in BA! Many thanks to all involved and we will be recommending this group to friends that will be traveling that way.Written August 5, 2024
- Storyteller8202320 contributionsGreat tourLeona was a great tour guide - showed us the highlights of Recoleta Cemetery, and offered the show us the surrounding area. Unfortunately we were in a time crunch, so we declined. Highly suggest this tour if you're short on time or just want a brief overview of the cemetery and neighborhood of Recoleta.Written June 26, 2024
- Explorer671431465380 contributionsAmazing experience!Great way to explore Buenos Aires, the guide Lore was just amazing and helpful. Super professional and it started and ended on time . Highly recommend!Written May 24, 2024
- martinvG8168EK0 contributionsGreat Tour!Terrific tour! Lorena was our guide and she was the best. The tour is as advertised visiting a handful of BA’s most famous attractions and she was so knowledgeable about everything. It is May and the low season, so our small guide was only my wife and I, and we loved the impromptu “private” tour. We use trip advisor reviews to help book our trips and this one is well worth your time.Written May 19, 2024
- Culture646440226820 contributionsFantastic introduction to a fantastic cityThis was the best introduction to Buenos Aires that we could have hoped for. Niko was an incredible guide, so eager to share his city. We saw so many places, had a delicious lunch, and really enjoyed the conversation along the way. He also provided recommendations for other things to do, see, and eat. At the end, he kindly made sure we could check into our hotel without a language barrier before leaving us. Would recommend to anyone visiting Buenos Aires.Written September 4, 2023
- Marco G0 contributionsHighlights of Buens Aires and sunset at a skybar rooftopVery exciting experience with nico, a tour guide really qualified, he told us a lot of interesting and corious stories about important figures of buenos aires history and we visited the most important place of the city. I really suggest to everybody to choose this tour if you want to see buenos aires in few hours. Really reccomended!Written July 25, 2023
- craigmX1980QM0 contributionsFantasticA highlight of our trip. We had a party of 5 and everyone said it was one of their favorite experiences. Our guide was witty, charming, and knowledgeable. He also patiently put up with our numerous repeated questions. Well worth it.Written February 15, 2023
- Jmschwalbe0 contributionsFantastic city tour.Nico arranged to have us picked up at the airport and he met us at our hotel. He worked with the front desk to ensure we could drop our bags and use the facilities prior to our tour. He took us to all the most interesting sites of the city and was extremely informative. When we said we wanted to take in a Tango show he made reservations for us. He also suggested we watch the sunset from our hotel roof top and he made reservations for that as well. We actually asked him to extend our tour an hour and he was so accommodating. A week later I could not remember the cookies he suggested we take home with us and I texted him and he promptly responded with the answer. Who does that? I would highly recommend him for a tour of Buenos Aires. He was one of the best tour guides we have ever had and we have traveled many places around the world.Written February 7, 2023
- ChrisGKasper0 contributionsGreat tour with Emiliano!Emiliano was excellent! A true local who is passionate about his beloved city and eager to share it with visitors. He and my son formed a quick bond over their shared love for soccer, and Emi went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We have a new friend in Buenos Aires.Written March 21, 2022
- jillianf2580 contributionsGreat Neighborhood Walking TourMy wife and I were looking for a tour of the recoleta cemetery but had just gotten to the city and wanted to learn more about Buenos Aires. Our tour was a great mix of history, architecture and seeing the neighborhood in addition to the cemetery. It really helped us put the cemetery in context. Emi was a fantastic guide, we felt completely at ease with him and he clearly knew what he was talking about. This is a must do if you want to understand the Recoleta neighborhood and cemetery more.Written February 5, 2022

Lorena met us at our hotel and took us through the Buenos Aires of Eva Perón. She showed us all the important locations that defined Evita’s life and passion for Argentina. Lorena provides a neutral opinion of a character that can be polarising even today. Definitely a bucket list tour for me!

We were picked up on time at our hotel with both Driver and Tour Guide. The tour was organized chronologically with Evita's life from the time she met Juan Peron to the time she died and was buried in Recoletta Cemetary. It was an enlightening and wonderful learning experiece. Both Driver and Guide were excellent. Highly recommend this tour.

The guide was nice to us, but that was all. The tour was crazy expensive for that what you get. The focus was the Evita Peron museum, where no guidance allowed what we didn't know in advance, so we got audio guide anyway. For$350 I would expect more service, more infos. Conclusion- tis was very very expensive taxi service in Buenos Aires.
