Place was beautiful, food delicious and show amazing. We did the brunch so thought it would not be as great but we were blown away by the singing and dancing. Loved it and highly recommend

I had a very disappointing experience with this transfer service from Bariloche to my hotel. Despite booking in advance, the transfer did not show up, leaving me stranded at the airport for over an hour. It was extremely difficult to find another transfer at the last minute, and I ended up having to pay double the expected cost. This situation caused a lot of unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I would not recommend this service to anyone, as their reliability is highly questionable.

I beautiful place to visit. During the week the place is empty and half of the business are closed. I will suggest visit the place during the weekends.

One of the most spectacular shows we've ever seen! The Black Tango absolutely nailed it... unbelievable singing, dancing, music, magic, some tasteful cabaret, and to top it off the food was out of this world! The people who put this show on are truly athletes and one big family (even the driver who picked us up lives at the location)! We loved this show, but heads up that it's a bit risqué. while it's an incredible option for a date night, definitely don't bring the kids lol

It was a very dissapointing experience. It started with museum river plate an a look inside the stadium. But no dressing room an other sides. Than the boca museum. An just when we thought to go inside the stadium ,the guide says where can we drop you. I was very suprised. I said what do you mean, are we not going into the stadium? O sorry i did not tell you but the stadium is closed. We paid the whole price. We are very dissapointing and angry about it. This is very bad.

The tango show was a stunning display of passion and precision. A breathtaking evening. The dancers delivered a top-notch performance, their skill and connection turning every step into a captivating narrative. Their precision and intensity brought the audience an unforgettable experience, truly a spellbinding evening.

They didn’t recognise the viator ticket. Gave me an express tour! All of 15 minutes sitting on the first tear up. That was it! Waste of money.

Pick up and drop off at hotel was very good. Before I left the US I confirmed with Viator support desk that I had transfer back to the airport. We even discussed and booked a pick uptime at the hotel for transport back to airport. Upon arrival I spoke with Viator in Buenos Aires and they confirmed that my purchase was only airport to hotel and no return. I spent about an hour with Viator support verifying all my bookings do not understand how this happened.

The driver was good and very friendly. It was good they whatsapped me when they picked me up. We enjoyed the drive.

The tour was mostly Spanish, with English added on. So much of our time was spent standing and sitting around. The tour bus was air conditioned and comfortable and the guide friendly. There were two bathroom breaks.

Very nice, well run tour of an area that was new to me. The boat ride through the rivers and the island communities was very interesting. The visit to the fruit port e Was not a highlight. Very little was open.

Contact person at airport as arranged, but there was no driver. And still no driver. We waited about an hour. Finally a driver. We paid to be picked up, not hang around the airport after a 12 hour flight. If this how they do business, find an alternative.

I booked the shared taxi through Get Your Guide. Everything worked perfectly. I missed my original time slot but they put me in the next taxi one hour later. I only shared the car with one other person, which was lucky because this way I got a quick first view of Buenos Aires. They left me at the agreed hotel in Recoleta and I walked the rest to my address in Palermo. This was the only drawback, that they don't drive to Palermo. Otherwise everything was fine.

We have traveled all over the world and have used other hop on hop off buses and this particular company is not good. To start with the ticket office closed with no notice to where they move to or anything. We walked around asking for their office and could not find it. we were told is a big yellow sign ( the lady at hotel said ÿou cant miss it"). We had to buy the tickets through a third party travel place after asking the business around who told us they closed without notice. The stops are not well labeled (hard to see), the map with the stops are not accurate and you spend. a lot of time looking for them and asking around. This is very time-consuming because the distances of the stops are very far from each other. On one of the buses we went on the audio was not working and you could not hear the announcements. We had to change buses which caused more delays. The buses run from 0900-1700. The duration of the ticket is for 24 hrs from the time when you go on the first time. NOT PRACTICAL!!! also you have to take into consideration the traffic in BA. When we complained to the staff on the bus he told us to go to another office to place an official complaint. (the bus did not stop there). I am fluent in Spanish and I could not imagine what it was like for others that did not speak the language. We ended up using Uber for the rest of our trip which is super cheap ( did not know that Uber was allowed in BA initially).
