I contacted Nik to inquire about his photo tours and quickly noticed his commitment to his craft and clients. He prepared an itinerary for my review prior to our meeting; and shared some of his favorite cafes, restaurants and bars to enjoy during my time in Buenos Aires. He was organized and even with heavy rain during one tour he modified the route and surprised us with great photo opportunities of locations that otherwise we wouldn’t have visited, adding interesting historic tidbits of the city along the way. On a second tour, BA at night, he provided relevant photographic input and feedback. All this with an amiable personality that left me knowing that now I have a friend en Buenos Aires. Nicholas was great! We did a photoshoot in Palermo for our honeymoon. We had such a great time and Nicholas made it so easy and comfortable. We had so many different poses and colorful locations. We had so much fun!

Nicholas was so awesome to plan just the right itinerary for me. He took time to understand my skill level and goals ahead of time and had some options for me to pick from. It was fun seeing parts of the city I hadn't seen yet, while taking pictures and getting feedback from him. He was even generous enough to be my model for some pictures, and gave me feedback on them after I edited them. I can't recommend this enough!

Nicholas is a lovely fellow who knows and loves the city well. He took me to many of his favourite places and tailored the tour to my interests. It was a pleasure to spend three hours with him. I wouldn’t have gotten some of the photos without his help. You don’t need be a hard core photographer for this tour, he’s just a great tour guide; knowledgeable, thoughtful and a nice bloke. And if you are a photographer, he’ll make helpful suggestions without telling you things you already know.

Excellent one day photo-tour of Buenos Aires taking us to places on and off the main tourist itinerary but always with a new perspective. Thoroughly recommended and excellent value.

I had never done this before. I consider myself to be an intermediate level photographer. I was visiting Buenos Aires for the first time and it is a big city. My experience with Nicholas was excellent! I advised Nicholas of my interests (primarily architecture) and he assembled an itinerary using his professional photographers eye, of the locations he thought I would enjoy most. He was totally right in choosing the locations, and when we got there he would sometimes suggest angles, while always giving me the space to take the photos I enjoy. I ended up with photos I am very proud of. Additionally as I was a woman traveling solo, it was reassuring to have him by my side when shooting photos in the street. Nicholas is professional, considerate, and very knowledgeable. His English is perfect if you need that. I also enjoyed our conversations about photography, and life in Buenos Aires. Spent 3 hours with Nicholas and a lovely pair of dancers photographing in several Buenos Aires neighborhoods. Pre-session, Nicholas was exceedingly prompt with his responses to my email questions. During the shoot he exhibited a sincere interest in being certain that the experience was meaningful to me. He offered technical advice that was helpful. This was probably one of the finest photo experiences I've had. Nicholas is more than five stars!

I spent a wonderful three hours with Nicholas at the end of January 2023 photographing a lovely and charming pair of tango dancers on the streets of Buenos Aires. The professionalism of Nicholas immediately became apparent in the months before we actually met as we communicated to arrange our time together. His suggestions for time and place were spot on. His responsiveness to my email queries was precise, helpful and ultra prompt. As I primarily do landscape photography, I looked to Nicholas for guidance and suggestions, both technically and artistically, during the actual shoot. He was instructive, open to questions and seemed generally interested in my success. During the evening we photographed in three locations, and Nicolas provided guidance for our moving about the city. Nicholas provided supplemental lighting equipment for my use. The dancers engaged by Nicholas were lovely people who performed (in the very warm Buenos Aires weather) in an engaging and professional manner, even changing their apparel several times. From beginning to end, my experience with Nicholas Tinelli exceeded my expectations. This was a truly wonderful event. Thank you, Nicholas!!! I would repeat in a heartbeat.

I worked with professional photographer Nicolas. My needs differed from the typical shoot/ Both Nicolas and the two professional dancers and I all worked together to collaborate on the images. Nicolas provide some slights as the shoot was indoor because of my needs. We needed to run test shoots and make technical adjustments on both the camera and how the dancers performed. We worked seamlessly together. In short I could have not had a better team to work with. The demands of the shoot stretched everyone on their professional skills, And everyone was keen to see the results on the reviews. I can't praise them enough. If were to do another shoot, I wouldn't hesitate to get the same team together. They were professional, yet flexible. Their input on how to adjust was demonstrated a deep understanding of both the dance and very demanding technical requirements. If you want an original shoot, these are the folks to go with.
